Needed a part, and AA Auto not only had the part in stock, but their price was a lot cheaper. Jason, and actually all the staff I interacted with, were so nice, and very knowledgeable about the issue I was dealing with. 10/10, would definitely recommend!

Called and was told that they have a part that I needed. After I drove and hour and waited 20 minutes she couldn t find it. Wasted time and gas money: I would not recommend them. They are very unorganized and it s not clean at all.

First time dealing with this company and they were great! A local salvage yard promised a part for two days but never delivered. Anita made sure we for the part quickly and at a better price. I will be calling AA first for any hard to find parts.

I needed a rear lower hatch glass for my 2005 Toyota Prius, and the price new was astronomical. I called up this place, and they were super helpful! Jason got me set up with one from one of the salvage vehicles, had it cut out of the hatch for me and had it hand delivered to the auto glass place all for a super fair price! I have never experienced such great service, kindness, and reliability from a business before! Jason went above and beyond for me and made a bad situation (broken expensive glass) into a not so bad one. It actually made my day, and cut my replacement cost in half! I will be using this company in the future and will be recommending to all my friends! Thanks so much!

AA AUTO has exceptional customer service and prices. I have never been treated with such kindness and respect at by any type of automotive business I have ever visited. They went above and beyond what was expected. I would recommend this place to anyone.

If you re looking for vehicle parts, used, but still in good to great condition, this is it, especially for the price! (And I m cheap! Lol) They re fast, nice and very helpful!! I was referred to them by an owner from a body shop in LR and after getting my door, I went right back the next week for a headlight and now I m going back for another car piece, lol! I m still mad at myself to learn that I lived within 15 minutes of this place for 4 years and never knew they were right there , passed by them all the time!

5 stars for next day delivery. The packaging was done with great scrutiny. Poor attention to detail, the exterior auto part was incomplete, missing a major part, the part was mailed out very greasy, dirty, and grimy, the car paint had numerous scratches. Unacceptable. Better business practice should have been more honest and truthful of any defects and flaws before purchasing sight unseen especially ordering online and/or over the phone. A A Auto didn't care but took the money quickly... A refund is in order.

I stopped shopping around and going to any other salvage yards once I used AA. No kidding the best prices, parts and service around!

Amazing customer service. This company will stand behind what they sell. They have exceeded all expectations I have as a customer. If you're not located near their business, do not hesitate to have them ship you any needed parts.... again, they stand behind what they sell. Hands down the best service I've ever received! Unfortunately they did not have the part I needed but they actually called other sources across the nation trying to find it for me. Friendly, knowledgeable and excellent communication! Highly recommend and they will be my go to place from here on out!

I highly recommend AA they were the only place who had a part I needed in over a 200 mile radius and they had 2! Not to mention, wonderful folks to deal with and very professional. Can't wait to do business with them again!

Best prices and service for miles. I spent weeks looking for the body panels I need and ended up finding them on AA Autos excellent website for about a 1/4th the cost of every other salvage yard. Plus these guys pull the parts for you and have them ready for pick up at no extra charge. I called in with what I needed, and Jason confirmed they had it and even texted me photos so I could make sure the color matched. He then had all the parts ready and waiting with a smile by the next day. Absolutely stellar service.
