Terrible experience with All My Sons. Lot s of product damage. I paid for the VIP service where they pack the entire house. The first day our valuables were just jammed in boxes and not wrapped well. I had to get on them after the first day in order to get those basic things done. Then they broke our coffee table in three pieces. Damaged the walls. And missed about 10 drawers of stuff throughout the house. Therefore, I ended up having to get all of that myself even after paying for the full service. I would not recommend.

Teon Brown led a great team of movers for us. They took care with our furniture and walls and were so pleasant and professional as they worked. We were so impressed with their work ethic and their hustle.

I want to share my experience hiring All My Sons Little Rock to move me.On the day I booked my move, I was quoted $339. The company knew where we were moving from and where we were moving to. They knew we were coming from a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ~1,000 square foot apartment with a kitchen, dining room, and living room in Benton and they knew that we were moving to a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom ~1,300 square foot house in Little Rock. They asked me for a list of big items (such as furniture and TVs). I was very detailed with this list. This was the only information I was asked for.I anticipated that this quote was on the very low end of things. I figured I would be shelling out around $500 to $600 based on the information I was given when I asked for the quote.When the movers arrived on moving day they were shocked at the amount of stuff we had in the apartment. I don t understand how people who move people for a living were shocked at the amount of things that were being moved from the apartment that I described to them.When I called the All My Sons Manager, Blake, to ask why they sent a small truck and only 2 men, he told me, you didn t tell us there would be boxes. I am not a professional mover. I have only moved a few times in my life and I ve never HIRED professional movers. Not one person from All My Sons asked me how many boxes I had in my apartment. I answered the questions I was asked and they answered a few questions of my own including, Will you move items that are in bags instead of boxes? Which implies that I had boxes and bags.Also during this phone call to Blake, I pulled up my confirmation email which said they were sending the largest truck that day. After telling my roommate that the truck they sent (lil pinky) was indeed the largest and later told ME that it was not the largest but that it was plenty big to hold the items I told him in the inventory. Blake said there was clearly a miscommunication and they would not charge me for a second trip if the move required one.In addition, I was not told until AFTER I paid my deposit that the movers were required to wrap/ box/ protect certain items and that they charged extra for the materials they use to do this. I feel like this should have been mentioned when I got my initial quote.While I was overall pleased with the performance of the men that moved my belongings, I was disappointed to see that even though it took 6 hours and the items were required to be wrapped up in a certain way to prevent damage, a few things were broken when I unpacked them. This included a bed, a bookshelf, and part of my couch. In addition, one mover used our restroom and was in there for 8 minutes. 8 minutes when you are charged by the hour means I paid $18 for a man to poop in my home.This move cost me almost $1,100 dollars plus tip. ELEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS. I was quoted $339. This is bonkers. That quote was nowhere close to the actual charges. The real kicker, though? They didn t even finish the job. My roommate and I had to travel back and forth multiple more times in our personal cars because the truck they sent wasn t the 26 foot truck that was supposed to be sent.I am so disappointed in this experience. It makes me sick to think about how much money I spent on a subpar, incomplete, over three-times-the-estimate moving job. I want to emphasize that I would have been fine paying this price had they been upfront about it. I felt so blindsided and cheated. It was very dishonest.

All My Sons helped me with an out-of-state move from Ohio to Arkansas. They had great communication and the flexibility I needed. The day of the move, they finished the unload quickly and made sure items were located correctly. Alex and Timothy went above and beyond to make sure all items were placed correctly and safely. Timothy helped clean up a frame that broke (not the fault of this crew). The price was very fair for the service I received.

The service was very professional, speedy and reasonably priced. The movers Cedric and Marcus were amazing. They took great care of our furniture and used all the proper safety measures to protect it. I would ask for them again if I had to move. This is my second time using this moving service and I have been very pleased both times. Highly recommend All My Sons Moving & Storage.

We had a great experience with AMS. Pricing was very reasonable - they met our needs, took great care of everything, fast and professional. Garrett and Mike were fantastic - worked swiftly and carefully, checked in and asked good questions, spoke highly of the whole company and really represented them well! Highly recommend

First time using professional movers and that is exactly what there were, professional. Alex s team was amazing. Very friendly, patient. Didn t rush trying to get things out of the old house and into the new house to make sure no damage was done to the furniture or the walls. That was my fear and they did amazing! Never once just stood around, they were hustling and bustling getting it done. They priced me just right and got it done in the time they said they would. I would recommend All My Sons to anyone and especially Alex s team!

My family and I certainly appreciate the exceptional services received on today from Mike and Jalen. They were fast, prompt, and professional! They demonstrated tremendous work ethics.. and for this, we are grateful! Special thanks to Aaron/Dakota with upper management for taking time out to assist with all of our moving/storage concerns. Teon and Darryl were exceptional! They arrived at the time they called to say they were coming, everything was loaded with care and wrapped very well, and after offloading everything was in perfect shaped. We had a difficult all-glass cabinet for them to move and we were worried it wouldn t survive a move. They proved us wrong and got it to us in one piece. They had a great attitude and I could easily recommend Teon and Darryl, as well as All My Sons Moving service. Really appreciate everything.

Coco and her team were awesome. They were super friendly and moved our entire household quick and efficiently. Would definitely recommend them to anyone needing movers, especially on short notice. We were able to call them in the morning and have them at our storage unit only a few hours later. Great experience!

These 3 individual went above and beyond what they were required to do just to make this stressful day easier for us. Let me just say, this will be an honest and unbiased review.We reached out to several moving companies for our move and All My Sons was the quickest to respond back and their prices were comparable to others - so we went with them. From the time we reserved our move date to the last box moved off their truck today, we have had such great customer service/professionalism! We were contacted on a few occasions just to check in with us and go over some moving tips.Teon's team today was great! There were 3 movers (I can't remember the other 2 names) and they ensured everything done was to our standards. They even had us do a double check of the house to ensure nothing was left behind - even though in the small print, that's up to the customer to ensure - not All My Sons.Most of the negative reviews I've seen were from the "small print" that most just scroll through and check the box off - there was NOTHING surprising that popped up, everything was explained in great detail. Another thing, you can't get an exact quote due to the fact of the supplies that may be used OR how long the move will take - again, all of those prices are mentioned throughout the moving process.All My Sons did a tremendous job and I feel like if you judge the company based on reviews, you'll have missed a great company!

This moving company originally scheduled me to move out of my apartment at 9AM weeks in advance with a deposit. 2 days before my move they called and said the truck broke so they had to move me to noon. I said 1 o clock was the latest I could do. They verbally agreed. Drivers did not show up until 3. Not the drivers fault, but clearly company did not relay that message to them. It took 3 hours to move me out of my one bedroom apartment. We were running so behind that at the new apartment, we had drivers just put a lot of things in the garage straight from the truck on first floor. 4 1/2 hour job for my one bedroom apartment. I asked for a discount, manager told me we re already giving you our cheapest rate. Ended up being almost 1,000 for a less than 10 mile move. Movers showed up 6 hours later than the agreed upon time and there was no financial remedy. Very disappointing. Drivers were nice; but I would never use this company again. No customer service.

Alex Brown's crew with Brandon & Son's moving & storage were great. Moved 3 bedroom, sofa & dining room furniture. Also Moved 5 antique large pieces 4 of which had been restored. Protected all furniture no dings or damage. Placed all pieces where I needed them. Made sure I didn't need anything Moved prior to there leaving. Also Moved new items replaced due to house fire. I will definitely use Alex's crew again for any moves needed.

Absolutely Terrible experience! Management is Rude and needs improvement on the business and how its ran. The workers are the only reason this got 2 stars instead of 1. They were polite and hardworking. Also the "quote" should be more clear. Didnt think id be paying 1100 for 2.5 hours of work.

They did one amazing job, they were fast and professional and went above and beyond to make my moving experience a breeze. Clarence and yaya were the best. Very nice and made sure to take care of all my belongings I could not have asked for 2 better people to move me.So I say thank you very much for all of your hard work and I will definitely be a return customer

We have used several moving companies over the past few years. We decided to try out All My Sons to move a large bed out of town. Mike and Coco were amazing! Professional service, friendly, and at a great price. We will definitely use All My Sons moving for all of our future needs!

So impressed with this company and both my movers including Teon! Ask for him and his associate. They were swift in loading and unloading. Took great care with wrapping my items and were so kind. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank you for all your help from the initial call to secure the service to the goodbyes as I left the storage lot and the guys. So impressed!!

I ve used moving companies in the past with less than mediocre results. Coco and her team were outstanding. They were very thorough and respectful. They didn t drag their feet to run up the dollar meter. I was extremely impressed with all of them and should I move again I will use All My Sons and specifically request Coco s team!!

Wow! Coco and Dylan showed up on time and were the nicest folks. We had to move on such a short time frame that with health conditions that we have we needed help packing an office and a big closet. All My Sons to the rescue! Coco and Dylan were so professional and hard-working. You don t see this many of days with the younger population! I am so glad that All My Sons sent these two to help us. They were amazing and friendly, and even loved our dogs. I m very proud of their work ethic, and when I m back in the area will not hesitate to use all my sons! I highly recommend these folks! On the nice list, Forever for sure and trust me I know, Santa! Thank you, Dylan and Coco for being awesome! Also, big thank you to Locora, Bryant and Blake you guys made this process so easy folks I can t recommend this company high enough. Thank you for being awesome.
