Not quite sure why all the good reviews. I brought my car to him and told him what was going on with my car and he sent me to another shop to get them to rotate my tires and said if it still acts up bring it back. So I did. I got all my tires rotated and it didn't fix the problem. I brought my car back to him and He told me to bring it back Monday and I did. I left my car there he looked at it and told me that I'll need a computer put in my car. Something that I've never heard of. He recommended me to take my car to fletcher dodge in sherwood. My car is already having problems. I got there and Fletcher dodge only work on cars from Their car lot. So I went home crying and was wondering why Darrell didn't want to work on my car and maybe it was because I'm a black woman. So if you're a black woman I don't recommend bringing your car to him. I think that he's racist.

Mr. Darrell is the best mechanic hands down. He has worked on me and my family s cars for years. I came all the way from Texas for Mr. Darrell to fix my car. He won t rip you off and he will always find the solution to your problem. Trust me! If you want a good mechanic, go to him!

I went there two different times to get a Coil pack done twice they change me but never put a new coil pack on please look at y all parts before left the shop to make sure they put new parts on I m was out of 300$ I paid 150$ both times I will never go there again

I have taken my cars to many shops, but Darrell's is by far the best. He's a down to earth friendly guy. And he's great with vehicles. I would and have recommended him to my friends and family.

My mechanic. He's the best. Always has time for my Honda Element when I have a crisis and very reasonable prices. Always same day service too!

I had a very positive experience here. Very kind, very thorough and precise and honest. I would recommend his work to anyone. I will go back for my vehicle maintenance. Can't beat the work or price. Thank you very much for reassuring me there are still good honest mechanics out there.

I m leaving a one star review because Darrel didn t bother with a test drive after doing brake work on my truck, causing me to not have brakes and nearly causing an accident after picking my vehicle up. He could have killed someone with his laziness.Furthermore, he spliced my brake lines with compression fittings, which can fail under hard braking and are illegal to use in this application in many states.He had my truck for a month, which is plenty of time to do things the right way, but he chose not to.Take your vehicle to someone who knows what they re doing.

Super nice guy! Had my car towed to them and he was quick in looking at it. Although it was bad news and he was unable to fix it, he referred me to someone and also didn t charge me for his time and for checking.. Made this entire nightmare a little easier for me because of this. Thanks Darrell!

Darrell's Auto Repair is a small, local, family owned mechanic shop that has been around for about 20 yrs. The owner, Darrell Skinner is very knowledgeable of ALL his loyal customers vehicles as he treats everyone like his family. He is a dedicated mechanic and his prices you can't beat!

Darrell's is good for most of your basic maintenance needs. Oil changes tune-ups brakes shocks etc.Reasonably priced too.

Stopped to get a wheel bearing done driving cross-country from cali to Maryland and my diff fluid has been leaking out for who knows how long. Only noticed recently because the ABS started slipping and making weird noises. Pulled off rear drum and my entire brake system is covered in oil. Pulled the axle out and it looks like they used a grinder to cut off the race(lock ring) that keeps the abs ring in place, grinded into the axle which is causing fluid to leak through it. It's also missing the second race that sits between the bearing and the abs ring, but my receipt shows I was charged for two. Call the shop and got a response of I need to see the axle. . . I'm stationed in Maryland 1,000 miles away. Thanks for getting my rig back on the road, but now I'm looking at about $1,000 in repairs!

My sister in law was going from Ks to FL on vacation and alternator went out on her Chevy traverse. Even being a Saturday Darrell got her in and out, back on the road in under 3 hrs. Couldn't have been more accommodating.
