Horrible hours not convenient for customers only open 4 hours and normal people work can t get to them without appointment and never open their hours are 8-2 but never answer phones or in office

Excellent customer service!! They arrived quickly & helped get me to my destination on time. Very efficient & friendly! I normally wouldn t take the time to leave a review, but I noticed they had several negative reviews & couldn t understand why, then discovered it was previously under different ownership. Great people to deal with during a not so pleasant situation to be in. Many thanks!!!!

Terrible service. Went today to pick up my car no one was at the office so i called no answer called again no answer. I called again he answered told him i was there to pick up car. He said he's at the bank and not coming back to the office. I told him i need my car for doctor's appointments for me and my child. He said he still wasn't coming back and that he want be in until 10am the next morning.. Thats not how you run a company. The hours of hours of operation there are from 10am to 4pm.. Dont understand how you have a business like that..

Had my car repoed by them, called my finance company to get personal belongings and they told me to call the company. Called 4 times, ignored all my calls and voicemails. Finally got ahold of someone today and he laughed and told me to bring PD. I ll be getting in contact with my lawyer to file a suit for my belongings that they refused to give me. Also will be contacting BBB for illegal actions. Don t try to do business with them or you ll be missing a ton of your stuff and I m sure get retaliated on.

The owner was a great lady very understanding honestly by experience she took time out of her way to open the doors for me on a non working day so honestly has great communication and very honest person. Don t always believe reviews until you get the experience and honestly it s a blessing.

Very unprofessional. Wouldn t let me get the car seats out of the car for my kids and then lied and said they closed at noon on Friday s and now when we called today it says they are open til 2:00 on Friday so we could have got the vehicle Friday. Very disappointing service

The dispatcher was rude, condescending and the business is discriminatory!!! Utilized by my insurance company , USAA, for a tow; not only did they not show up, but LIED and stated that they couldn't gain access to the vehicle. It was in the driveway!!!!! Paved and visible from the street. putting this "entity " on blast!!!!

These people do not care that you have everyday essentials needs they barely answer the phone and only do business when they feel like it I don t recommend anyone using them especially if your using them as a tow company!

Guy was a jerk on the phone. Someone was in my yard snooping and I was told it could be this company.It wasnt but he could have been more professional with his Conversation with me.

Took 3 hours for them to get to Cabot, their excuse was stuck in traffic, hung up on us twice when we tried to figure out where they were.
