They repaired my catalytic converter today, and charged me over $1,000 for a $100 something part. They fixed my car, and didn't call me to tell me it was ready. I just happen to go up there to fix it, because I called around for a cheaper price. They were good to me in the past, but not this time.

By far the best shop around! Won t lead you wrong and won t try to steal your money! If you ve had a bad experience with them in the past. Just talk to them like you want to be spoken to and you ll receive the best experience and make life long connections!

Completely repaired my car the second time it broke down after ineffective repairs elsewhere. On short notice, as well! Very quick and professional.

Terrible service. Had an appointment for a week and when I dropped the vehicle off, they initially claimed that we never had an appointment. They then ended up saying we did have an appointment but they won t look at a 2018 Jeep with an engine miss, and we need to have it towed off their lot within 24 hours or they will have it moved. I m now out money from having it towed twice, thanks to the wonderful guy at the front desk at Three Star Automotive. Dealing with him, and the entire process, was a joke. Do not recommend.

Called this shop a week prior to brining in my 2018 Jeep wrangler. Told the gentleman on the phone it need some engine work. He told me to bring it in the following week and they would get it checked out. When I arrived he told me there was nothing he could do for me. I ve now wasted a week and having to pay a tow company to go get it picked up.I was told I had 24 hours to get it off of their lot before it was towed. The gentleman was very rude and not help full at all. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Went there to catch the snapon salesman man and was told that they were not sure what time he would be there but Marty was nice enough to ask me what I needed and I gave him the details of what I needed and he told me that if the snapon man had the tool that he would get the tool and call me and let me know that he got it and I would not have to wait around for snapon. So I did some chores and Marty called and told me that he had gotten the tool for me, l went there and picked it up and paid him for the tool. That's what you call top notch service.

These guys were amazing! I dropped off my van at 7:30, and they had called and left a message maybe two hours later, to tell me it was fixed!! There was a loud juttering sound coming from the engine and the checkengine light had been flashing for almost a week. In about two hours they got the juttering to completely stop, the check engine light is off, and the van is back to purring like a kitten!!! I would definitely recommend them!!! The price of the repair was way better than I thought it would be as well!!!

Three Star deserves five stars in my opinion. I had three fairly involved things done in one day, and the price was reasonable. Would choose them over taking to a dealership any day. My co-workers said they have used them for years and I am glad I did! Great experience.

From my 1965 all the way to my 2021, there's not another shop in town that will lay a wrench on my car. Marty at 3-Star does dependable, affordable, quality work. Equally important, you can trust them. I've never had to go back to get something corrected, and can't say enough about their work. Definitely recommend without hesitation.

These guys are the BEST in town. I've used at least 7 other shops before finding them (Joe's, Midtown, Auto Doctor, to name a few) NONE of them can compare to the quality of work, prices, or customer service that 3 Star provides. They are truly amazing at what they do! .

Great place to take your vehicle if it needs fixed. Employees are honest, professional, and knowledgeable. They do great work and are always fair on the prices. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend 3Star. Especially for local Subaru owners, this is the place to go! Marty is very knowledgeable about these cars. Been bringing my Subies here since @ 2006!! Professional and cost-conscious repairs and service.

I went to a large auto place on Caraway road and was quoted over 1300 dollars to fix a coolant problem. Marty at Three Star Auto got me fixed and running for a little under 400 dollars. The company has always done top notch service for me. Highly recommend.

Great service! I had my front and rear breaks replaced and the AC recharged. They seemed very busy, but I still got my car back before closing. The price was good as well. No more squeaky breaks or sweating! Thanks!

No one else would touch my 26 year old car. 3Star fixed it quickly and charged about half what I was afraid it would cost. Runs like a top.

This is without a doubt the BEST place to have your vehicle worked on!! They are HONEST as the day is long and they know what they are doing!! Their prices are MORE than reasonable....Seriously, HANDS DOWN THE BEST SHOP AROUND!!

I had to get a catalac converter put on and they did a great job, very nice and friendly workers, check engine light came back on a month down the road they told me to bring it in ,they fixed it for free! I'll recommend them to everybody, good people, California Car
