Cantrell Service Center did a great job with the brake work on my car! They have amazing customer service! They fit me in their schedule even though they were short handed to help accommodate my schedule. It was very much appreciated!

From the moment you walk in or call, you are treated with complete respect. My techs carefully explained everything to me, provided approximate costs and kept me updated via text/email and phone calls during the process.They provided recommendations for my car and offered suggestions on what and when to have service done.The courtesy is excellent, from the shuttle to the techs. It's amazing to watch people who genuinely enjoy their work and treat customers with respect these days and Cantrell Service Center is no exception.I wish there were 10 stars, because they deserve every one of them. I found this business on Google & I was drawn to the positive reviews so I made an appointment to get an oil change and to get a full diagnostic run on my car. But unfortunately because of the time restraint I wasn't able to get the "full" testing but they did do the oil change, great job and gave me a list of other problems that was happening with my car. I will be going back to get the full diagnostic and also let them fix a couple of other problems that was on the printout report. Will report back afterwards. I was very pleased on my first visit to Cantrell Service Center

They got my car in as scheduled, did the requested work, and on their routine check of the vehicle discovered some potential trouble areas, which they also fixed in a timely manner. They even answered a couple of my off-the-wall questions. I look forward to continue to use their service, which is also a lot closer to home than the dealer.

I m so happy I found this place! Their service is so fast, professional, affordable and the staff is exceedingly gracious, generous and warm. They really go the extra mile to service you, literally! Instead of waiting there for my car to be serviced they shuttled me to and from my house free of charge. And they really overdelivered in ensuring my car was in good shape, way more than they had to! They didn t charge me for extra services. I love this place and this team!

A first time visitor to this shop. Prior to moving here I had the same mechanic for 25 years so was looking for some place that was similar. I found it in Cantrell Auto service. Dennis and David were extremely helpful, transparent with coats and their recommendations were perfect for what I was looking for.

I had a friend refer me to Cantrell Service Center-and I will forever be glad she did. I was taken care of and made to feel like they really truly cared. I was given a detailed report of all repairs, which were also prioritized. They showed patience and understanding with my situation and that meant a lot. I'm very pleased with the service I received today on my 2018 Jeep Renegade. They changed the lug nuts on all 4 wheels, rotated the tires, inspected all fluids and systems, and advised me that I did NOT need an oil change on a car that I don't often drive....and the final bill didn't break the bank! I appreciate their honesty and fast, efficient service! Highly recommend!

I ve been a repeat customer here several times, and satisfied. . Although extremely delayed, given that our vehicle was worked on back in December, I felt strongly that I wanted to provide a review of Cantrell Service Center's services. To put it simply, I cannot recommend them highly enough. David and the rest of the crew there treated me like one of their own while I was there. Not only did they get me in within just a few hours during a very busy time for the business to do a relatively major bit of work on my vehicle (my alternator and battery died on a vehicle where neither is easy to access), but they went so far as to look over some other components and gave me fair warning about future repairs (and didn't bill me for any of that). David also went out of his way to look for a way to reduce the overall cost of the repairs when he heard that my family and I were already enduring a major expense under strained finances with our cross-country trip to a wedding. A job that could have easily cost anywhere from $1500-$2500 ended up costing us closer to $850 in the end. To top it off, they took note of how long I had been there in the waiting room and did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable (including offering me a meal, with no expected compensation in return). To put it simply, the folks at Cantrell Service Center were/are a real G-dsend. David even called me up the next day to make sure that we made it to our destination safely and that the repairs were working out well. Truly one of the kindest shops I have ever had the pleasure of visiting. If we lived in the Little Rock area, they would have earned a customer for life out of me with this one visit. They have my highest recommendation. Cantrell Service Center is the pinnacle of excellence.Services: Electrical, Battery

1st, I love appointments! They were ready and I chose to wait. Much like a high end Dlrshps, refreshments, snacks were avail gratis for clients/kids. Wait area small but comfortable. 2 service writers, knowledgeable and helpful!I used a coupon honored w/o issue.Inspection results were discussed. We have been using Cantrell Service Center for a long time, and have always been very happy with the service. We have 2 cars, and one of them is not always easy to work on (Saab). Over the holidays, the other one broke down, and had to tow it. Sarah and Dennis are a delight to work with. The entire team is extremely professional and keeps you informed all the time. They have done a perfect job as usual and I will recommend them 1000%. It is rare today to find an honest repair shop, friendly, affordable and not pushy. Great staff. This was a first time visit to Cantrell. I discovered only after getting home and checking my services and estimate for tires, there was a breakdown in communication. First, I think the agent, Dennis, whomever checked me out, should have told me that the service I requested to rotate tires was not done. What he did tell me that my tires was getting worn and needed to be replaced. I thought that he said the cost would be 5k. I told him that I was shocked and could hardly believe that it would cost 5k. He said you can check around. It s only when I m home that I review the estimatesent via email that the cost for tires would be 1k. It makes no sense that this breakdown in communication wasNot resolved. Either he or I or both need our hearing checked. Other that this frustrating experience, all was well. I assume. It s was a fast job.

My battery was charged and tested, but my car still wouldn't start, even with a new battery. A further diagnostic (a very expensive one) was needed. They likely could have uncovered my problem, but unfortunately, I needed the use a loaner car so I had to defer to the dealership instead. Cantrell Service Center came highly recommended to me by someone that I trust. The people that I briefly encountered were pleasant.
