I was pleased that they had box trucks available for rent. Decent rate, rate per mile could be a little better, but not bad. The guys really do a great job at being professional and friendly. Greet people as they enter the building even while working with a customer. They get you in and out without feeling like they are rushing you. Great location.

That guys took a lot of pictures before giving me the truck. I returned to different location and they find some damages on flat bed.Now enterprise trying to charge me 1500$, for things we never did.I call to branch for asking for pictures, but manager was rude and didn t want to help me. Looks like that guys play a game for charge me and doing this all time.

Jeremy was a huge help! He made the process so quick and simple for us. He was available to us during the drive with any issues we may have and even checked in afterwards to ensure we were satisfied. He was very personable and professional! He could not have made this a better experience!

I ve been renting tucks from the Little Rock location for a couple of years now. I just wanted someone to know what great service I receive from Scott and John. They re both friendly and professional. They really go out of their way to get me in the truck that I need even when the big carriers absorb much of the fleet during the holiday season. Yesterday, John retrieved a truck from maintenance so I would have it in the morning. He even met me a few minutes early before opening so that I could be on the road at 0700 hrs. Their professional service is certainly not overlooked.

Excellent customer service, especially the guys up front. Took care of me and really helped out. I rented a 3/4 ton Ram truck and it was very well kept and rode great with no problems. Will definitely do business here again!

Needed a cargo van quick. Called and they had one that was going out but one coming back in at 11:00 am. Scott and John bent over backwards to get me a van for my son to drive to Springdale. It came in and they had it ready to go before noon. Great guys, extremely personable. They both talked to me like they had known me for years. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Thank you all for your tremendous service!! Oh, and the cost was more than half of what UHaul wanted...=)

The gentlemen at this location are a breath of fresh air, professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. After having poor experiences with other locations these gentlemen have brought enterprise standards back to the level I'am accustom to. Enterprise Management is very lucky to have such great employees.

I always use Enterprise. First time using this office. Great group! Helped me secure a truck to rescue my travel trailer from Florida the day before Hurricane Michael. They made several changes to get me the truck I needed I will be back!

EXCELLENT customer service. Rina, Scott, and Ky are professional, friendly, and have gone above and beyond to accommodate our requests. They turned a scary truck rental into a positive experience. We are moving and had never rented a cargo van or truck. The staff at Enterprise Truck Rental made every aspect work for us, on our timeline, and based on our needs. I'd be afraid to rent from any other company. Love these people!!!

We have been renting trucks from Micheala for over 3 years now. She is always there to help whenever we have a need and has gone over and beyond to make our experience a great one. I will always choose Micheala and Enterprise first!

Much nicer than the one I renyed at previously in Mineola, NY. Very courteous service, clean van, gave me a ride to my son's place about 15 miles away.

Quick, easy, & friendly. Rep gave some reducers for my hitch to fit due to a camping trip I had planned while my truck was in for bodywork for an insurance claim.

Called them 8 times Saturday between 9 am and 2 pm and could not get through. Now I am stuck with their 3 Ford fusions on my truck all weekend and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS A PHONE!!!!!! Waste of my time.
