We are travelers from California and heading to Fort Smith AK.We heard an annoying scraping noise while driving. And google for the nearest auto shop.They were about to close when we arrived. But they still accommodated us! It was our engine splash shield! They helped us and took it out! They didn't even charged us!I can't thank them enough!!! .

Awesome!!! Super friendly!! Had a flat tire on way home from Vacation. We pulled into there lot to wait for them to open. The owner showed up early to open shop. Let us use the restroom and ordered breakfast for his employees and offered to do so for us as well. Wouldn't take any money for the breakfast. They don't carry tires there, but was willing to giveus a used one to make it to the tire shop at no cost. I haven't seen this kind of hospitality in a long time! Highly recommend them.

Superb automotive service! Traveling from Texas to Ohio and our truck broke down and they provided fast and priority service to get us back on the road! They fixed everything and then some! I recommend them! The truck is working great!

So many good things to say! Very nice, prompt at diagnosing the problem and affordable. We're able to get our truck fixed in time to head back to Texas and had no problems on our 6 hour trip back. I cannot thank them enough!

Sent my car to DJ's they had worked on my car before, because I have a diesel engine hard to find anyone to work on it other than dealer. Mr. Don't found out what the problem was and it didn't cost me a new car to fix it. Thanks again DJ's crew for repairing my 2011 Mercedes ML350 Blue Tech.

DJ's fixed my car after I sheared off the pivot bolt trying to replace the belt tensioner. Had they not come to the rescue, I'd have been dead in the water.It took them a couple days to get my car back to me but that's only because they have so many satisfied customers - they're ALWAYS busy! Nonetheless, they still said, "Come on in and we'll take a look at it and get it fixed for you.I'm glad I found them!

I took my 2015 Ram 1500in for a bad rack and pinion for some reason this particular part is very hard to find and quite expensive the staff at D J automotive went above and beyond to find the part and check the entire truck over for any other issues which is when they found a bad battery and alternator which they also replaced and because of the cost they were able to work with me on getting it paid over a few weeks! I now have my truck back and could not be more pleased and Don the owner is amazing and a really friendly guy he will gladly take time out of his day just to talk about anything especially cars.Services: Auto battery replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Steering & suspension replacement, Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment

It s really between 2-3 . But it partially my fault as well. DJ you have a great deal going with the Repair Guy app. It s the only reason I found you. So for future reference when you get referrals from the app.. don t charge extra.. like the computer print out of what wrong with my the SUV I already knew every single issues of what wrong with my Mercedes GL450 It s. Free at Auto Zone, or any part store.. it s so free that everything you told me what wrong with the SUV that cost me $150 auto zone did it for free All I wanted you to do and was prepared to pay was for the Thermostat issue I wasn t prepared for you to run a computer report and then charge me $150 for it I say it partly my fault because I should had made it clear or ask questions before I left just fix the thermostat issue because the app already gave me the cost of the job Now here what you miss. I was also prepared to come back and let you fix the other issues after the thermostat next would been the brakes system and so on like I said you have a great thing going with the app.. it s anyone used it and come to you.. just fix the issue that app referred you to do or TELL the person you also charge extra to run a computer diagnostics that any part stores does for free ( it the same report you charge for $150.. Google will not let me post it .) and not charge anyone extra stuff like running a computer diagnostic on the SUV if the thermostat wasn t the issues (but I knew it was) then let me know.It s your business so I m certainly not going to tell you how to run it but ALL my friends have import cars/trucks/SUV..and they ask me 2-3x a week where I go to get mines fix all my neighbors in Chenal have Mercedes BMW etc..and they ask me where I go to get it fix now I can t say DJ s the SUV is at another shop..and they don t charge for computer diagnostic.. it s free for anyone that come in because they want me to come back and do the other stuff on the list and I will Again the same report for FREE instead of feedback or replying to everyone.. take the complaints learned from it and moved on .. 7 peoples ask me where do I go for auto repair this week all I said make sure you don t go to DJ think about that because I have over 10,000 followers on X that is from Little Rock, AR area alone you miss out enjoy the $150.00 but you miss out over 9k of work this week alone..

Absolutely the best!!!! All the way from the Customer Service to the repairs done to my 2016 Range Rover. They inspected my entire truck, explained to me what needed to be worked on, and why with pictures. Highly recommend.

I took my car to DJs, because I suspected problems with my transmission. They gave me an appointment, permitted me to drop off my car, provided transportation back to my home, then, when my car was ready for pick up, they sent a driver to return me to the office where they could go over the details of their inspection. They were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They are the best! They don t give you the runaround with a bunch of mumbo-jumbo mechanics talk. They take the time to explain the issues and then give you a fair price. You can t go wrong with DJs.

I appreciate the professionalism and service provided in diagnosis and repair of my 2018 Ford F-150. The problem was explained and the costs were fully broke down to include recommendations. Not too pleased. Took my vehicle in due to a leak. Was told it was due to some seals/gaskets around engine and oil pan. Total for repair would be around 3k. Due to me having an extended warranty from a company that they no longer does business with, I took to another shop that did to do the work. After they performed their diagnostic, I was told the leak was coming from oil filter. A fresh filter and the issue was resolved. 250 compared to 3k. Be careful out here with who u choose to take care of your vehicles. I'm not sure I will be going back

Took my 2014 mustang in for a new headlight replacement and alinement for my tires, 10/10 service and quality work.I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy shop, amazing customer service, and 1000% care in there work!!

I can not thank the crew enough! I was traveling when my vehicle broke down on the interstate; 5 1/2 hours from home. The crew was friendly and professional. They had me back on the road in no time! Highly highly recommend! Thanks y all again!

Don and the other team members were great and very friendly.Definitely happy with their knowledge & service. They were quick to analyze my Jeep s issue, upfront on cost, and fixed it way faster than expected. Plus they have a great concierge service to offer if you don t have a backup ride or vehicle.No complaints. I ll recommend to friends and family for sure.Service: Brakes

The employee Sarah was extremely helpful. It's obvious that this place is busy, but their effectiveness, time management, and ongoing communication with me throughout this frustrating process was immaculate and well appreciated. My Camaro needed a lot of tlc. Sarah made sure everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

These guys are fantastic! I did not work with DJ, but both Corey and David were very friendly, knowledgeable, and did not make me feel pressured at any point. They assured me that they were not trying to have me pay for any repairs unless they were 100% certain that they would fix the problem, which they followed through with. Their diagnostic fee covers a full inspection as well as coming back to continue to look into issues. The interior of the place is very clean and they offer complementary coffee and water. I will be back here if anything else comes up!

I was 3 hours away from home. My brakes were so bad I was afraid to travel the 3 hours. DJ s was the first place I called. I could tell talking to him they were extremely busy. I told him my situation and without hesitation he said to come on and he would get me in and fix my car. Man of his word. They did a fabulous job. Checked my car out top to bottom and gave me a summary of things I needed to get fixed (spark plugs and stuff). He even bought me and another customer lunch. I highly recommend them. READ ME ..If you are looking for an auto garage to repair or service your vehicle and you are reading this review. Congrats!! You have found DJ's Auto Repair. I tell you what, this group fixed a mechanical issue with my vehicle that the DEALERSHIP could not even find. Aside of just the welcoming feeling you get from the initial phone call, this experience was nothing less than amazing. And when it came down to my warranty company trying to give push back, I didnt have to lift a finger! They corrected the company and had all my repair work covered...***IF YOU OWN AN ALFA ROMEO BRING IT TO THEM***They now have a customer for life . I will only deal with them because I know I will be treated with empathy, kept informed about my vehicles repair status and all while being made to feel so welcomed throughout the entire process. DON-DAVID & STAFF....KEEP IT UP!!!!...

They are nice and friendly. I must be honest and give a few hopefully helpful suggestions. I was not very pleased with the communication I received on updates on my car so I had to call several times. I feel like there needs to be some way or system in place so that when you have an appointment at 8 o clock in the morning, that means my car will get looked at that day, Otherwise I would rather just keep my car until you are able to get to it. I feel like if I had not gone up there at 5:30 the next day, it would have been day three until I would have gotten my car. Most people can t go three days without a car especially for something like just an air conditioner. There has got to be a better way so that if you re extremely busy, I can just bring it when it s my turn. For the most part people are very reasonable as long as somebody is communicating well with them and I feel like this is lacking. I m not trying to burn my bridge because I m sure my husband will still bring his car there. Hopefully this review will help you improve..

I brought my car in to get air conditioning and heat put in. It is a classic, 1974 Chevy nova. The air conditioner works, however, it doesn t work nearly as well as I feel like it should. I paid over $5000 the work took two months. I will not bring my vehicles to the shop again. Also, there wasn t any communication initiated by the shop to me. I had to initiate all the conversations to find out what was going on with my car. I would call them weekly and was given many reasons why the work wasn t completed. I don t feel like that they have a good system for ordering parts, I also feel they charged far more than what I would expect. The initial quote I was given was far less than what I had to pay. They said that they had ran into problems during the work with other parts that had unexpectedly failed, I feel like that they should ve known that on the front end , either that they were gonna have to replace those parts or there was a good possibility they could fail in the process, considering the age of the vehicle. I was not impressed by this shop at all. They will not be getting any of my business ever.Service: A/C installation & repair

Best place you could go to in Little Rock! The workers are so sweet and caring I recommend this place for women who don t have men to help them out with their car! They won t scam you at all. They give you the best prices they can find, and their service is excellent, no matter how busy they are. They always make sure the customer will leave satisfied. I really appreciate the workers up here, and wish I could rate this place 100/10 because they deserve it. Will only take my car here for repairs.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

These guys are AWESOME!! They go above and beyond to continuity communicate with you about what they find the price of the repair, both verbally and sending you a text message with the cost of each repair and you can choose what you do or do not want repaired at this time and the status of your repair when it will be finished. They make easy to leave your car and ensure that you have a ride back home or drop you off at work. No one called me to let me know car was ready to pick up. I ve ask how much y all charge to replace timing belt, said bring it in and will check it out. I said you should be able to give an estimate out of the book what it ll be, said call me back, but never did. The girl up front calling me sweetie and heard her saying that on the phone too while I was there. You asked me experience.
