I went to purchase some windshield wipers and a headlight bulb. I received phenomenal service this particular day. The cashier even put my headlight bulb in as well as my windshield wipers. I give this particular store a . I would definitely recommend this particular store.

The greatest and honor their warranty as well as other trashy duratrash from an much inferior auto parts store whose name shall not be spoken. (AZ) You all have gained a lifelong customer from this Double master technician.

Ted is fantastic! He has helped me multiple times correct issues with my car, identify the right products and services needed, and is kind and helpful. Chris has helped me out, too, and they are so friendly! Good prices and great customer service.

This store gave me inaccurate advice on the car part I needed. When in the car part didn t work they tried to make me feel ignorant that I didn t order the right part. They gave me my money back but I wouldn t trust them for accurate advice in the future.

They helped change my battery for a my Ford Escape after AutoZone refused to do it. These guys know what they re doing and i really appreciate the quick installation and customer service! Chris was super helpful!

This place is awesome. Great staff. Ted is an excellent employee at this location. He is very knowledgeable, nice, patient, and adds humor to all my visits. He is a great value to advance auto. Prices are great. I order online which is easy to do. And pick up right after order is placed. There are always online specials.

After years of being in TX, I moved back to the LR area. This morning I needed to find out if my truck battery was in need of a replacement, so I mapped out where to go in the area. I was headed to a similar store; but, missed the turn & saw Advance Auto Parts so I stopped in. The employee, Chris, was super nice and quick. Turned out I did indeed need a new battery. Wasn't happy about having to spend the money now; but, I can't really complain since the previous battery lasted 4 years in the TX heat. I purchased a new battery and Chris had me in and out in no time! Highly recommend! Thanks so much!

Stopped by for assistance with a very simple matter. The workers were too busy talking to each other to help and sent me away. Had ok experience in the past. This was just narcissistic indifference and complete lack of wanting to do their job

Just wanted to leave some feedback on the great experience I had at this store today. I purchased an incorrect alternator on advance's website and when I went to the store to return it Ted let me know all we needed to do was switch the pulleys from the old one on to the new one. Well we didn't get the spacers right the first time and I had to go back up there. Ted got me fixed up and I've got the alternator in the truck. Ted did everything he could to make sure the part worked and that I was happy. Really appreciate his help!

Ted is my hero!! He saved me so much money. Instead of selling me things I might not need, he walked me through the steps to accurately diagnose my car's problem. He tested everything for me, replaced my wipers, and made sure I had the replacement bulbs I needed. Ended up spending about $30 instead of over $200! This is 100% my store.

Placed an online order to pick up in store. When I arrived, I told the guy my name. They had my order pulled and ready to go. I was in the store less than a minute. Hard to find that kind of service and efficient operation.

I limped my truck over there after busting a radiator hose coupling. Juan took care of all of my questions and checked me out and was super nice. A very nice experience on a very trying day.

They are RACIST ASS HOLES...Both Supervisors. I've Called&reported them couple times Nothing DONE! I told one of them.i was making a COMPLAINT he LOL...Said they not going to Do Anything ...so I Decided to CURSE him Out I felt Better when I LEFT

Experience really horrible customer service today. I will never come back to this store. The man was very rude and don t know how to talk with people. I which I had the general manager number because this guy need to gone. I had to go to another store to get the problem solved.

The staff at this store are outstanding...had me back on the road in an hour.....went out of their way to help me install a T for a heater hose that had broke. Thank you so much guys...you saved my day!

As is all local auto parts stores price are to high. Part in need of was $99 in store and same part $36 online. Received in 4 days. Recommend online versus local auto parts.

Horrible customer service. Received attitude about refund from one employee and received attitude from another cuz I didn t know how to check my own engine light. I said never mind forget it cuz they were rude. employee tried to fight me in parking lot autozone is best

Had to get a new car battery after putting it off as long as possible. Ted got me in and out in under 20 minutes and was friendly and helpful.

The manager Ted was extremely rude and wouldn't honer the warranty. Wouldn't recommend unless you want to be treated poorly.

Ordered online and went to store to pickup. Great coupons. Manager guy was nice and had very blue eyes.
