I never write reviews but I would do a disservice to this shop if I didn't. They were fantastic very friendly and professional. I had a Alternator go bad and they checked every thing .Daniel also replaced the battery terminals and linkage for a very competitive price . I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR YOUR AUTO NEEDS.GREAT JOB GUYS !!!K Hall

This man is a crook and a liar. Don't fall for these fake reviews. He has legal issues as well against his business. Don't be fooled because he will deceive you as much as he can. Daniel was the best! Love how he answered the phone every time and sent me all the estimates through texts and he even sent pics of his findings. He loves his job. Honest and extremely nice. He went above and beyond. I have been telling all of my fellow Veteran friends about 360 automotive. I would recommend him to anyone that needs their vehicle repaired. Found them on Google search for brake shop in NLR. Daniel answered the phone and was very polite and helpful. It was Friday 30, December before a New Year s holiday weekend and he was able to replace my brake pads in under an hour! Very reasonable too. I m grateful for this shop and their friendliness. Very impressed. Extremely polite and helpful and went out of their way to get me in even when very busy and I greatly appreciated them and will definitely be using their services again in the future and would recommend them to others and I don't trust many mechanics so for me to be impressed is saying a lot.

This is the only place I trust with my car repair needs! I trust Daniel will take care of me, he always has! I have been taking my vehicles to him for about 10 years. I don t ever worry that he is going to tell me I need a repair that I don t need, or that he is going to misdiagnose any issue that my car needs addressed. He always provides prompt service and call-backs, and I know he is always going to do what he said he is going to do. Also, his pricing is more that reasonable!

We were traveling through Little Rock on a Sunday when our car over heated. We called 360 Auto based upon reviews. He helped us get the car towed to his shop and he worked on it first thing on Monday. He communicated the diagnosis and repair costs in a timely fashion. He really helped us in a pinch. I would strongly recommend 360 Auto for great work and amazing customer service!Service: Engine repair

Great experience today! Was surprised when I called very professional. Worked my vehicle in on a short notice. I arrived before specified. I was greeted and my vehicle was immediately pulled into the shop. Service was performed in record time and the quality was delivered. Will return!

No shop could give me a direct answer on what was wrong with my vehicle. I'd taken in to two different shops that wanted to charge me over $900 for a catalytic convertor. Daniel and his team found the problem & I came out a couple hundred dollars cheaper & my vehicle feeling like new! Highly recommend!!! Thank yall for everything!
