Terrana, Jada, and Chris (manager) at the Little Rock, Arkansas Airport Alamo were exceptional. Would highly recommend . Very professional, friendly, and courteous. Top notch employees went above and beyond.

The Alamo pickup and delivery site was actually in Denver for the pickup and return. The Alamo website management was very straightforward, and the purchase was simple. The actual pickup was great once I got the Alamo rental desk to point out exactly where the lot was, which was just around the corner from where the Alamo shuttle bus dropped us off. The vehicle itself was a 4 door sedan that drove fine. Its front screen features worked once I read some of the auto manual screen options. The return process was even easier with the return personnel. The links for the Alamo feedback email do not work, at least for the Google login. It was easier to go to a browser, find an Alamo link, then go to the review icon and start the review.

The quality of service is measured when you have an issue, not when everything goes smoothly. I needed to extend my rental, but the agency at my home country was unable to book my next rental on the same day, which meant I would have to return the car, and wait a day without a car until I can rent the next one. I went to the airport to check if there's anything I can do about it, and gladly I met Mr. Bradley Carr (nominative determinism!), who worked his magic, and made it possible for me to stay with the same car, and even waive those gap hours between the rentals. Bardley demeanor was very calm, reassuring and professional. Enterprise should be proud to have such an employee who holds its great reputation. Five stars!

I actually booked with Alamo however were closed. So the rep at National took care of me. I ended up with a BMW rental and the rep was very nice and pleasant. It was their choice to give me the car so I truly appreciated the nice car and the great service the rep gave me, however it smelled like cigarettes.....I don't hate anything...except for the smell of cigarettes. I have experienced this with EVERY one of the car rental places at LIT Airport. This car has leather seats so the smell was better if I opened the windows and turned the air on. It was manageable however if your like me you can exchange the car for one thats does not smell like cigarettes....if they have them available.

The Alamo booth was closed with a sign going to the Enterprise booth in the garage (apparently all the rental car companies are owned by 3 or 4 major companies). The employee at the booth was very friendly, and courteous. The service was also very quick, I only had to wait a few minutes while the customer in front of me finished up with his rental car transaction. The car I was assigned was having an issue with the key fab (it was a push-button start car, not a key in the ignition start). Instead of trying to troubleshoot it and me run into an issue during my trip, the representative immediately suggested to switch me to a different car. She didn't want me to end up stuck somewhere trying to get the the key fab to work - which I really appreciated considering it was SO HOT in Arkansas during my trip. Usually I stick with one rental car company because I am a "preferred" member (whatever that means), but I was very happy with the service and quality at Alamo/Enterprise. Thank you!

I had a good overall experience with my Alamo rental at the Little Rock airport. The service was good and the rates were exceptional. Because of the number of people in line and just one attendant at the desk, the wait to obtain my rental car was a bit longer than I expected but, like I say, I had a very good overall experience with Alamo ... and it was a very nice automobile they had for me!

Reserved with Alamo for the excellent pricing. The car was practically new (< 2,000 miles), and drove great. Service in-and-out was a breeze. I took the pre-filled gas option, so I returned the car practically empty, without having to refuel. A wonderful experience.

If I could give this company and my experience with them negative reviews, I would. These people are too incompetent to function. When I arrived at the LR airport and went to get my rental, there wasn t even anyone working at the Alamo counter. I had to go through National. Made me nervous but I got it anyway. When I returned the vehicle before my flight home, the Alamo counter was again empty. I returned through Enterprise. They couldn t even find me at first, because their computer showed my vehicle as being returned several days before. They found me, I returned the car, and I got on my plane. Since then, I ve received 3 calls from Alamo employees, asking where the vehicle is. Three times, I have told them that when I last saw the vehicle, It was the day I flew home and left the car with them. Today, I wake up and find that they have charged me the full price for the vehicle again, because they re still showing it as not returned. I will NEVER deal with Alamo in the future, and I would not recommend them to a single person flying into Little Rock. They can t do their jobs and keep up with their vehicles, and they will hold the customer responsible for their incompetence. Still waiting on my money back.

Great Experience. I usually rent once or twice a year for several days and the rates are better than any other local agency. Cars are always clean and I usually have a good choice of several cars in the category that I rent from. I am an Alamo Insider so I always get at least a one car upgrade or sometimes a double upgrade. The manager - Jeff Lowery is very personable and works hard to get me in and out very fast with the vehicles of my choice. I wish I could clone him and put him at every car rental agency!

Let me begin by saying it has taken me a while to write this review because I have been quit upset over my past rental and I needed to calm down and make this about the safety issues and not about my anger. On Oct 20-22 2017 We rented a car. When I picked the car up there was a strong deodorizer smell, I assumed it was because the car was just sprayed to smell good, so I drove it off the lot with no concerns. I drove the car homeand it sat till the next morning. When we opened the car doors there was a horrific overwhelming odor of cigarette smoke. I did not call Alamo at that time because we were runningbehindand needed to get on our way. When I did call they offered to exchange the vehicle. Even though this option was provided, I did not take itbecause we were on a tight schedule and did not have the time for it. I did not feel it was ourresponsibilityto correct the error of the company (I thought the cars were smokefree).I would also like to bring to your attention that the car kept telling usit needed to be serviced and that the oil was at like 3%. This is unacceptable because we could of been strandedout in the middlewho knows where because the car was not being maintained properly. The last item I would like to bring to your attention is the wipers, although they worked with a litemist or when used to clean the window with windshield fluid they did not work properly when needed. On our way home late Saturday early Sunday it began to pourand I had to pull to theright lane and slow to about 20 miles an hr on the highway because the wipers would smear and making it difficult to see the roadin front ofus. With a company as large as this having what should be a routine on how vehicles are cycled thru the system from rental returns to new rentals, this should not have happened.

I arranged to pick up a hire car from Dallas Fort worth airport, when I arrived, they did not have a car for me and didn't even seem to know I was coming! I eventually got a car, but it wasn't what I had booked & the guy I was dealing with was fairly disinterested.I called customer services & they told me as I was travelling on from Dallas that I could go into Little Rock airport rental office & see if they could help.My experience with the staff at Little Rock was nothing short of fantastic, the Manager that I dealt with (Kayla) went above & beyond what I had hoped for, she was very, very helpful, she sorted out the exact car that I had booked & turned a disappointing experience into an excellent one. I cannot speak highly enough of Kayla & her staff. Thanks to them, you have a happy customer.

Very much liked the experience of being able to rent this vehicle through Alamo on their website which was easy to navigate. The car I received which was a Chevrolet Malibu was a very nice vehicle, very clean, and only had 2,200 miles on it so it was practically brand new. The vehicle road and drove smoothly and had plenty of power and got exceptional gas mileage. Where Alamo failed, is upon renting a 5-day term I was surprised at the cost of almost $400 but for a 4-day rental I only paid $177 in total to include airport fees and taxes. When I tried to add one additional day on I was looking at an increase in the cost of roughly $2oo, potentially making it cost almost $400 for 5 days. But I ended up having to do was complete a contract for 4 days and return the car on the 4th day and pick up another rental on a separate contract for the remaining day which was only an additional $65 airport fees and taxes included. my point is I don't understand why a 5-day rental was almost $400 but a 4-day rental was but $177. By the way the fifth day rental was with another rental agency and the only inconvenience here was that I had to drive back to the airport to swap the vehicles but it was worth saving almost $150.

The car was fine and the manager very pleasant and helpful but absolutely bizarre that there wasn't a rental car waiting for me (of what use are reservations if you don't honor it?) and no cars were available at any of the 10 rental companies at Little Rock Airport. Manager paid to Uber me to hotel and back (as a deduction from rental agreement) but no compensation for lost afternoon trapped at hotel without a car. The manager and other company agents said it happens all the time at this airport. So it "happens all the time" why don't you fix the problem and have more cars??

Rented a car 2 months in advance, waited in line for 20 min. Only had one lady checking out. Then after finally getting to the counter had to wait another 30+ minutes to get the key, when people in line were getting there key right away. On top of that your return time is the same as pick up so we still have to return the car at the time we signed papers but didn't get the car until 45 minutes later. Also tried to charge $10 a day extra for another driver when the paper clearly said Costco member get an extra driver for free

Didn't know after I made my reservation I had to wait a day to get a SUV. I HAD PAID someone to take me to the airport to find out about the day hold. But after that, it Was GREAT!! No problem when I returned AMANDA was fast, friendly, VERY FRIENDLY.Jason, Joshua or whomever at the inside counter was GREAT also!! I remember names most of the time but at this time his name is not clear but I know it was a J. And a African American nice young man.I will rent from them AGAIN!!.

The agent was great! She upgraded me on a week long rental at no extra charge and was generous and gracious, so all that went well.HOWEVER, because of a change of plans, I needed to turn in my week long rental after only 1 day. They (the computer?) charged me the one-day, non-discounted price of the free upgrade, so I ended up paying more than double for the day. I guess I'm glad they didn't charge me for the whole week, but still the free upgrade ended up costing a lot more than I anticipated.

The desk was closed and there are no kiosks. It took nearly an hour to get my car. When I complained to Alamo they had a local guy call me. He hadn't looked in to my case before he contacted me, so he was zero help. The worst part was he was driving when he made the call... so he (and possibly Alamo) doesn't care about safety.I haven't used Alamo since. I've canceled three other Alamo reservations since (and I haven't book any new ones.)Dollar and Thrifty thank you.

Worst experience ever. Rented a premium SUV from them 6 mos in advance. Well guess what, waited over 3 hours telling us they couldn t fulfill that request. They were more than willing to give us a price break and a step down SUV BUT I needed the size. That s why I rented it in the first place. Plus had only one agent handling 3 car rental companies at once! I ll be really in a bad way to do this again. Be careful.

Been using Alamo at LIT for past year because of great rates and friendly service. Can always count on a clean reliable car at the best rate available.During a recent visit I had to change my reservation dates resulting in almost triple the charges, The staff worked with me to reduce my charges to a more reasonable rate.

I returned a vehicle to this location on October 18 at 5:30am and dropped my keys before I realized that I left my luggage in the back of the vehicle. I put through a list and found claim as soon as I realized this. They didn t open until 8am and before my flight left at 7:40am. I received a phone call right before I boarded letting me know that they found my luggage and that they d speak to their supervisor in what to do next. I called back once I landed, finding out it was the employee s personal phone and was told the same thing. I ve sent emails and everything and have not received any responses concerning my luggage. I wanted to avoid posting this review, but it was necessary. All I want is my luggage back, and this location s customer service failed me.

Easy check in. Straight to our car but it didn't have a USB port for our cell phones. When the service rep saw we were searching for something he came over to check... Said no prob and got us a different vehicle. Great personality, price and great service. Upon return the rep directed me to a slot and gave me a receipt. All very easy. Two thumbs up!!

The guys at the airport Alamo were fantastic. I rented two luxury vehicles for my wedding and it was a crazy day. I left my phone and returned the car late but they were understanding and extremely nice. I will only rent from them in the future.

Total Mayhem , Arrived 9/4/20 at 12:45pm, waited my turn, only to find out there were still 8 people that had checked in, but not received cars. The gentleman working the front desk was trying his best to get things moving, only to have no cars available. After about an hour, I was called up to find out the van I had reserved was not available. Took the SUV offered, but needed the space of a van for three adults, three children two large suitcases, and two strollers.

Was just fine, it was kinda weird when I picked up a car because I'm used to them taking you to the car and checking the condition prior to it being in my hands. There they just hand you the key and you're free to leave.

Ms. Jerry at the Alamo counter in Little Rock set me up in one of the best rental cars I've ever had. The 2018 Jeep she put me in was spectacular! Checking in/out was quick and easy. I will use them on my next trip to Little Rock for sure.

The Air Force finally sends my son home after over a year only to get called back because of this new Iran issue. He has the car a little over 24 hours but the $200 deposit on my credit card is nearly 3 weeks old. Called this outsourced customer service line several times and was assured it was reversed only to be caught in a cycle of lies. I'm a nurse busy caring for soldiers at the VA. My son's protecting our country. What are you guys doing?

2018I am very upset with your policy were your company penalize In-State car renters. This Policy should be illegal and all car rental paying customers should be treated the same. Car Rental has become a business that creates stress to over 50% of their customers who expecting to leave with transportation. Consumers has been accepting this for years and it's time for more consumers to change such illegal business practices. Here's why...You reverse a van for a family vacation you had planned for months. Hand the clerk your driver license. Clerk advised you "there will be a $250 deposit fee, because you live In-State. The $250 has been budget into this trip and budget into some made up deposit that actual serves no true purpose. People you really need to start speaking out against such practices.July 11, 2019Before you rent a vehicle from places like Alamo, please pay close attention to misleading language within there renter policy. Alamo no longer offer hassle-free service, so prepare yourself, because you will experience some hassle as you attempting to rent out a car. Step One: the language reads Alamo offers several flexible payment options for customers including credit and debit card, cash, and pre-payment. Seen fair and easy right, but wait, it s very misleading. Debit/Check cards are only accepted for those customers with proof they have deplaned or disembarked at the rental location. So why this same offer not extended to in-state renters? Customers who take flights are not the only ones in need of using car rental services. In-State customers should be entitled to have the same options to pay using either their debit card or credit card. What is the problem? The money is immediately charged off the cards. Now here when the policy gets even senseless. For customers not deplaning or disembarking at the rental location and/or do not have evidence of a return or outbound trip, Debit/Check cards are only accepted as a form of payment at the time of return. Please explain this stupid rule? Here s my logic if a person permanent address on an official driver license, does this not constitute evidences of return. If this doesn t then what does? So, please explain why in-state customers debit cards are only accepted as a form of payment at time of return? Alamo treating In-State customer as we are second class customers and I suggest that all in-state customer find a renter who is hassle-free and treats all customers the same. I filed a complaint against them last year due to being lied too about able to use my debit and they still up to the same thing. I have reservation with them for this week, but I simply forgot about the hassle they put me through last year, so I just cancelled it today!

Online reservation was seamless, and I got a better deal by signing up as a member with them than I did from my NEA teacher discount. When I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the customer service rep. Nobody pressured me to get extra insurance. Just explained the basics with a smile, and I was on my way.Did I mention I got a free upgrade from an economy class car to a Jeep Renegade compact SUV? I LOVED that car. Man, what a smooth ride.Return was also seamless. When I turned the car in I actually got a couple of dollars refunded because my pre-payment was based on an estimate. This is the second time I've rented with Alamo, and my being able to rent a car affordably and conveniently made life easier for a lot of people this 4th of July weekend. Not exactly meaning to quote the Terminator--but I WILL be back. :-)
