Paid to have an engine swapped, decided to replace timing chain on engine going in the car, stopped by a few times to see how things were going, I bought new filter and spark plugs and oil to have everything in place for a smooth transition, got the car back and drove it home, didn t get a chance to drive it any as I work out of town, got back to home and decided to drive the car, this was a few weeks later, and decided well let s check the fluids first, and to my surprise there was no oil in the engine, wow, but we live and learn, I ll never go there again, and that s my first and only experience, how could you not check the oil if you re changing it, with everything is there for you to change it with. It s not rocket science, do your job. Human kind is getting worse and worse by the day. It s okay for you to charge me whatever, and I pay it, but not ok for you to fulfill your end. People go behind them as soon as you get your vehicle back.

Put my truck in the shop because the compressor wasn t working (ac blowing hot) they replaced a fan and told me come pick it up its ready. I get there and sat for 10 minutes with truck blowing hot air. They took it back in and told me it d be 1300 to change the compressor after I already paid $800 for what. It sat there for 4 days and they call saying it s ready when it was still blowing hot.

Five weeks to repair power steering and do alignment Power steering working but the Vehicle still pulling to the left and no one available for any body work.

My car broke down in Arkansas and I'm from Ga. Talk about feeling lost and frustrated! A dealership was telling me my catalytic converter needed to be replaced and I just didn't trust them. Called Don at Yankees and immediately knew I was in good hands. Asked for average price and he quoted me one price and then came back with an even better price. He had to have my car towed from the dealership and the tow charge was extremely reasonable. He ended up not replacing the part. He couldn't find any issues with it and even put a scope in and found nothing! I asked him to please be sure since I would be driving 700 miles back home. He checked everything he could and found no issues. His honesty and goodness will forever be remembered! His office manager Amber was so professional and kind, putting up with several of my anxiety ridden phone calls for updates. HIGHLY recommend Don and crew for top notch, HONEST work done for a very fair price.

I have used Yankee's garage twice. The first time I had no idea what the problem was and they could have taken real advantage. They didn't. They were super honest and inexpensive.The second time, parts had to be ordered and at took a little while to get them. Still honest, thorough, inexpensive and courteous. The young woman at the reception desk, who I believe is part owner, drove me home and even delivered my car to my home when the repairs were done.Top notch service!

Had a fuel issue with our Chevy Z71. These guys fixed it quickly, and they even had to order the part. We liked that we were given an estimated price and was within a few dollars of what was told it would cost. The front desk was very quick when we picked up the truck. We gave 5 star for their service.

I took my car Friday afternoon for a diagnostic; Tonya very shortly after inspecting it, confirmed it had an exhaust leak, like I'd thought.They were just a couple of hours to closing and were packed, but got me in for first thing Monday morning; told me to not drive over the weekend, unless need be, and to keep the windows down to be very cautious for my kids and I.Amber at the front desk is super sweet. Don is very nice and knowledgeable about cars, as well as his wife, tonya. Between them and Amber they keep you updated on your car.Thank ya'll!

My wife and I were on our way to Jonesboro for the weekend when my truck broke down in Hardy. This was on a Friday afternoon. We called and spoke with Amber and she was great! She got in touch with Don and he agreed to look at it. We had it towed and arrived after hours that night. Don was there and immediately took the truck inside the shop. We went to a hotel thinking we may be in Jonesboro a couple of days. The next morning (Saturday) Don called me at 10 a.m. with good news. Water pump failed and he already had it fixed. Not only did he save our bacon he did it with compassion, understanding and with a big smile. Thank you Don and thank your folks for us.Service: Auto water leak repair

I've know the owner for some time now and he is real. He knows his stuff and what he says he will do .... He will!!His staff is absolutely Amazing and I have nothing negative to say at all. Not only is he about to get my Avalanche back on the road running strong but I also consider him a friend.No doubt that anytime anyone I know needs any automotive work done you can guarantee that the only place I will suggest is Yankees!!!!!

I highly recommended don t go there. They have worse servicing, and I had terrible experience with them. I had cracking sound in my car, they did fix, within some days I have the same problems.

I ve been hesitant with coming back to them but being a college student with little to no money I really had no choice. My first experience was fine but every experience afterwards has been absolutely terrible. This last time I had things stolen out of my car and the owner basically told me it wasn t his responsibility that someone has taken my personal belongings when it s been in THEIR possession. Not to mention I ve been nothing BUT nice and professional with this company. If I could give a 0 I would. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

By far the best mechanic in NEA, I have had multiple problems over the past 2 years and Don and his crew have solved them all quickly at a low cost. I highly recommend coming here.
