Best auto shop anywhere! Always friendly and quick. They replaced my sunroof quickly and when I picked up my dirty truck it had been washed as well. Extra mile service always. Highly recommend!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

I had a pleasant experience with Silas, the manager during the estimation and repair process. I appreciated his attention to detail and his passion for making sure the work was completed to meet or exceed my expectations. Sara in reception and scheduling at the front desk was very nice and prompt to follow up during the period of time when my vehicle was being repaired. She made scheduling drop off and pick up easy. Both Silas and Sara are friendly and operate in a professional manner. The work performed by the shop was of high standards, meeting expectations and was completed within the estimated time provided to me in the original quote. Refused to submit appraisal for my vehicle that was going to be deemed a total loss without me leaving my vehicle at their shop for "5-10 days" while they "processed the paperwork". My insurance said I did not need to leave my vehicle with them while they did the paperwork. I discussed this with Stadium and confirmed with Stadium that they already had photographs and the information needed to write the appraisal and left with my vehicle. 10 days later I called them and they said they didn't submit the appraisal because I didn't leave my vehicle with them. Also claimed they didn't have photographs or any information, even though I watched the guy shine a fancy light on my car and take photographs. My insurance agent told me they were just being difficult because they knew they weren't going to get paid since my car would be deemed a total loss. Took my car to another body shop and they took pictures and completed the appraisal in less than 20 minutes, submitted it to my insurance less than an hour later.

Moved to jonesboro and of course I had a wreck. Stadium made everything super simple and easy. They had my car in and out in one week. I was so shocked. In Little Rock it would have taken a month. I was updated and I also called for an update which I didn t mind. Highly recommend! Great staff and great work! Very professional!

New Owners, Loved That They Treated Me Like One Of The Guys. I Hate When Shops Treat Women Different From Men! Cory Gave Me Good Info About The Problem I Was Having With My AIR, And I Like That It's Midtown, And Closer Than My Last Shop. Left There Satisfied, And Will Return For Oil Changes, Etc.

I received auto body work on my car. Very detailed and immaculate! I am very pleased with the service I received! The staff is amazing as well. I definitely would recommend this establishment to anyone in need of body work! I love the convenience of the Midtown location as well!

Replaced a side panel on bed of truck. Looks great but rattles like there's a bucket of rock's in bed. Have not been able to get them to fix it.

I took my car here after I got rear-ended, and they returned my car looking good as new! It ended up needing a little more work than originally thought, but they still had it finished by the day the initially quoted me as well. Beautiful work, I couldn't be happier!

Stadium Auto Body Midtown is amazing! I have an older model car and wanted to get some minor things worked on. I went there and they printed out a quote for me for everything I wanted to get done. We are working down the list now! They are fast and very friendly. I would recommend this place of business to anyone with their car needs!

I gave them 3 because they fixed the car. Promised I would get daily updates, didnt hear from them for almost 2 weeks even though I verified the right phone number that they claimed they had wrong. Then said my opinion about my rental car company was not typical and blew it off. Okay, sorry for trying to help your business.

They did a great job on 2013 Explorer Limited! After a nasty dent in the drivers side door in a parking lot, I got it back in like new condition! Highly recommend!!

I'd give negative stars if possible. A crackhead hit my PARKED car at the gas tank part of my car. Stadium Autobody was SUPPOSED to fix it. They replaced the gas cap door, but it doesn't open! It did before it was hit. They should've checked that before telling me it was ready! Horrible, shotty workmanship!
