I had a great experience. I was so amazed by the customer service. Great atmosphere. Awesome attitudes. They were very fast at putting the tint on my 2018 Ford Focus SE. 30 minutes to be exact. Kudos to everyone at D &D Sun Control for doing a great job. Thank you. I recommend everyone stop by and get their tint done, you won't be disappointed.4-5-2024Came back and got my new tint done today. Once again, they did an awesome job. Receptionist is such a Gem. Thank you and keep up the great work. Best tint business in North Little Rock. Come by and see for yourself.

I've had all my vehicles tinted here. Over 10+ yr customer. I live in Hot Springs but came all the way to NLR for D&D. Why? Because they are TBE!

Had an "APPOINTMENT" at 1pm. After saying something several times about needing to get back to work, (Did this on my lunch break because I was told takes about an hour.) at 1:45 started to pull my car in when they realized they broke my key fob. After finding the broken pieces, I asked for my keys back and left, because who would trust such incompetent unprofessional people at a place where the customer doesn't matter. On top of it all , the teenage looking guy had an attitude with me for him breaking my stuff. Worst place ever tried to do business with. Would never recommend.

They have tinted 2 cars for me. Amazing job. Super nice staff. Highly recommend them. Then I took them my camper and got those windows tinted. Again another awesome job!

When I took my truck to get the windows tinted, they made a mistake in the degree of tint. When I mentioned it to them, they peeled it all off and redid the whole job, plus gave me a substantial discount for having to wait longer.I used D&D in the past and will do so again in the future with all my vehicles. 3M quality tint film, excellent work and they stand behind it.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Quick yet at the same time not compromising anything e.g. cutting corners with the tinting install. ~37 min. Seems like they could install it with their eyes closed and came out perfect! Looks terrific! Got air 80 and brow. Truly, the brow is a life saver!

D & D did a great job tinting 2 of my cars in the past. My current car was tinted by a shop that is now out of business. I found myself needing an eyebrow and a quarter window tinted on my current car. I stopped by D & D on a Friday after lunch to see if they could match my tint and get me on the books for the following week. The lady told me they could do it real quick if I could wait. Y all. The customer service! I left 45 mins later with perfectly matching tint for the weekend! Thank you, D & D!

If you're looking for a great place to get your windows tinted this is the place they also do vinyl wrapping on vehicles and I'm sure they make signs but I've had probably 10 vehicles done here over the past years and amazing work they get you in and out whenever your appointment is and everyone's very professional

I have used D&D for years. I personally have had multiple cars windows tinted here.They only use quality film and stand behind their work.While you're there, check out their sister company Rollin Wraps next door and get you some vinyl on your ride.

Awesome place to get away or stay while working the rates are good the longer ya stay an the Rangers are top notch No kidding they look out for your stuff while your out Deer are everywhere and almost tame Thanks to the staff at the park for their service

I called at the last minute needing only 1 window tinted due to it being replaced and the lady who answered the phone was super duper nice and said they could squeeze me in. I arrived 10 minutes later and they pulled my vehicle right in. I was only there maybe 20 or 30 minutes. Waiting area is cozy and they have TOP NOTCH customer service

Good work and affordable. The staff is very welcoming, super nice and very profesional. Had a full tint, including windshield done and it looks really good. They provide military discounts!Update... I sold the vehicle I had reviewed originally. The window tinting is still holding up really well. One spot on the driver's side door had slight scratching marks towards the bottom of the window that I identified early on after the tint job, but couldn't get the work to be redone. Still a good tint overall.My main issue and drop in rating was because I had paint film protection problems with side mirrors. I had to go back because the driver side mirror film would come up in a spot after a few days. After the second application, the exact same problem happened again, so I just gave up. Its expensive paint protection film service so I was disappointed. The film, besides that one spot held up well.

Great place...I was unsure about getting windshield tented. After some thought( I was told that if I decided later they would do it for $99) I called and was told it would be $199. Nah.....I will look around. They do an incredible job and everyone was very friendly.

They tinted my 2015 Dodge Ram, and it looks amazing!! Aaron & Taryn (hope I spelt it right) took care of me. When I walked in they immediately got my truck back there and offered me any drink I wanted plus some cake! This place is so amazing, and is a great environment. They stand behind there work because they left one little air bubble in one of my windows, and they fixed it easy! Thanks guys very impressed!

I recently purchased a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. I needed my windows tinted badly, along with ceramic protection for the front grill. I spoke with Erin explained what I needed done. It was no hassle, just simply explaining prices and scheduling. Erin was friendly and had a great personality. I definitely will be returning to get my other vehicles tinted as well.

The main reason for going here was to get my windshield tinted. I got there and walked out side to my car with the receptionist and in detail said what I wanted. After having my car for about 3 hours, I called and check in. They were still working and said it will be another 1- 1/2. I finally get there after 4pm and checked my car only to see they missed doing my windshield ( the main reason for going) and all I get is sorry and it will be another $150 after I just spend $340!!!!

I though it was going to be just great! Having a appointment at 1 but then getting told he had two appointments at one! Long story short one side was done perfectly and my drivers side both windows has bubbles in them! I paid $219.sum that's not professional with bubbles it's okay I won't refer you all!

I called for availability they said come on down we're free so I did they attacked my truck and had it done in 20 minutes all 5 windows. They worked as a team to get it done and got it done very fast. They even had the tint waiting for me already cut out and I'd only called 10 minutes prior.

I was in and out in 40 minutes and the tint is perfect. There are no scratches, bubbles, or any problems with the tint, there's even a lifetime warranty. The price was very fair, especially with how quickly it was installed and the quality of the work.

They did a good job on my tint on the sides of my vehicle but spilled what must have been a gallon of soapy water in the back on the carpet and said nothing about itI found out myself later whenever I found it puddled around my cargo mats. Wouldn t have been a big deal but no one let me know of the mistake and no I will have to wash the carpets to get the soapy water out. Wouldn t recommend based on the service provided.
