Very hit or miss, I have a pkg receptacle yet they just sit them on top instead of actually using it which is ridiculous in itselfThey also keep marking as delivered and they don't actually deliver til next day which has us thinking we have package thieves!Just ridiculous enough I felt compelled to leave this 2 star review

Arrived at the terminal and was greeted by a very nice and professional guard. Was directed to an area to wait... 10 minutes later I was loaded up and headed out the gate. Great friendly service by all.

They had some kind of emergency. Several fire trucks were there. Traffic was held up for 20 or so minutes while they sorted it out.

Very easy to get to the staff there was very helpful in getting my palate off the truck and wrapped for shipment

On February 20, 2020 one of your Fed Ex Freight trucks came into my lane and pushed my Nissan Frontier into the 18 wheeler to my right. I was on I-40 West right before Exit 153 B. Your truck did not stop. Kept going on toward Ext. 153 B. I was so upset I only can remember the back of the truck had numbers 600409. Those numbers might not be exact. I know the truck will have gray paint on the side and probably some damage to the truck. (on his right side) It is not very nice to NOT stop and help!!I DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR

Two of your drivers nearly killed me this morning. I was passing one of your trucks pulling doubles. I was past the first trailer and about halfway up the second when he suddenly decided to jerk his truck out the middle lane straight into the passing lane shoving me onto a shoulder that covered in gravel and debris. At this point I'm furious and get my bike past his truck. Once I'm in front of him I pointed to my gopro and flipped him the bird. Almost immediately after that a second Fedex truck also with doubles comes from the slow lane, across two lanes of traffic to get in front of me and then slams on his brakes. I called the Arkansas Highway Patrol to make a report and have sent them the video of the entire event from two different cameras. I will also be posting in on YouTube once I get home from work so look foward to seeing your drivers on the next America's dumbest truckers...
