Don t go to this AutoZone. You would be better driving to the one in Sherwood. Save yourself the humiliation. The worker talked about us the whole time we were in there. We went in there to get a front headlight and left without one. The worker was unhelpful and I just chose to leave and go to another one nearby.

Terrible!!! I came in to do a core exchange and Derrick told me they had no cash and he couldn t give me my refund, only to come back later that day and was told they had cash the whole time. Derrick just didn t want to do his job. He was already counting down the time til he got off!

On May 29, 2023 I came to AutoZone store #1924. When I entered the store I was greeted with the store Manger Denise Drummer. Denise was very welcoming and a people person. Denise had one of the employees to help me, Kalen Pumphrey. Kalen helped me with my vehicle situation and was very knowledgeable with the problem. Not only did he explain to me, Kalen also explained to my Mother over the phone so she could understand what the problem was with her car. Not all employees do that, but I really appreciate him for helping me. After explaining to my mother, Kalen showed me the product and explained to me how it comes out and how the product goes back in. Kalen and I went back outside to my vehicle and showed me underneath the hood of the car where the product would go.Kalen went above and beyond. I appreciate there help and being people person's. This store is very nice and very kind employees.

Derrick deserves a ton of praise. I watched him help an elderly couple that was driving across country. They needed a belt replaced and was gonna have to stay the night and pay a shop... Derrick waited until his lunch break and replaced their belt for free... we need more folks like him.....#BeLikeDerrick

Talk with store manager Denise about a alternator for my car and i bought one for my car. & I talk with Derrick & Jessica, Mike & these guy's are professional and people friendly i will be back for services again Good Job Guy's

Fantastic service - over and above. Vernon installed a new battery in my Volvo which requires disassembling a whole lot of stuff. He worked in extreme heat and was cheerful the entire time. All the staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and upbeat.

One man was alright checking us out, but when my dad asked him and a different worker a couple simple questions about parts, they looked at my dad very rudely and like he was stupid, said they had never seen that item before, shook their heads at my dad, and didn't bother to help us. They didn't know anything about any items in the store or things they sold, and were not friendly at all. It was a very unprofessional location.

Derrick and company are very nice and did everything they could to get us a radiator! After 7 days (not their fault), we've finally got one! Thanks for your hard work guys!

This was my second visit to this Denny's location. Upon entering it was four minutes until we were acknowledged. Theh anther five minutes until seated. Granted they were busy. There was a hand written small whiteboard at the register listing nine food items they were out of. After being seated it took another six minutes until anyone came to take our drink orders, then 4 more minutes to receive our drinks and take the food orders. An additional twenty-five minutes until the food arrived. All in all, we were right at an hour and a half in this Denny's. The waitress, I have to say, did an excellent job and did apologize for the delay which was the saving factor on this visit. I will think twice before a repeat visit to this location.

Visited this store to pick up supplies for my oil change. For whatever reason this location s computer told the employee that I needed a non screw oil filter when in reality I needed a screw on filter. So next morning after my engine cools I find the mistake when I open the box after draining my oil. Call up the location and they said they d deliver me the correct one. I live 12 minutes from this location and here it is almost 2 hours later and no oil filter. This location, in its infinite wisdom chose a delivery driver that refuses to use one of the most comprehensive mapping tools on the planet Google Maps. When I call they say he s old and doesn t know how to use it. Well here s a thought, TRAIN HIM.

We came in looking for tools to replace a flat, and a jack to lift our truck. We were greeted and helped by Romaiah, who was able to point us right to what we needed. We were able to get everything we needed thanks to Romaiah's insight and expertise, and had our problems fixed in no time. I would definitely recommend this store in particular due to the superior customer service and employee knowledge.

I found a lot of things that I was looking for and could use for my car. I wish that they sold individual wheel covers instead of pack of four only because I only needed one. Funny thing though on the way home I saw one laying in the road so I decided to pick him it up to avoid anyone having a accident with it. I was just going to trash it but Jehovah God told me to try and see if it fit mine's. Guess what? It did!!!! It looked good so I cleaned it up and it is in excellent condition. Sorry not AutoZone now I saved almost $60.
