It's been 5 years since I first rated 5 stars and I can honestly say I still take both my vehicles to discount tire and brake. I will not go anywhere else. Friendly staff and prompt service. Absolutely recommend

They got me in and out quickly for replacing a battery. Always helpful and friendly. I bought tires there a few times and always happy with service. Highly recommend.

Discount Tire and Brake gas always been my "go to" for tires, oil changes, etc. They are always honest. They'll tell me if I need all 4 new tires but if I don't need them, they always say so. Dependable, reliable, kind, honest, friendly staff ALWAYS!!!

I had become dissatisfied with the service from a tire store I had used for several years. Thought I would try your Discount Tire and Brake store in North Little Rock. I was very satisfied with the service I received and left with new tires on my truck. Polite, prompt, professional! All the things I was looking for and missing. Reconnected with Matt Miller. Used to do business with his dad John years ago. I watched the employees interaction with customers as I waited on my tires. I liked what I saw. I ll be back.

I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the owner and the team at the JFK location. I was very upset last week after a previous experience with another location and had my mind set to never do business with this company ever again. Later that evening I received a call from the owner who was very concerned as to what actually took place and wanting to right my wrong, well after a lengthy conversation I agreed to at least give him a chance seeing as how he went through the trouble of taking time out of his day to call me. Most would have just replied to my review with a general response of apology, so for me the call and the content he shared made me feel comfortable in believing he would make sure I was treated right. Tonight I am so glad I returned his call and took him up on his offer because he did just what he said he would and the guys at the JFK location deserves a round of applause for a job very well done!! I must say you're the best and I am a very Happy customer and plan on being a permanent one for this location. Thank you again and keep up the great work. As for the owner thank you so very much for caring about your business and how your customers are treated, it says alot about your character and there are plenty that could take a few tips from you!

Service is excellent. Staff is knowledgeable and will go the extra mile to help you. Really hard-wirking group of guys that have been there a while and know what their doing. More importantly,they are ethical in their business practices.

My experience with Discount Tire and Brakes has been pleasant. After speaking with the owner to express my concerns, my customer satisfaction rating has changed. The owner is attentive to customers and makes every effort to make your visit to his shop a positive experience.

First time going here. A dealership had told me I needed new brakes and wanted to charge $300. I googled this place and decided to give them a try. Everyone, from the owner to the desk representatives and workers were professional and friendly. Honest with great prices.... I'll be back.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys.I moved to the Little Rock area not long ago, and needed a set of tires.They are super respectful and focused on the customers needs.Recommend them a few times and the same experience I had was replicated.Good job!

I was out and realized I had a flat. I drove it there and they were able to get me back on the road. I did have to purchase a new tire, but I trust them. I have been told and heard them tell customers if a particular service or product is not needed.The service is always friendly. Often they are busy, and it may be beneficial to drop off if you can. But I waited and it was fine. Maybe about 45-90 minutes. It wasn't torture so I don't even remember. Many customers are repeat customers, so it is a place where you are known. They ask about your family and share their family with you.I would and often do recommend this place.

It s not every day that you have a great experience at a tire store - we replaced all the tires on our prius at costco, and they told us we should also get an alignment, but that isn t a service that costco provides, so a friend recommended discount tire on JFK. This friend is a mechanic who does as much work as possible on his own vehicles, so we trusted his recommendation, and I m SO glad we did. We got there just a little bit after open on a Friday, and were 2nd in line, so the wait time was impeccable - turns out they didn t have to make any adjustments at all, so they didn t end up charging us. I really appreciate and value their honesty and integrity, and we will be going back for all of our tire & break needs.

I appreciate you all very much especially the Service manager all managers need to learn from you your humility honesty and integrity are hard to come by in your field or any field. I bought a set of tires for my car 10 yrs ago from them, and other than some rotations/balancing with that particular car, I hadn't needed to be back since (newer vehicles, moving, etc), but I had a great experience then. Fast forward to to this year, I severely bent 2 rims a couple months ago in I-40, and needed to get my alignment checked to make sure those potholes didn't mess things up. They checked my alignment, and luckily all was well with no alignment needed. They didn't charge me for their time, even though I offered to pay them something. I really appreciated that, and will definitely be back there for my next set or 2 of tires, due to this recent experience...and my experience 10 yrs ago.

Just like most businesses, overbooking, nonchalant attitudes, an all day adventure for just about any service. Seemingly they want to make all the money but doesn't have the wherewithto to handle the influx. They do pretty good work though and it's semi reasonable. I still full wit em

It's kinda shameful that you have to wait a while entire day to get your brakes done. From 7:30am to closing. Maybe over booking.....who knows? They do good work however and the prices are typical. Staff were kinda nice. That's all I've got to say about that.

I had a tire crack while on a road trip. I stopped in 30 minutes before closing to get it checked out. They were able to get digonose the issue. Though they didn't have the tire needed, they pointed me in the right direction to get what was needed.All of this didn't cost a cent. The staff was amazing and if you live in the North Little Rock area, use this place.

We bought new tires about a year ago. When the tire pressure got really low on 2 of them I took it in to see if there was an issue. The pulled out two screws and got them good to go. All service visits there have been good.

Today I was blown away by the willingness and ability to make my needs a priority. I called and Eric answered the phone he was polite and extremely helpful. It was almost 3:00 in the afternoon and I was looking for tires today. In and of itself not a big deal right? After all they sell tires so this should be easy. I have a 2017 Challenger that has a 245/45/20 tire this is not a commonly stocked tire size. He told me what he had in stock which was a great price but not the quality I was looking for. Then he said no problem the warehouse is only a couple miles away we will go get you what you want. His demeanor and that of the staff was second to none. They fit me in and made it right for me without hesitation even though they were closing in a couple of hours and believe me when I walked in the showroom it was packed. Thank you for the great service I only wish I could give it more than 5 stars. I assure you that any needs I have in the future this will be my first stop!

Matt and the team are first rate. You can trust this place for good work at a fair price. I've gone there for years and have always been pleased. Today, I got an oil change and was prepared to get new brake pads based on the mileage of my car. Upon inspection, they told me I didn't need new brake pads and that I could likely get another 25k miles with my original pads. So, a few minutes later I was out of there with fresh oil and filter, very pleased with the service once again.

I received the best service on my flat tire at the JFK/NLR location. These folks are quick, kind, and knowledgable. No bull from them whatsoever and their honesty is unmatched. Coty was super friendly and didn't patronize me (like many auto shops do to women). I used to go to Firestone, but I've been converted after the great service I received today. Check them out next time you need some tire or brake work done!

Traveling from Columbus, Oh toLittle Rock on 23 August, I discovered that I had a nail in my tire. I searched the internet and found discount tires. Every now and again you will meet a once in a lifetime person. Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordon and today, I met Eric. He was extremely professional and attentive. As soon, as someone walked in the door he spoke to them. He was out working his co- workers 2 to 1. Discount Tires ought to be proud to have such a masterful employee, as Eric.
