My second time coming here, all the employees are so nice and helping!! I successfully got my first helmet, a SHOEI and it s amazing. Thanks to one of the employees!! Will look forward to coming back when I buy more gear, and get my first bike !!!!

I can't remember her name but she was so sweet she helped warranty a helmet for me that broke due to the visor flying off and helped me get the helmet I wanted all while helping many other customers at the same time she needs a raise and a promotion immediately!!!! customer service 10/10

Super rad and helpful people! I got my first bike in years and they were amazingly helpful getting a helmet and gear and didn't make me feel like a newbie, which was VERY nice.I can't wait to get back to them!

Staff are always helpful and friendly. Decent selection of goods. They installed a cardo into two different helmets and mounted a rear tire for me as well.

Great place.! Wish it had more Harley stuff bc everyone there makes you feel included and apart of something bigger.. everyone was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend

The gentleman that helped use fix my wife s helmet did an awesome job! Very friendly and professional. Since the helmet was only about a year old he did not charge us the fix it. Thanks a ton!!

Great customer service! I had a helmet that didn t fit me anymore that I bought from them and they just let me exchange it for the right size! The people are nice and are willing to help with any questions you have!

Very friendly and helpful staff! I am a frequent flyer at the Little Rock location on University and have bought many items which they have helped with! (bought and installed in store a Cardo packtalk edge, and pin lock which were both installed for me) Attended my first bike night here as well and was full of good times and even better people!

Employee said hello as I entered then proceeded to help me find several items I needed. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Much better experience than the Cycle Gear in another city.

Plenty of 2 wheel gear, helmets, and Kieth knocked it out of park helping with fitment on 9 yr old sons protective gear. Wished they were here when riding was life. But glad for its location with riding as a hobby.

The employees are very friendly and they are knowledgeable about their business. I had a pleasant experience shopping there. They even stayed on the phone with me and directed me to their store when I got lost looking for it. They have good prices and a clean store and great environment.

Went in for a tire on a Sunday had wheel mounted balanced and out the door in 30 minutes. Excellent customer service and best prices in town.

Went there for a cover for Harley Street Glide. Good selection, readily got help to get the right size. It wasn't orange and black, but it was about half the price. I'm pleased. I took my Cardo Packtalk in to get it looked at. It wouldn't link to my phone. The guys worked on it, finally warranted it, installed a new one. It took a bit being Saturday, but they're customer service is great.

Friendly service by all. Several employees followed up with me to make sure I didn t need anything and even showed me parts of the store like dressing rooms were available if needed. Definitely made me feel welcome.

I've bought a jacket and multiple pairs of gloves here. Everyone I've dealt with has been helpful and friendly, which is hardly a guaranteed shopping experience when you're trans in Arkansas. This is the only place I shop locally for motorcycle gear.
