Oil change and some complimentary swag. Also, the staff were beyond helpful to accommodate my workspace needs today while in reception. Was worth the trip. I am not local to LR, and I prefer the service here. I appreciated the price breakdown of future service needs and the personalized service plan. Good job, team.

Good experience overall. Streamlined and pleasant buying experience. Went from test drive to finance office to finish up paperwork much quicker than my last experiences at a dealership. Acuras are great cars and the people at Acura of Little Rock are equally great at customer service.

I am very happy with this visit to the Service Dept to have my car repaired. I was kept in touch after the delivery of my car to the service department, the assessment of the issue, the repair time and cost. I have always been happy with their staff. From the moment I walked in to the time I left, the service I received was amazing! Micheal Scurlock took very good care of us from beginning to the end. The gentleman who greeted us and found the car I was looking for was great as well. Also the gentleman who printed the paperwork to sign made it quick and painless I absolutely love the service I get when I walk in the door. I absolutely love my 2024 Acura RDX!!!

I worked with Mike S and felt he was incredibly professional and easy to work with. He made sure to get me in the car we wanted with the features we needed in a painless experience. Corey in finance helped me get the add ons I wanted without being pushy. The staff was very nice and thorough. It was a great experience and I would 10/10 buy here again.

My service visited Acura Little Rock was fantastic as usual. Josh had me taken care of in the expected amount of time even though I had added other issues onto my squawk list which I had not indicated during our original conversation to make an appointment. I have a 2014 Acura MDX and I would expect it to take longer to serviced as the years have passed, however, I've been getting my car serviced at Acura of Little Rock since I bought the vehicle in 2014 and they've been consistent, thoughtful, and thorough throughout our entire relationship. Any issues or discrepancies that I've encountered in the past were negligible compared to the commitment that I've received from the Acura of Little Rock team. I highly recommend Acura of Little Rock and I'll look forward to doing business with Josh and the rest of the team in the future.

I brought my MDX in for routine maintenance. I was quickly greeted by a service advisor. The waiting room is clean and snacks and drinks are provided. Someone checked on me a couple of times to see if I needed anything. All in all, it was a positive experience.

I've never had any negative experiences with this dealership. They are salesman but they don't harass you and do everything they can to help you get your desired vehicle. They worked with me to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted and even had my car ordered for me from Fayetteville and delivered to my house! I highly recommend them!

We found the exact model vehicle we were looking for but it was 3.5 hours away. We talked to Brian on the phone about the car. He was great! We made the trip the next day and I am so glad we did. Best car buying experience I ve ever had (and I ve bought A LOT of cars over the years). Never felt pressured or like we were getting shafted everyone was very up front and honest. Great team all the way around.

My wife and I are new to the Acura family of vehicles. The first step, the buying process was a real pleasure, made especially so by our salesman Antonio Davis and the sales manager, Adam Brown. Everyone we encountered at the dealership was friendly and helpful. We couldn t be more pleased. We will be back in a few weeks to purchase our second Acura based on this initial experience.

5 starts for the mechanics for getting my car in and out quick. Oil change, tire rotation, air check, wash and vacuum in less then 1 hour. 5 star for the customer service behind the desk. He made sure my questions and warranty was answered everything in detail very professional not sure what his name is but it's the guy with a pony tail.

It was very good. My B1 service only took 45 minutes.Returned one week later for timing belt service, and I was worked with for loner car for my busy days and the pick up was at my availability.

I met with Josh, my service writer, and explained my issues. I had three issues. They corrected two of them, and asked Acura to warrant a defective passenger seat rail weld that was defective, and failed.I hope to hear back from Josh next week, so can order the part, and repair the seat rail.
