Took my car here and waited three weeks to get it fixed got it fixed and still having the same issue I was having before anything was done. In sense wasted 530 dollars for me to just have to take it some where else and spend more money. Definitely disappointed because this shop came highly recommended from a friend.

Brian is the man! I took my car in for a somewhat emergency issue. He took care of it in a timely manner, was super professional, and has competitive costs. He's also extremely patient and understanding. I can't imagine anyone else as good as him in town.

Brian is an angel sent from the heavens above. I live in Chicago & was stranded in Arkansas. My car was in bad shape & I wasn t going to make it back home. Brian got my car the same day I contacted him & fixed everything within 3hrs & I was on the road back home. Made it home safely & my car was like brand new. The mechanic that worked with me may have been the owner, I spoke with him over the phone where he was polite and super helpful. After arrival which he saw me same day, he managed to resolve my issue within twenty minutes. During this time he was very nice. Could not be more pleased with my experience here. I have been taken advantage of by mechanics in the past as I have pretty much no knowledge on the subject but Brian was honest, kind, and explained everything to me in simple terms even I could understand. Brian is a great and honest mechanic. He fixed my G35 quickly and his bill came in significantly below his estimate. Another mechanic would probably charge you the original estimated price.You won t go wrong if you go to him for all your car problems.

I fancy myself a bit of a mechanic. l like to fix my own things when I can and do everything perfectly. Luckily, when the world reminds people like me that we are full of it, there are people like Bryan to turn to, He is honest, extremely fair and most importantly a true, efficient mechanic. My truck is fixed, under expected price, and accompanied by a very good feeling of not being run-around or over charged. To top out off, I was unable to pick the truck up when it was finished due to travel on my end and Bryan allowed the truck to stay there at his shop until I could return. The guy even took stuff out fo the bed while the vehicle was parked outside. Who thinks of that? University Auto does. This is not simply the best best place in Jonesboro to trust your vehicle maintenance, this is the best place I found in 20 years across the US. I could not be happier with the experience and will not only be a return customer the next time I think I'm auto-savvy and need a reminder, but I will happily recommend University Auto to any of my friends or family. Thank you Bryan for operating a business on the foundation of honesty and quality result.

You're looking at reviews for auto-repair places, probably for one of three reasons. One, maybe your car is broken down and you're out of town and desperate. Two, maybe you just got burned by an experience with someone who gave you poor service elsewhere. Three, maybe you're new to town and looking for "the place" where you can get good quality service from a bunch of no-BS mechanics who know what they're doing.Good news number one, two and three; you just found "the place."University Auto is not glamorous, but why should that matter? They're knowledge of cars is encyclopedic and their ability to diagnose problems is uncanny. They give fair estimates and honest opinions, generally in a really timely manner. There are no "surprise" charges, no fooling around. If you check out a lot of other spots in town, you'll see that they've padded their reviews with friends and family that make it sound like a tune-up is like a trip to Disney World. No, I trusted the 5-star reviews for this place and I'm glad I did. Take your business here. Seriously.

Bryan is the man! I suspected that my water pump was leaking so I took it to him. Within a single day he was able to confirm that the pump was leaky, order another, replace it, and do a flush despite seeming quite busy. He's extremely efficient and knowledgeable at what he does.Furthermore, the final price was lower than initially quoted (which was already a fair price to begin with). Bryan also provided a lifetime warranty for the new pump so I don't have to worry about it failing again. You can't go wrong with University Auto. I will continue to bring my business here; they've certainly earned it.

Honest, fair, and reasonable.Had a vehicle I wanted to get inspectes before I bought it.It was diagnosed with over $800 if problems in a minute, saved me quite a bit versus taking the vehicle to a dealer for the same thing.Absolutely would recommend!

They spent a week working with me trying to figure out what was wrong with my car, when no one else could. They inspected every inch of the car and figured out the problem. Regrettably it was a problem with the tires so I had to take it to the tire and lube. But they didn't charge me a penny after all their hard work and patience trying to help me with the problem. I would definitely recommend them. They're polite and thorough.

I took my car in for a free estimate for my car pulling to the right, and they found out that my tie rod needed to be replaced. When they found out it was just some simple retightening and realignment that made the tie rod look broken, they fixed it and charged me nothing. They wouldn't even take money when I offered. Great customer service here. I will definitely come here for my auto needs.

University Auto has been hands down the best mechanic shop I ve used. The staff is courteous and friendly and the cost is low compared to others in town. I totally trust them with my auto repair needs and know I m getting an honest deal.
