When the other stores sell me on stuff I don t need, I know Aaron on stagecoach will make it right. Had a rough morning with a different location. Aaron set it straight and got the job done! 5 stars!!!!

Front passenger headlight bulb was blown. Scott Y. took care of me!! I m a 26 year old female and that by far was the best experience I ve had in an auto parts store. I didn t know what I needed, he looked at my vehicle(while it was raining I will add) he knew exactly what I needed. And even popped it in for me! As a woman it was a beyond amazing experience to not feel harassed in an auto parts store!! Less than 10 minutes of his time and a life saver for me!

Amazing! They are super helpful and have saved me tons of money. KJ and Cassius helped me with my diagnostics and a bulb change, and even jumped my car!

Went to the Stagecoach Road Auto Zone in Little Rock to get a new battery. There I met the sales associate, KJ and he was the most helpful and kindest person I ve ever dealt with at any store!!!!! You re gonna go far KJ!! Auto Zone, give him a raise!!

Willie O exceptional customer service. Nene store manager great. Exceeded my expectations every visit. Willie O stop his break to take care of me. Great customer service hands down. Steve greeted me with a smile as soon as I walked in.

Highly recommended made one call and Ms. Nee Nee and Mr. Cassius came through and helped us with a boost off they was very professional generous and caring it was hot but they were still patient and seen to us getting taken care of! Thanks your act of hospitality will never be forgotten

I came in to get head lights I usually fix things myself thank goodness for Google lol. I have been to other part stores and team members never even asked if they could help me with anything but I tell you what all three employees at this location went out of their way to help!!!! They made sure that I was getting the best price and quality and came out one by one to see what they could me with!!! So ladies I know we can do it ourselves but it sure was nice having 3 helpful hands offered. Great jobs guys I will definitely shop here for all my automotive needs!!! I visited the location this last Sunday in the afternoon so if the Boss reads this those 3 gentlemen deserve some Recognition job well done!!!

Manager was a great help. Took the time to explain oil weights, k&n filter cleaning process, and a couple other things as well. I was pleasantly amazed at the amount of service and commitment that this particular location.

Best customer service I've ever had. They loaned me a tool and gave me a hand, and I didn't even ask! I forgot his name, but the Hispanic manager guy with a short goatee was a big help.

Went to see about a battery I purchased that had been acting up. Took 2 hrs for it to charge, went back and it hadn't charged. Associate error. Had to go back a 3rd time to check on the charge and it was successful, so far. We'll over the next few days.

Best AutoZone Ever the best help an amazing. They're going to help you over the phone or in person. I'm very pleased with the results of the people who work there . Thanks again Pedro/& Raphael but overall the whole store . I want be going to Benton or Bryant anymore for some reason they have no experience workers . And BTW if I'm buying the parts I believe I can Afford them . So Benton & Braynt I know that you don't care . But I think I'll take my money were its Appreciated and that's over on Stagecoach thanks to all the employees all Diamond status

The staff is MORE than helpful! I've been restoring my son's 96 mustang for about a year now! These guys have been there EVERY step of the way! I won't patron any other Autozone or car part store!

The clerk put a monitor on my truck to determine why the engine light was on. This test was free, then he printed a parts/price list. A great service.

The man I spoke to seemed very knowledgeable about what might be wrong with my car. He didn't have equipment that would test for that. But he suggested several places I could take it to for them to look at it for me.

It was slow, got immediate help, he was a youngster, the "journeyman" was on the phone, intermittently, had to show the young'un how to enter my account code. So, unimpressive.

Tested a battery for me for free, found it was actually good and then charged it up for free! When it actually breaks I'll definitely think about going back there.

Battery ran down and I had to replace it. Luckily I had kept my receipt from two years ago and was able to get it replaced. Nice people.
