Staff were very friendly, but with only two bays, and one getting shut down regularly for appointments only, it's very slow. I was there for 2.75 hrs on Sunday waiting in line with everyone else. Average time for each car was 17-22 minutes, with the odd one taking 37 minutes. It's not fast. And not cheap. Staff were friendly.

My son took his car here December 6, 2023 for an oil change. He doesn t drive it much, just to school and the gym here in town mostly. School was out and we left for a holiday vacation after his oil change and the car was parked at home the entire time. When we got back, within a couple of days of him driving it back to classes, we noticed oil leaking in the driveway. Checking it out ourselves, we couldn t really tell where the oil was coming from, so we took it back up to Take 5 since they had worked on it recently. We were hoping something simple was off and they could tell us where it was coming from and fix it. They looked at it and the manager Corey told us it was a rear seal problem and to take it to an auto mechanic so they could fix it, because it didn t look like it was a Take 5 problem. We dropped it off over the weekend at the mechanic s and he fixed it and said that it was the engine oil filter housing that was cracked. He said that it sometimes happens when too much force is used to replace an oil filter/during an oil change. The reason it didn t show up immediately is due to the V shape of the engine; it takes time driving the vehicle for the oil to fill and overflow. This is how it was explained to us, so after paying the over $800 bill, we went back to Take 5 to see if they would take any responsibility, now that we knew it wasn t a rear seal issue. This time my husband spoke with who he thinks was the district manager - he didn t get her name but she said she s over the Take 5 s in this region. She took pictures of the receipt, and since it had been over 30 days, said that they couldn t do anything. She said they didn t do the damage because they don t use force when doing oil filters . The piece is an L shape and was made of some kind of hard plastic, so while I m sure they don t twist with force on the actual oil filter itself, some kind of force may be used to put the plastic piece back on; and as we re not robots, mistakes can be made. They had also claimed that it was a rear seal problem initially & our mechanic says no, it was not that, and asked why they would even say it was that when on inspection, the oil was coming from the top of the engine. She also said we should not have had the mechanic fix anything without their authorization - probably something that needs to be passed on to the other Take 5 managers to communicate to their customers at the start of any incidents. They could have been transparent from the start regarding their claims process and exactly what we would need to file a claim. In hindsight I do wish we had taken pictures, or asked the mechanic to, even though now I believe they would have still fallen back on the 30 days from date of service excuse. All in all it was bad timing with our vacation, the weather, etc. but I won t be back, I won t recommend them, and I feel like this should be a fair warning to others who may find themselves in a similar situation. We tried to help our son save some time by going here for an oil change and after this one and done, we will mark this off as a failed experiment that s ended up costing us and a lesson learned. As much as I hate the process for us, I would really hate for the same thing to happen to someone that might not have the means to fix their car, or might drive it and unknowingly do more damage to their vehicle. All in all we are lucky we caught it. They ended up sending the claim off for weeks and washed their hands of it, giving us vague instructions to answer the phone if we got any unknown calls, but telling us it probably won t amount to anything since we didn t follow the after-the-fact mentioned process that they require for claims.

Service was wonderful but the prices were through the roof! Beware to spend close to $100 just for an oil change. I used to get my oil changed for $65 but this is outrageous. I ve always gotten just regular economy oil but I HAD to get premium because my car wouldn t take just regular economy oil. Even when I asked just for economy they said no. I will never be coming back to take 5 ever again.

I always go here for my oil changes very quick service even the prices have jumped up pretty significantly. Today I went in and there were 2 cars in front of me and after about 10 mins the first car pulled out and it was a black jeep that wasn t In the bay long at all. There is absolutely NO WAY FOR THE PRICE I PAID that I should ve had to wait over 1hr for an oil change. A few cars that sat in line behind me pulled off and left. This is a newer crew that I haven t seen. But, something needs to be addressed immediately because evidently we are paying higher prices for the quicker , more attentive services but today was totally unacceptable.

I got a supreme oil change from here, i went here with my new car because i heard good things. But when i leave the place my car kinda starts jerking and acting differently, i don't know a lot about cars but i know when something is different. I drive it still for a few days then notice an oil leak on top of my engine. This didn't start happening till after the oil change. I have a gasset leak and i mention the jerking of my car to my dad, he is an engineer, and we checked everything that they did to my car and i believe they put the wrong oil in my car too. The sticker says the wrong oil but they repeated to me verbally the right oil. I am working on getting my car right but i believe this is a big problem that corporate will have to see about.

It was a comfortable, smooth, and speedy experience. Danielle was at the helm making sure I got every service I needed, Dessica in the pit taking good care of the old Buick, and the manager (Corey I believe) checked in and gave me a cold water on the way out. You guys are the best and keep doing what you're doing

Drive-thru oil change place that I tried out instead of going to a more traditional place like a dealership or garage. The idea that you never have to leave your car is nice and the staff here was nice and attentive but I think the convenience received does not justify the convenience of this type of oil change. I can get a cheaper change at other places even using a coupon that this place offers. That's the biggest gripe, other than that it's ok.

I love this workers very friendly and talk you through while changing your oil. Show me why it need change ( the filters). They let me know about my light on the driver side was out. The place is very helpful. I had never got treated the way they have treated me while charging my oil in my car.

Had such a good experience here! They were so helpful and knowledgable!! Took about 15-20 minutes to get oil and windshield wipers changed!! Will definitely be coming back and recommend!!

The staff is always friendly and helpful. My air filter needed replaced, however they did not have one in stock. Cory was kind enough to go to a parts store to get one for my truck while my oil was getting changed. Take 5 always does a great job and they take good care of us. We have been using them for about 2 years now, and we've never had a bad experience. Due to staff shortages (like everywhere!) You're not always in and out in 5 minutes, but they do a thorough job and do it as quickly as possible.

Corey and Danielle are so friendly. They are the ones who did my vehicle this time. Corey walked to my vehicle and gave me a bottle of water while i waited, which i thought was very nice. I was in a fleet vehicle and all they did was change the oil and mark everything else was checked. For the price I had to pay I would expect someone to make sure everything was good. They do not check the air in the tires. Didn't even check the air filter. They were to busy complaining about the manager not coming in on a Friday. Needless to say my company's business will go elsewhere. I wasn't going to post anything I called several times to speak to the manager and could not get a hold of anyone. There use to be a crew there that was amazing but I guess there all gone. Just a little advise. Poor management runs off GREAT employees!

i got there 2 hours before closing and a jeep pulled up about 8 minutes after i did. there were already 4 cars there when i got there and i was told that the jeep that pulled up after me was going to be serviced last and that i had to leave. i told the lady that i got there before the jeep and she still told me to leave.

My daughter visited this establishment today 12/30 after pulling up an hour and a half before closing she was asked to leave because she was the last car to pull up but she was not. A jeep pulled in after her but she was the one told to leave. That is unacceptable. And we will not be returning.

Wait time was very long. Only two technicians were working. There was not much explanation about what they were doing. I've been to many Take 5's across the United States. The employees (Danielle & Eron) at this particular one were great! The folks at this location are always friendly and fast. When they aren t sure of something they also ask which is a huge bonus as they don t just steam ahead and mess things up. I will definitely use them again.

I really appreciated seeing women mechanics employed by Take 5. The service was pricey, but did save me a few hours sitting in a station waiting for an oil change. There great even if there s a lot of cars in front of you . They will constantly come by checking up on you letting you know how much time it will be until your next asking if you need water because of the heat and when your done will see if you need water for the road or way home or wherever you maybe be heading .
