My truck bumper looks good as new. I think I brought it in on a Monday and got it back that Friday. It was a little dirty when I dropped it off, but really clean when I picked it up. I recommend!

I regret choosing Crain Collision more than getting in my actual accident. From no communication, showing my insurance the wrong car when State Farm requested a supplement- adding weeks to my repair (3 and a half months total), leaving parts in my trunk (which I were told were old, my engine cover and my hood bumper) my rear tire has a gash that i know I didn t go in with .on top of that the new bumper they installed is sagging on one side. Which I was told I could bring it back in. However, I would rather pay Parker Lexus out of my pocket than ever let them touch my Lexus again. The first picture is the side they had to repair.

The only issue I had was with my insurance company but Crain Collision was awesome they took great care of my truck and got it looking brand new and they even cleaned it up for me I'm very satisfied with they way they answered my questions and kept me in the loop

Fantastic staff. Fantastic results. No one ever wants to have to have a collision repair but if it happens, they really have your back. They ll work with your insurance. They handle the hard part. It s not a speedy repair but it s a great repair so that I m safe and back on the road. I can t ask for more than that.

Everything was fixed right on the car I was very pleased with them I was to bring it no i seen a bulb out in my car day time light but it was on before I took the car I was told I could bring it it bk but I have not had time

Absolutely the worst. It took them 3 months to get everything to repair my vehicle, i understand not in their control but it s taking them over 3 weeks to complete the work. It takes 2-3 emails to the office manager to get updates. Seems like they are full of excuses on why it s not done in a timely manner.Service: PaintingService: Painting

As of this posting, we have been waiting 130 days for a part to come in (front grill), with very very little communication from this business as to the status or any insights as to what they might be doing to secure this part.Thank God for Gorilla tape as that is the only thing holding our bumper to the body and not dragging the ground. No feedback at all; very disappointing.

Horrible customer service and they do not communicate. The young lady that answers the phone is rude and if you don t call at 8 the phone rings the entire day. I heard them tell the insurance company my mom s vehicle would be ready this past Monday and now they are saying they never said it and she is without a vehicle as she has to return the rental because Crain Collision has gone beyond the date the indicated for completion with no explanation. The car has been in their shop for over a month. Now she can t get a retuned call, a date of when she will have a car or even acknowledgment. This is not how elderly should be treated or any customer.

I was planning to write this review previously but I am just getting my car fixed after over a year and a half. I was in a car accident and I had my car fixed at Crain or so I thought. The airbag deployed and front bumper had damage. Crain said it was fixed and a couple of days later the airbag light kept coming on. I called Crain and left messages but no one called back so I took the car back to Crain. The guy that does the paperwork took some handheld device and said it was the passenger airbag and basically said they weren't sure what it could be and referred me to the Acura dealership. Well I took it to Acura and they said Crain could have done something when they were fixing it and so they really did not want to touch the car. The light wasn't on at the time so they asked me to bring it back if the light stayed on. Well the light never stayed on. I go back to Crain and asked to speak to a manager. The lady at the front desk went the office behind her and I guess that was the manager's office but I am not sure because he never came out. She told him I wanted to speak to a manager and I am not sure what he said but nothing was done once again so I left and have never been back. At that point I was riding around in a car that I wasn't sure had a working airbag. Last week I finally found out the issue with the airbag and it is being fixed by Acura and covered by my insurance. I will never take my vehicle to Crain again. They have a lifetime guarantee on their service and my guarantee was gone when I walked out that door. Please do not take your vehicle here if you do not want your time wasted. I usually give a business a second opportunity to redeem themselves as I did with Crain. The first time crain did work for me, I had to take the car back a second time because they did not fix everything. I thought I would give them a chance this time but they will not get my business a third time. Save yourself some trouble and do not take your vehicle to Crain Collision.

They did an awful job on my car... First time they said it was ready I could still see the scratch because they tried to buff plastic. The second time after we asked them to repaint the bumper was worse! They left a scratch on my door (looks like they opened it with a key in their hand) they did however fix this so that was a plus . They left chips in the bumper that wasn't there before, and big paint bubbles. After we asked that they fixed this AGAIN they buffed the paint bubbles down. We could still see them and we said something and they just told us it was because I had rock chips before.It's not that anyone was rude to us or hateful, in fact, everyone was very nice, but the quality of their work is terrible! And I would never recommend.

Very busy place. Many damaged vehicles in their parking lot. My car sat there for 2 weeks untouched so I had to go take insurance photos myself.

DO NOT go here! They have had my car since 9/2, ordered the wrong parts and now waiting on another part. I was told it would be ready last week, then this week, now hopefully late tomorrow. Go elsewhere!

Terrible service. They forgot a side panel. I didn't notice until I paid and left. They are hard to get a hold of on the phone. They also don't seem organized when you go to pay. I would never go back here.

Crain was great however insurance company Progressive - who could have cared less) and housed out of there, seemed to call majority of shots - should be a conflict of interest and was very disappointing.
