Wonderful customer service and speed. I drive a lot and windshields have become almost a consumable for me since I replace more than I replace tires. Union Glass has the best price and quickest service of anyone I have used.

Mary, Rodney, and the staff of Union Glass are absolutely wonderful people! Fast service with appointment and occasional walk-in availability! Couldn't be more impressed by the quality workmanship and customer service provided by Union Glass!Update: Years later. Still using Union Glass for auto and home and I'm still impressed!

Let's be honest, they were getting a 5-star rating just because I got to pet their dog in the waiting area, but the service was high quality, everyone was very friendly, it was very affordable, and they were very fast! Highly recommended!

I was just calling different places to get a quote on a front windshield and the representative was very dry in the delivery of communication. Understanding on people personal life and how life present itself, but their is a time and a place for everything. I would consider getting service done, but I don't want to bring my vehicle if their isn't in zeal to the response of customers. In leaving this review I'm not upset or anything to make things clear just a little disappointed. I wouldn't be in the system because I was just getting an estimate into a possible installation of my windshield. Pray that individual have a better day and better response to future customers. The price for what type of car I have is the most reasonable cost (other than another place that in which was booked up 2 months ahead)but I'll rather pay a $1 or $10 more if the customer service is A1.

I just got my windshield replaced by Union Glass. I was recommended by a friend and am glad I went with them. They are very friendly and super helpful. The windshield is perfect and they were very efficient in getting it done. I will be using them in the future!

They are AMAZING!! They were able to get my husband's truck windshid. We were told by multiple places they couldn't even get it, and they had it delivered the next day! They also worked his truck in for us the very next day even though they were booked solid. They have earned our repeat business

Great owners and great service! My windshield was cracked almost all the way across and they were able to replace it very quickly. It looks great! I dropped my vehicle off on my way to work and it was ready for pick up before my lunch break. Very pleased and highly recommend! Thanks again, y'all!

I called to see if they had my windshield in stock. The first time I called, the person picked up the phone and immediately hung up. The second time I called I was immediately put on hold. After finally getting ahold of someone, it was a rude and smart aleck woman who talked to me like I was stupid. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never ever consider giving them my business thanks to the disrespectful Karen answering the phone.

Best glass company in Jonesboro! Very nice and extremely accommodating. Their work is astounding. A rock chipped my windshield Friday morning but I couldn t get it fixed until Monday morning. They told me what I could do to help it from spreading, which worked! They told me to put clear packing tape over it, keep it out of direct sunlight as much as possible, and keep it covered if not driving. I turned my car off with the windshield wipers going so that they could hold up the hand towel I used to keep it covered. I didn t remove the tape until Monday morning.

Ok for glass installation as I have used them several times for this type of work, but extraordinarily poor tint installation on my new vehicle. The job was botched 2 times. The result was that I had to take the vehicle to another installer and pay them to totally remove the tint and reinstall correctly. I would not recommend using this company for tint work. The male they have tinting cars is also very unprofessional with customers and lacks integrity (i.e. lies pathologically/compulsively). Example, when I brought the vehicle back immediately after the initial install of the tint because it was peeling, he told the owner he fixed it. However, the tint was still in the same state of peeling and defect as when I originally received it. When I showed him the bad work, he said "well, it's never going to be perfect".

Went today to have the windshield changed and fix a broken window on the driver side on my wifes truck for her. The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend if you have any glass needs take it to Union Glass. They will take care of you!

I would definitely recommend using Union Glass, they are very friendly reasonable on prices, works with you and/ or your insurance company to help you get the best prices and the people who work there are extremely friendly . I would definitely use them again.

We took my car there to get the passenger side glass fixed. They put the glass in that looks great, I go to put my I go to put the window down and it doesn't work, they said they knew and was explaining it to my husband, the brackets in the window were broke is what he told us. I am so ticked the window worked fine fine when we took it over there.

Had rear windshield replaced in a sedan here and it leaked water into the vehicle afterwards.Sealant they applied was all over the place and clearly had gaps.Employees are either lazy or inexperienced.Would not visit again.
