Good experience here. Gave lots of advice to those in-store. Had a good lineup of products. Treated me very nice as someone new to automotive painting.

Probably the worst single experience I've had at a retailer in my life. When I arrived there were two individuals working inside the store. One of them clearly was in training and the other one was too busy answering the phone to deal with the 1 customer in his store for 20-30 MINUTES. After he finally identified the product I needed I couldn't even get someone to check me out for 5 more minutes even though I was prompting employees that I was ready to check out. Then after i purchased the paint product and door panel retainer clips they suggested, I walked out the door to immediately find the clip they suggested didn't fit. Not a problem, you would think you would either be able to exchange it for one that would work OR get a refund WRONG!A third gentlemen, presumably the manager or owner, had come in within the last five minutes. He proceeded to tell me that there is "nothing I can do with that now that you've opened it ", "didn't you look at it", and mumbled some other trash talk to me after I calmly and politely told him I was displeased with the lack of a return or exchange policy.Really, they don't have the authority to refund $5 for customer satisfaction? No wonder the staff is helpless and confused based on management's leadership, attitude, and policies.If you need some advice, ever foresee a return or exchange scenario with one of their products, or just want to purchase an item in a reasonable timeframe (when you're the only person in the store) then GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

This is a great place to buy anything for automotive painting and the staff is always helpful and the prices are great on all of their products! I highly recommend them to anybody!

I always appreciate the helpful staff and variety of materials available. I can an economy paint job all the way up to a full Custom Restoration

They help me out so much. My truck battery died and I walked up and the gave me a ride and got me back up and back on my trip.

Went by at lunch to get some paint for my motorcycle. The staff was helpful and prompt.

Its not 5:30 its 4:50 pm and they are closed already.
