I've been going to this place for almost 8 years and I cannot recommend them more. Staff and service are honest, quick, kind, skilled - overall great communication. As a single woman, I am always nervous about getting fleeced or deceived but they have never led me astray. I woke up with a flat tire this morning. They patched it for free since I bought my tires from them and had me in/out in under 30 minutes.

Honest and trustworthy. I have been taking my, 2004 Ford Explorer to this auto repair shop for 5 years. Ken Liner, the shop manager is a true professional. Ken, always makes sure, that the mechanics check my fluid levels,belts & hoses each time that I have a synthetic oil change. I recommend this place of business to others and I will return for future service as needed.

The team at discount tire and break was a godsend. I cannot say enough good things about them! My tire had a major issues while at the same time my fianc� ran out of gas on the highway and we were having a family emergency. Just when I thought the day couldn t get any worse Lorenzo and his team took care of me like I was family. I will absolutely be back to do business with them again! Thanks Lorenzo!!!!

I try to like this place every time I go, and I ve been trying for years now, and honestly I do not think I m going back again. I have no idea if John is a manager or owner or what? But he is always pretty rude and pushy or gives me unnecessary attitude and makes me feel dumb anytime I ask a question. Lorenzo is nice if you catch him on a good day. But, I ve spent waaaay too much $$ with them over the years for them to still be rude or act like they are waaaay too busy to help me understand. We also have an issue every. single. time. with our account and them calling the wrong person about our vehicles. We have asked them to correct it MULTIPLE times with no avail. Pretty frustrating to find out your car has been ready for pickup for hours just because they called the wrong person They do good work, I guess? My car is running just fine. So if you want a subpar mechanic shop this is the place for you!

Honest place! Was recommended by a buddy so went there for check oil and muffler issue. They looked at it and redirected to where I could fix it, no charge. Great place

I encourage everyone to visit this business! I was in Little Rock for a funeral and ended up with slashed tires the evening before the funeral the next morning. Dylan and Ken Liner and all other staff at the Kanis Road location worked to get me 3 new tires as quickly as possible from their warehouse so that I could get back on the road ASAP to get to the funeral (only 15 minutes late). Everyone at this location was not only professional and efficient - they were compassionate and helpful in getting me and my elderly relatives back on track.

Great service!! I took my car in thinking it needed brakes & they were totally honest & said it didn't need brakes. After taking it into the shop & looking at it. It was no charge.

Should have came here in the first place.Was treated bad at another place call this guys they understood and got me to breath for a second. Walked into their location, Lorenzo knew it was me walking in and he waved me over. Saying Mr. Davis we are glad to have you here and we have you taken care of. Top notch customer service, they treated me like a member of their personal family.

I've been going here since I moved to Little Rock a few years ago and have always been pleased with their service. They're efficient, pleasant to everyone that comes in, fair and honest. This experience has been utterly consistent for me, whether I've come in at the last minute on a Saturday morning with an emergency or casually picked my vehicle up on a weekday evening. Great staff and reliable service all around.

Bad service make a long story short.I asked them to rotate my car tires plus the alignment after i received the car I drove it I felt like something wrong there was a vibration in the steering wheel and floorboard I took it back to them guess what they rotated the tires again with out solving the problem!

The NICEST group of gentlemen and a great price for an oil change + tire rotation. They didn t even charge me anything extra for them having to go buy the oil for my car, unlike the dealership. So happy with this experience and I will definitely be going back. :)

We were having problems with our brakes. Discount Tire diagnosed the problem and fit us in to correct it same day. Everyone was nice. We were on our way home again in just a few hours.

I just want to thank Lorenzo and the staff for doing my tire rotation today. I had some issues with a previous dealership regarding my tire rotation so I came to Discount Tire and Brake and explained the situation to Lorenzo and he helped me. This is a late post from my tires purchase on November 4th. First, I don t do reviews, EXCEPT for this store. I have been in the LR area since 1995. Nobody, especially in the auto industry, has customer service like this store. They don t try to oversell anything. They are extremely nice and customer service oriented. They call as soon as your vehicle is ready. They work hard to get your job completed as fast as possible. When i got my tires there recently (and this is the only place I will go now) I worked with someone i had not seen before. His name was DYLAN. Well, just like everyone else he was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and just an all around great guy.If you need tires or brakes (and they do a lot more than that) do yourself a favor and go there.Thanks Dylan!!A very happy and loyal customer,Joe Jansen

I was there at 7:28 for a nail in my tire, they open at 7:30. 7:48 I had keys and was gone! Best service for the last 15 years! I totally appreciate this business and all of its employees

You can't ask for a better shop! This is the only shop in Little Rock that will not take advantage of my wife when she takes the car in for maintenance without me. Also, the prices are extremely reasonable, and they understand how to create repeat customers and don't look to make a quick buck! Love the work y'all are doing!!

WOW a HUGE THANK YOU to John and Eddie. Traveling cross country my brakes failed. On a weekend of course. John said if I could get it in ASAP he'd look at it. Turned out he couldn't get in done on Saturday. So I wound up leaving my truck there. First thing Monday John calls to tell me my truck is ready. I was fully expecting an enormous repair bill. However, it was way less than I'd expected. I believe I found the best shop in Little Rock, for price, quality of work, friendliness and professionalism

I've used this tire shop and location for both my vehicles. They are knowledgeable, honest, and professional when it comes to repairs and costs. They offered options and had me in and out in a respectable time frame. I highly recommend these folks.

This was the most fabulous helpful caring place ever. Got to us quickly and when you have had a blowout on a long trip it sure made us feel well taken care of. Fantastic place!

We were rolling in to Little Rock at 2 am one day this week when we heard a loud bang and jolt to the car. Right rear tire pressure went to 0 immediatley. A very bad feeling at 2 am. I got my "donut" on the car, thinking I wonder if I'll get the jack, lug wrench and donut back in the boot like they came out...I called Discount Tire and Brake first thing in the morning. They said get the tire to us and we'll get it fixed today for you.I was pretty skeptical because the rim was bent in addition to the ruptured sidewall of the tire. But we were desparate and we were only in town for a day to attend the funeral of a friend.They had the rim bent back in shape and a compatable tire mounted, balanced and on the car by 1:30pm. AND THE DONUT, JACK AND LUG WRENCH ALL BACK IN THE BOOT!!!Lorenzo took fantastic care of us!We have a friend in Little Rock now that we would not hesitate to call on again. Thank you Lorenzo and all the technicians that helped us this week!

Awesome service and great prices. I went to 2 other tire stores before coming here. Both places tried to up-sell me on everything. The guys here were friendly and started with lowest and then went up from there. There was no pressure to add road hazard or any other add-ons. I was in and out in about an hour with 4 brand new tires.I highly recommend them. They have a customer for life with me. Thanks again for making buying tires a pain free event.

I've been here 4 times. Sometimes they can seem a bit distracted due to being busy, but they are really great. I once asked for work to be done and was told "We can do that if you want, but your car should still be under warranty and that will be covered by the warranty, so I would suggest taking it to your dealer." Good prices, very courteous, and most importantly, honest. Highly recommended.

Arrived before 730 am once doors opened at 730 am, I was 2nd person in it took them 1 hour and 15minutes to get my vehicle into a stall. Several came in after I did. That was my reason for getting there early to get in and out. 1st time there, you have to be a regular or you will be pushed back

I ve been coming here for 11 years and have had 3 different cars. To this DAY they are still the best. Courteous, Friendly, and Quality work you can trust. They are clear and transparent about their prices and services, and they welcome and answer all your questions so you re never confused about what s going on.I ve gotten tires, they ve fixed my flats, and brakes done. They treat you like a neighbor, not a number.Prices are WAY better too. Environment is nice. And again I can t stress enough about how awesome their customer service is!I ll always vouch for and recommend this place to anyone. =).
