Ordered furniture that sat here for weeks. Their support team said they couldn't find the order at first, which concerned me because it's a whole bedroom set weighing nearly a ton? (I guess it was sent to a warehouse after a while, idk. They said they were working with Elements International Group which is a warehouse in TX) Contacted their support team last Thursday and was contacted by a person at Estes the same day letting me know my order would be here the following day. On Friday I got a call at noon that my order was out for delivery. It never showed. I contacted the support team yet again this morning only to be told my furniture will be here tomorrow. They told the customer support person that their "team wasn't ready" last week, which I really don't understand because why would they call me and say it was out for delivery and to expect it if they werent ready? At this point I don't know where my furniture is and I have very little information as to why I don't have it yet. It was in my area on 8/25 and just sat there until 9/14, the day of estimated arrival when I called to check on it (I was not given the correct tracking number to see where it was)... it's now 9/18. That furniture has been just sitting around somewhere for 3 weeks. Is my furniture even there? I've been sleeping on a mattress in the floor for days because we moved all our old furniture to be able to move in the new ones...

I had an issue with a big box store delivery. KP at the Little Rock office went ABOVE & BEYOND to help me figure out what was going on. She also provided proof to me that the issue was not on her company's side but with another company so I could focus my efforts where it was in my interest. She took the time to call me and update me. I am very impressed with Estes simply because they hired a highly ethical employee like KP. God Bless her.

Wow... this was bad. They delivered our counter top after the specified time. We had already left the office, but someone else was at the building and signed for it. The item was beaten up... badly. Wood actually splintered off in several places. Lowes said they would swap the item for us if we would return it to their location. I asked Estes if they would pick it up and return it to Lowes for us since we don't have a vehicle big enough to haul it. I didn't even ask them to pay for it even though they were the ones who damaged it. Stacy, the woman I was speaking with, asked her manager about it and then told me they would not help and then she actually hung up on me. Terrible.

Had a great experience with complicated lift gate delivery. Dispatcher and manager Gary Williams coordinated change in delivery address smoothly. Driver Ricky Jackson was very knowledgeable and professional in getting oversized bulky skids unloaded and placed exactly where I needed them!Wouldn t hesitate to recommend Estes for your pickup or delivery needs!

Terrible, they just drop your load wherever they want without permission , then won t put it where you ask them

This location let us down. We called multiple times to communicate about an engine to be shipped to us. Unfortunately, the team at Estes dropped the ball and did not complete the delivery.

Nice people here, especially the lady in receiving. I got on dock and unloaded pretty quick. They did try to take off more pallets than they were supposed to, but it was corrected quickly.

I use alot of different freight companies. This one has so many available things with an easy to navigate website.
