Picked up my car today after a deer hit the drivers side of the car. Overall the work looks quality. However there was a dent still on the fender, overspray or adhesive on the door pillar.The car was filthy. I figured after $10k in repairs I would pick up a washed car clean from the work and over all sitting in the shop for 3 weeks. Instead it had not been washed. There is dust all in the door jams which were painted. Clear wrap still in a replaced part. Foam inside the fuel door.It is apparent to me there is no Quality Assurance check or walk around before a customer picks up the car. No one came out and did a walkthrough of the repair, can I wash it? Do I need to wait to wax it? Can I go throw car wash? Next time it won t be CARSTAR.

They were very professional, gave me frequent updates, and completed the repairs on time even though inclement weather put them behind. The repairs were perfect, and I m very pleased with the results. I will use them again if I ever need auto body repairs.

My car was running fine. Took it in for body work and they tore it apart where it was un drivable. Took the air conditioner apart along with the drivers inside door panel. This place is scamming trash. Before and after pictures.

They did a great job on the repairs of my vehicle. Their communication was excellent and the process was smooth. My only complaint is when I went to pick the vehicle up it was covered in tree sap and pine needles from parking it under a pine tree, so I would recommend that they don t park the vehicles under this pine tree. They did offer to wash it at their shop but it will have to be hand washed to remove all of this.

I was kept informed of the process and progress of the status of my vehicle. Peyton was patient, professional and very kind. When I saw my vehicle after the completion of the repairs, it looked exactly how it looked when I first purchased it off the lot. I am very pleased with the workmanship. I hope I do not need this type of service again, however if I do, this is where I would like my vehicle repaired. I want to give an huge thanks to the staff for their professionalism and workmanship.

Horrible! Don't take your vehicle here. I didn't listen to the negative reviews here and now my vehicle is damaged in two areas they worked on. The one in the Benton/Bryant area does far better work.

First time using Carstar. They were terrific. Pleasant to work with. They made the experience easy. They did everything promised. On time. And the work was excellent. Hopefully I don't need them, but they will be my choice

We had called to get quotes on the vehicle prior to this accident and they seemed pretty pricey. This was a no-fault insurance claim and they were fabulous with the car and did it in a timely manner.

Body work to right side light assembly took them over a month...Right when my date was to pick up they kept changing the date with lame excuses.. Then my last draw was when they STOPPED CONNECTING with us at all... Going to pick my stuff up NO MATTER WHAT.... Never have my business ever again

The first time I went there they had no clue as to who I was and what I was talking about even though I had called them repeatedly about fixing my car. I called them the day before and told them I was bringing my car in and they said no problem. I get there and have no record of me. My claim had been deleted because it was past 30 days which is why I called them three times. They told me they would update me by text and email every step of the way. They didn t. Got a text saying my car was done and they would call me if they hadn t already. They didn t call. Got there to pick up my car and they were clueless and asked me why I thought it was done. I told them I got a text from them stating that. She got up and walked away without saying anything. Came back with a posse of people as if she needed protection from the big scary man. Was made to feel like I was a bad boy and needed schooling. They were to fix the front end of my car due to a fender bender. Looks okay but the driver side front end looks like it s coming apart. I probably will never go back there or recommend their services.

This was the recommended shop from my insurance. They have had my car since August 17. Which meant after my rental from my insurance ran out, I was paying out of pocket. They sent text after text saying it would be ready 9-20-23 and they would call with any unexpected delays. Today I call to ask what time to pick up. They said it s still in rebuild. I told them I had texts that it would be ready today. The person I talk to them informed me that that was an automated message, but they have no control over, and they are not always accurate. I m not sure how I was suppose to know that.

I felt this Repair took too long. At first I received updates, then when it got to estimated date the updates disappeared.I was supposed to get my car back on the 31st, I finally got it the 4th, I had to call and find out what was going on everyday.They had my car from the 9th of Oct. thru Nov. 4Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recommend CARSTAR Patriot. Joel is so kind, took care of everything with insurance and the team got my car fixed a week early. So thankful we have them here in Maumelle. Thank you Joel!

For the love of god do not take your car here if you value your vehicle at all. I was rear ended in april. They did not get my car in until June 1. After that, my car was not returned until August 8. At which point, my car was disgusting and missing pieces. Today, on august 10th, I went to get gas and the gas hatch would not open at all. I feel very cheated and taken advantage of throughout this entire process.

Wheew you guys have way too many bad reviews... You guys may need to close then hire new staff before you reopen. I was going to bring my car up there to get it painted... Nah I'll just go to a more professional auto body shop

I took my car here for repair for an insurance claim and ended up not using them because there was some hidden damage from a previous claim that had not been done properly by a different shop. I ultimately decided to pick up my car and just find another repair shop. When I received my car back, there were white marks on the back and sides of it, chipped paint that wasn't there before, and my check engine light was on. Crystal, the production manager, mentioned prior to me picking it up that her technicians would put my car back together and clean said marks, which obviously didn't happen. So I paid Carstar to dismember and reassemble my car only for it to be in even worse condition when I picked it up. If you care about your vehicle, don't bring it here.

After almost 40 days of having my truck to do body work after a wreck, I had multiple communicated deadlines came and gone, I finally came and got my truck without it being fixed because rental wouldn t be covered anymore. Stopped by the other day to see if they could give me an estimate on my car and they said the quickest they could do that was 5 weeks out just for an estimate. I understand todo the repair could be booked out that long but not for an estimate.

This place has had my company van for nearly 2 months. Deadlines come and go. They give a date then on that date they extend by 2 weeks every time. No one answers the phone. No one gives an explanation. My business has suffered greatly because of this. I d like answers.

They argued that the paint was the same color. When clearly it wasn't. Hopefully with the information I've given them they can correct it. I will update when they say they finish it again.
