I walked in to get a quote on replacing my windshield and in a couple of hours they were done! Great service, great price. I highly recommend this Little Rock institution!

Will use Capitol Glass for all my glass needs from here on out. The customer service from the ladies up front and the dudes in the shop (shout out to Skinny who has helped me each time!) is top notch. Had my windshield replaced TWICE in one week (thank you I-30 construction) months later I experienced a minor leak and they took care of it right on the spot. Unfortunately the leak reoccurred and after inspection it was decided to replace the entire thing. They did so the same day and quickly! Could not recommend this local business more!

So I call and need one piece .She says he is in the middle of 230 pieces right now Shock .the guy gets on the phone and says what size do you need????? And then come get it!!!! Unusual awesomeness

I bought Grey Beauty in because someone had vandalized my baby. I called around and Capital Glass said that they could get it. To say less the wrong side window came in. Yet I dropped by today to ask about ordering off EBay and lo and behold the correct window was in. Skinny installed the window and I was back on the road.Thank you to Skinny and his team Go Capital Glass Go!!!

Capitol Glass Company was a life saver to me today. A month ago, Mountain View was hit with a horrible hail storm that smashed my back glass out. I d initially scheduled with Safelite, who proceeded to call me, day of my appointment, to say my glass hadn t made it in yet from Memphis and that they d have to reschedule me for two weeks out THREE DIFFERENT TIMES. I tried to be understanding for first two times, because they were the most reasonable in price and location to me (they are in Conway). Meaning, I went without glass in my vehicle for over a month. Last Friday (7/21/23) was the 3rd strike for Safelite and my final straw. Frustrated and now on a really tight schedule for a rapidly approaching trip to Texas I have to take, I called Capitol Glass, spoke with the most gentle and caring ladies ever, who managed to not only get me in today (7/24/23), but also quoted us over $100 LESS for the repair than the jokers at the first place . As a cash pay patron, that was huge! They got me in and out in about two hours. Two years ago, I made a pledge to support smaller businesses, not these corporate conglomerates, and this is precisely why. Thank you for everything y all! Now I can safely make the trip to Dallas for my cousin s wedding with less fear of my car being broken into.

Horrible experience job not performed and Money stolen.They took my money didnt repair anything and its been 3weeks NO REFUND YET!!!LIARS IS WHAT THEY ARE AND THIEVES. EMPLOYEES NOT FULLY TRAINED EITHER.

In under 24 hours from calling about a window replacement, they had me taken care of and leaving the shop. In fact, had I been available the same day I called, it would have been in under 4 hours! Friendly staff as well. I could tell they paid attention to detail when I shut my door and didn't hear any broken glass from the previous window.Service: Auto side window replacement

They were willing to repair my civic even when others denied me service. I drove from Benton because they did my windshield the same day and had it in stock. Thank you!

I've used Capitol Glass for the 20 years I've lived here and they are professional, friendly, and do excellent work. They've done windshields for me, cut glass and mirrors for my display cases and even repaired my old window felts and wind window making my old truck BETTER THAN NEW! They are the nicest people and do the best work!!! I wouldn't trust my truck to anyone else. I have always had a good experience and cannot thank them enough!!! A+A+A+

Called Capitol Glass and spoke to Judy on the phone. She told me what I needed to know and I was at the shop. Once I arrived, they greeted me when I walked in the door. I was a "drop in" but they had me in and out in a little less than an hour. Very friendly people and I highly recommend them.

I had an appointment with a different store in the area.. I showed up 15 minutes early and they told me it would take the whole day to do it as they won't order the windshield until I show up and leave my car.Disappointed, I went to Capitol Glass Company and they told me they can do it in 2 hours.. 2 hours later, they called and I picked it up. They installed a quality windshield which is better than the one that came with the car. It seems to have a very minute tint to it so it reduces the glare from the road. I was planning on installing an eyebrow but now I am not going to!Everything about the install was great!

I have used Capitol Glass a few times for windshield repair. They do an excellent job for a great price. Their customer service is outstanding. Everyone has always been pleasant and kind each time I have used them.

I could not be more impressed with the service I received here today. They went above and beyond to help me when my passenger window was smashed out, they worked me in first thing on a Monday morning then delivered my car to my work since I wasn't able to pick it up before they closed. If I need glass repaired or replaced Capitol Glass will be my first call. When I called they got me in the next day. Also the lady at the front desk went above and beyond. They open at 8am and she made a suggestion that really helped. Don't be caught giving any other company all that Cash save money by calling Capital Glass!

Called to see if they could repair my fallen rear view mirror - lady who answered was very kind and said I'd need to bring it in for them to look at. Brought it in 30 min later and within 15 minutes, they had fixed the issue with a simple fix. They said to just let them know if it falls again and then we'd have to look at replacing windshield. Very nice and easy.

Called midday on Thursday and was able to get in the next morning. Dropped off car at 9 and had it back by 11. Window looks great. Very friendly staff. Price was very competitive.
