They helped me at first. But when I needed them to come back out and check the work cuz I thought something had broken. They totally blew me off. They lied to me on the phone said they were sending someone soon, that didn't happen. Without looking at the car again they knew it wasn't their problem. They threatened me for trying to find out what was going on.

Tim and family provide top-notch locksmith services in myriad ways for West Tree Service on a regular basis. Never a single complaint with any of the countless services and products that they have provided. These folks are the last locksmiths you'll ever need.

Okay, we use this small business for our work and we love them. Small jobs, large jobs...and they'll travel and make everything perfect. And if security is the most important aspect, theyve got that covered.I've also used them in my personal life and got the same results...perfection.They are very friendly, quick and thorough. Not only do I recommend them...but I pity the fool who doesn't use them!

Ms. Karen is one of the sweetest people I know around here and will tell you everything you need to know about what puppies she has and doesn't have. And warren you of other people doing scams she just a sweet and very godly older lady don't tell her I called her older she kick my but.... Lol

They r very expensive. Our storage was broken into,but someone next to our unit. Property was stolen, never reimbursed or taking any funds off the payment. It was fixed but the storage next to us should have been made to move. Something!!

The man I spoke to was very rude and didn't acknowledge I had left a message the night before. He couldn't give me a time frame as to when he could come. Just said someone needed to be there. Couldn't give me the day he could come either. Was just rude and I'll never use or recommend anyone. This was in little rock Arkansas

They were able to not only help me find 2 rare keys I needed made. But they had the knowledge and expertise to help me in an extremely fast manner. Polite and courteous. Definitely will be going here in the future for all my locksmith and security needs.

Great service and very knowledgeable. They take care of our large manufacturing plant and nothing is too big or small for them. They even move safes if needed.

I called because I locked my purse and keys inside of my house in a rush... the lady that answered the phone was very rude and said that if the technician couldn t walk through my house with me to get my purse then I needed to call another locksmith. I had no problem showing an identification card but walking through my house is another story. Sounded very sketchy to me. That s how houses get broken in... I don t trust this company.

Called about an issue with a commercial lock and they were here within an hour. He hoped right on it had it fixed in 20 Minutes... very polite and helpful!! Great experience!!!!

Best Place to go in town! I had a Ford that needed a spare key made, the dealership wanted $150.00 to make the key. I cam here and my cost was $65.00. Thanks guys!

We bought an old home with old locks. They were unable to do what we wanted with 2 of the locks, but we're able to do there rest well. Not a ton of experience, but did ok.

Please go elsewhere. This place is complete trash. They are a locksmith yet they don't have keys in stock. Someone is locked out their vehicle and their professional answer is we can have a key for you in minimum a week. Just sad tbh dont waste your time here.

I needed 1 lakh cleaned and another lock re-keyed. They got it done in about a half an hour and the price was great. Excellent local business.
