Top notch tire store just off the interstate. Busy today so I made an appointment and was seen right on time. Tire had a screw in it and was repaired in no time. Very efficient and friendly employees. I will continue to use this company for all my tire needs.

When you have 24" wheels and can't find a place to get a nail repaired, Discount Tire is the place to go. We got taken care of, they pulled the tire and found that the inside of the tire had dry rot. I ordered replacement tires, but then decided I really wanted All Terrain tires. They made the effort to find me what I wanted and we were good to go. Highly recommend them!! Chris, Jack and especially Russell, were the best! Would recommend making an appointment, though, because they get extremely busy and walk-in service can last way longer than expected.

I didn't make an appointment this time, as one of my tires blew out on my way to Little Rock, but they weren't busy at all, probably due to being about 45 minutes before the Total Eclipse of the sun, so they got me right in, found a comparable tire of another brand, and got our family back on the road inside of 30 minutes! Friendly, efficient, and attentive staff, worked quickly to get us going.

You get what you pay for.I decided to try this place out as it was $40 cheaper than the dealer to install a new set of tires that I ordered online. I had a mid-day appointment, right at lunch so it was a higher volume time.I hoped an appointment would alleviate some of that congestion but no such luck. I got to the store 5 mins prior to my appointment time and found 3 customers ahead of me in line. The associate and manager behind the desk were nice enough but the efficiency of the place comes into question when I didn t get checked in until 25 minutes after I arrived.One of the junior associates was in good spirits but working at a very leisurely pace even though there are multiple people waiting to be helped. He was in such good spirits that he started fornite dancing (or tik-tok dancing, maybe meme-dancing if you wanna sound cool) but I digress.Still, they held their same process of taking the keys and walking them to the back of the shop after every customer, standard protocol, I presume. The cars don t immediately get moved, mind you so I would have liked to have seen them stack at least a couple customer keys before walking back to the shop to get the line moving.Overall, it took over two hours after my arrival to get my replacement finished even with an appointment. If you have an afternoon to burn, you ll save on the installation fee, if you want prompt and efficient service, you re gonna have to pay for it.

Overpromise, and under deliver pretty much sums up my experience.They took twice as long as they promised, charge twice as much as the competition, and didn t even do the work after having my vehicle in the garage for an hour and a half. Did not even do the job. Zero stars would be a better assessment.1) They were 30 minutes late after my appointment to get my truck with no cars in the garage. My time is valuable.2) they were going to charge me $192 to mount and balance 4 tires, tire pros charges $110. They are almost twice as much as their competition, where is the discount in that?3) they said I should be out of there in 30-45 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes, they had not changed out one of my tires. Nothing was done at all! They were concerned that the sealant on the center cap of my wheel would be broken so they chose to Not do the job . They tried calling an old number on file, even after I gave them the new number to be updated .

Hire more people. Waited three hours to replace two tires. The employees were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. But they seemed overworked. They were outnumbered like five to one. I bet they didnt leave until freaking 9pm. Ridiculous. You can't run a shop on a skeleton crew and get customers in and out in a reasonable time. I hope the owner sees this because I know it's up to them. Squeezing every last dollar out of a shoestring budget. Seen it before.Hire more people. I'm satisfied with the service I received and the people who served me, but the wait was unacceptable.

Second time dealing with them and I came away highly impressed both times. Great service and prices. Only thing I would recommend would be something to entertain kids while waiting, such as board games, cards, a tv, books, etc.

Everyone I spoke to her worked with at Discount Tire exceeded my expectations.I came in with a Tire Rack warranty claim. Unfortunately, we didn't get it processed quite right the first time, but whenever I called and spoke with Jake about the issue, he immediately set up an appointment for me to come in the following day. Tire service was fine. Customer service is terrible. They are constantly trying to up-sale you with wiper blades and tire sensors "just in case". When you question them, they are condescending and rude. After taking all our tires off they came back and said we need all new lug nuts or they can't put wheels back on. Saw our same salesman being just as rude to someone on the phone. Will find somewhere else next time even if it cost more.

Had a flat while traveling Sherwood & my nephew suggested I go to Discount Tire bc it needed to be replaced. Took the car there & the parking lot & the office were packed but they were working through all this fast & 10 mins later Jewan assisted us. He went out & inspected my front tires & explained I needed to get an alignment & both front tires were in bad shape. My nephew agreed wholeheartedly. Jewan said he can replace the tires but they didn t do alignment so I would have to go somewhere else for that. We got there at almost 2pm but he assured me they would get it done b4 closing at 5 & they did. Jewan is one outstanding guy & assured him as soon as I can I will be back for new tires on the rear. I got excellent, courteous service & 2 new tires on my Avalon (older model) for $238, in less than 3 hours from a busy shop. I told Jewan he had won my business with the excellent service & really low prices. I cannot express enough thanks to Discount Tire & Jewan personally for such a really good experience & they match prices so if you need tires go to Discount Tire & ask for Jewan.

Horrible experience. Went to get 1 tire fixed that had a slow leak. Recommended 4 new tires because they were almost unsafe at 5.3 on a Toyota Camry that only had 23k miles on it. Called back after Toyota told me that at that level, there was at least 1/2 tread left. Discount Tire then told me that dealerships do not follow regulations or OSHA. The tires weren't balanced and Toyota said the tires were warped when put on the car. I got the tires and car serviced the same day.

Phone call was very nice and understanding. They got us in an hour and 30 minutes before close. Wife s tire had a gash and they had the matching tire. Warranty company denied tire replacement and Russell made the call and got us a tire under replacement. Thanks for the wonderful team at this location.

I've always had great service w/these guys, both customer and vehicle! I'm a repeat customer and would recommend them to everyone. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and they do quality work! Honest and fair estimate(s) & explanations, gladly take walk-in's with a smile, and make this customer feel safer when I walk out the door!Steven was friendly, and on top of things from the ordering a few days ago to the final invoice, today. The store manager, Jake F. is a stand-up guy that is very knowledgeable, approachable, and seems to be both appreciated & respected by the staff and customers alike, IMHO!Kudos to the whole team, I can't say enough about the great work re-shoeing my "new'ish to me" dream car! She is rollin' with a smile now!

Was a little nervous getting my first new set of tires on my Tesla M3LR, but the professionalism and customer service put my mind at ease. They had the correct equipment and knowledge to do the job with the utmost care. Will see the again at rotation time.

If I could give zero stars I would. My husband waited hours for our vehicle to be serviced meanwhile others were put ahead of us. Specifically we witnessed it was white customers. We were not the only couple this happened to. It appeared they were doing this treatment towards all of the black customers. Very sad, disappointing, and extremely unprofessional that a business would operate in this manner. Regardless of personal opinions, you leave that at the door when running a business. Would not recommend! 0/10

Such a beautiful, clean building. And extremely great customer service! Mason did such a great job helping me figure out exactly what I needed and was super patient with me. Wonderful job guys!!
