Can't say enough about Dru completing the job. My husband had worked several days and just could not reach a bolt that needed to be removed. But Dru came in about an hour after my call. Hecsaid it kicked his butt too but he was about to get the stubborn bolt off and replaced the part. Prompt, friendly, successful in completing the job. I thought his price was very reasonable.

Called to get trailer barring fixed on side of road. Asked if I had a replacement part like I carry spare barring smh. Said he would call me in hour after call he on. Never heard from him nd I called 3xs after 1 hour nd no answer. I wasted over an hour I coulda called someone else

Dru was very professional. He called me to let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived he quickly discovered one of the problems and started working on it right away. AND since I drive 1998 model there was another problem that he also quickly took care of! Very polite, prompt, courteous and reasonably priced. Did I mention it was Sunday? Yes he came to my house and fixed my vehicle on Sunday so now I can safely go to work tomorrow. Thank you Dru. I will call again.

So this is a little late but it has taken some time to formulate my thoughts to give an accurate review because of how much his services meant to me. This past March I had a spring break trip planned to go to TN from Texas to visit my girlfriend's family. I drive an 04 BMW and nothing more than a crisis occurred on the return trip. My serpentine pulley system broke which caused my car to overheat which blew my coolant lines. Now know i'm alone, 9 hours away from home, and have NO transportation. I am decent with cars however being stranded without tools or transportation complicates things as well as having not too much money saved up for such repairs and towing. I was extremely stressed and concerned because it seemed as if i was going to be stuck in an unfamiliar town with limited funds and obligations back home to attend to.... Dru's mobile repair services saved my rear-end. When he came to look at my car he nailed it on the head from what parts we needed. He drove me to 3 different automotive parts shops to find the parts required (Its a nightmare to find old parts for BMW). When we returned to my car he promptly got to work and fixed my car. If you have a family or friend stuck in a similar situation call Dru. He isn't going to hassle you. I don't consider him a service man. I consider him a friend. Thank you for running an awesome business Dru.

Dru is such a lifesaver. We had a wicked coolant leak while moving from Nashville to Reno and nothing was open on a Sunday. He was professional, super fast, affordable & a really great guy. He would totally be our first choice any day of the week now if we ever find ourselves in Little Rock again!

He told me so many times he's going to help me get my vehicle fixed, but when it came down to it, he did very little. I pretty much waited around for him for two months to do nothing. One week I called him every day and he would not answer or call me back. I left him multiple messages. He would not respond. On two other occasions, he said "call you right back," then I never heard from him and again had to keep calling. He came out a few times and every time he had to leave to get something and come back. Once he was supposed to replace the throttle cable. He took it out and it was out of the vehicle for two weeks, then it turns out he could not get a new one so he just put the old one back in. So that was two weeks pretty much just wasted. Last thing he told me was I have to borrow a device from my from so I can see what's wrong with your vehicle. Told me I'll be back Monday. That was about three weeks ago. This is when I called him every day for a week and he finally texted back saying "I'm a busy guy and I told you my friend is out of town and have to wait on him." He never told me this before. He said it'd be Monday. So he pretty much just wasted my damn time and now I'm using a different mechanic.

I was driving from Illinois to Dallas, Saturday 6/30/2018 when my heat gauge went off the charts and car started overheating,luckily i was near a gas station and was able to pull over outside of Little Rock. the Tahoe truck blew a fitting connecting my transmission cooling line to the water pump. I did not know who to call and found Dru's name on google with a 5 star rating, called him and he asked if we could get a picture to him showing the problem, that way he could get the proper parts before he came out. Dru was there within 30 minutes with parts in hand.had it fixed in less then 30 minutes.we tipped him extra for being so honest and quick. on another note a lady pulled in right after us with her tire that fell off the her car, because some other mechanic forgot to tighten up the lug nuts, she was lucky no one was injured, of course not a problem for Dru, he got her and their family up and running again. I would highly recommend this man! honesty is a rare find these days. keep up the great work your doing Dru and be safe.

Dru came through on very short notice. Not only fixed my problem, but did preventative maintenance to ensure this would not be a problem again in the near future. He was very clear about potential issues that could arise in the future and how to best resolve them. Very humble man who went above and beyond for me. I sincerely wish him nothing but the best for his future!

I wanna thank Dru's mobile auto repair BIG time! He went above and beyond the call to make sure my car was fixed! We were stuck overnight in Little Rock with a locked up wheel bering on my car and had taken it into a shop that was about to close and couldnt fix it, they gave us Dru's number, and he was there very quickly. The bering was completly shot and he had to take it somewhere to press it, so he drove us to get dinmer and took us to a hotel for the night, going WAY above the call of his job! From now on he's the mechanic I'll be using, and I'm gonna refer all my friends to him too! Thanks so much for such an awesome job man!

If there was a spot to put negative stars I would. When my family is involved and taken advantage of that's a big problem for me. This mechanic can't be trusted my uncle paid him to do service to his car and he took his money and never came back to do the job. Remind you my uncle is disabled and that really upsets me for someone to do him that way. He called him 10 plus times while I witness the calls to get no answer. Later he had a friend to call he didn't answer but called the friend back before calling my uncle. So they linked him in and Dru went to say how him and his child mother was into it and would fix his car the next day. Well today is the next day he still has his money and hasn't fixed his car. Consider the fact my uncle has to get back home he was able to find someone else to fix it for him. Be careful how you treat God's children, you shall reap what you sow.

Do NOT use this man. He is not a mechanic he is a scammer. He charges $45 to come to you- he will tell you that u need something random you go buy it you really didn't need it then you pay him again for putting a part on your car that u didnt need. He will be late in a lil broke down truck and he will waste your money and time. He doesn't even have a machine that reads errors for your car he just guesses and he be wrong. I lost over $400 with this scammer- car still didnt run. I had it towed to a mechanic shop that charged me $25 to fix! The people that gave 5 stars must be relatives bc for 1 he was super late coming 2 after he collects the 45 he disappears then after u harrass and call from different numbers then he tells u 2 go buy a part. It was a nightmare

I had my brake pads wear down, and was trying to go on a vacation to Knoxville, and since it was 6:00 everything was closed.I called up, and Dru had me meet him at an Orielly's very close by. I bought the brake pads, and he put them on right there in the parking lot. He was very fast, and it was the least time I had ever spent getting something done involving a mechanic, it was honestly faster than an oil change at Walmart.His prices are phenomenal, very affordable (im a poor college student), and he was very friendly and professional. I really can't say enough nice things. If you're in a bind, he's definitely the right guy.10/10 would choose again

Our tow dolly wheel locked up on an rv trip. Dru had us back on the road in under an hour. On a holiday weekend!He charged us so little I was inclined to pay him more yhan he was asking!He was knowledgeable about the area(luckly....we wouldnt have been able to explain where we were)Really glad he could get us back on the road so fast. Saved our vacation.

Blew thousands of dollars on this shady guy. He had my Escape for several months and couldn t repair it. That cost more than the blue book value. Then he sold me a car for $900 that ran less than a week. In short, DO NOT TRUST THIS GUY!!!

Dru answered a Sunday morning call and was out to me and had me back on the road in just a couple of hours. I was driving from Ohio to Dallas and was really anxious to get home. Thanks to Dru I was able to get back on the road quickly.

Real shady broke n greedy n dangerous he will rob u of yo money n not perform no service he's unproffesional ghetto harsh n unreliable n will most def take yo money make up a random issue to get yo money leave n not answer gears locked up it was a blown fuse tore up my gear shift case locked up my emergency brake n overlooked the 10amp fuse that was blown I told him the problem he said no n said my gear shift was broke it wasn't he just thought I was gonna give him sum money n I gave him 20$ fr gas never returned I was stuck all night phone dead I had to ask sumbody at the hotel fr a fuse car cranked right up n shifted gears donnot call him!!!!

Absolutely amazing service!!! Picked me and my dead car battery up, took me to purchase a new one, and installed it. Took less than an hour and couldn t have been a nicer guy!!! I would give him more stars if I could!

Don't Trust Him, Don't Trust Him!!!! You'll end up in a worst situation than before you started. This is no business man, he's a pure crook! Just shady! He took my money and left to get a part and never returned. I would never recommend him to anyone unless they don't mind just giving away money. ( sarcasm)

Poor service this guy was not Knowledgeable of the vehicle I inquired about. Pretty much a waste of my time and cash. I do not recommend this guy I believe he just made guesses on what is wrong with my car
