I called because I bought a van with Adrian Steel ladder rack and need some hardware replaced on it. I was told the only way they could help me is if I bring the van in. I took the time to drive 40 minutes one way so the guy at the desk could briefly look at it and tell me he d get back to me. Called three weeks later and they blamed the manufacturer for not getting back to them, and told me they d follow up and find something out for me. Weeks later and I still haven t heard anything. Id much rather have sent pictures for someone to ignore than waste my time going up there to be blown off.

Dropped a truck off 2 weeks ago with specific instructions on what needs done with compressor and they haven't touched the truck and are now acting as if they don't understand what I need.Becoming common business with them.

Made an appointment with Manager to get liftgate installed that they had in stock. Told me to pay for it when the liftgate was installed in 3 weeks(that was the earliest they could do it). I show up at the scheduled time and the same manager tells me they sold/installed to another customer and it would be 3 months at earliest before they would have another.My guess is they sold to a regular customer and they don t give two s&? ,! about personal owners.At least call the people that you are walking over to let them know you don t want or need their business.Having them show up along with someone to taxi them is not acceptable.Stay away unless you have a fleet of vehicles to entice them into keeping their appointments.

Great people to do business with! They did a great job installing my bed and they even stayed 3.5 hours after quitting time to finish installing my bed!! This is how service should be. Pat is always so pleasant to deal with he will take the time and answer all your questions. Great guy and a great company!!!
