We were hit by a tractor trailer in Joplin, Mo.We took the truck to Central Collison Center, where we have always taken our business.The adjuster "Tyler" from Great West Casualty Company moved the truck to Stadium Auto Body. I was assured they would do the job!We dropped it off on Monday, March 11th, 2024. A few days later, we were contacted that more damage was found as suspected. The windshield bar was pushed out of alignment. I was given two choices. Shave it, or realign it. I choose to have it realigned. I thought everything would be realigned.I found communication lacking when we couldn't physically check on the truck. I didn't agree with after-market parts being requested by the insurance company above, etc. However, I was told, "It will be fine," by Stadium Auto Body, "because of what we do."We were also told on a few occasions it was going to paint when it wasn't. Finally, we received the truck back on Friday, March 29th, 2024.When I saw the numerous areas where the front was misaligned or twisted, I couldn't think straight. How can you even remotely think this is OK? I was assured the truck would be fine, great, and everything would be taken taken of.I lost my temper, I had dealt with enough problems since the accident occurred 45 days earlier! I just lost it, I was yelling... if I could see it, how come you couldn't?"This is what you do, isn't it?" I just didn't need to stand there and point out 12 things you flagrantly overlooked.This truck is used for our business, and I'm embarrassed. Because of what we do, it'll be ok? Did you know that we also take off our DOT numbers off, and we are real people, too? We actually clean it up and travel to see family, haul into rodeos, and many other things? The point is, it is still our truck!!In my opinion, Stadium Auto Body doesn't care about the vehicle, no matter who is paying the bill if this is what you will give back to a customer, and act oblivious. If you are the preferred shop with numerous insurance companies, I assure you that shoddy work will never add, improve, or grow your business, much less your reputation.Please review the attached pictures, showing the misaligned and uneven gaps in the hood and door areas, plus the top of a door that wasn't repaired to be flush with the back door or cab. You can still see the paint chips from it being pushed back, which shows the lack of paint or it being matched and/or feathered in correctly. The door moldings and gaps do not remotely align!! Those were actually new!The bare minimum was done to stay contracted with the insurance carrier.This was almost $13.5k?Please review what our 2017 Chevrolet High Country 3500 looks like! It has every hallmark that the truck has been in an accident, incorrectly repaired and poorly painted!Insult to injury, we are also missing pieces that were on the bed of the truck to hook our safety chains on! Have to go back to see if they have them! Of course they don't!! We can't "do what we do" More downtime!1st mistake: Great West Casualty Company2nd mistake: Stadium Auto Body3rd mistake: Losing my temper when neither of the above-mentioned care.Can everyone who worked on this truck say they are proud of the work? Would you do this to your own vehicle?The truck is an embarrassment, and I will tell anyone who asked the entire story. Including my downfall of losing my temper and pointing out the entire job Stadium Auto Body performed or forward pictures to anyone who requests them.Because of "what we do," it will be fine because of " what you do," it isn't!I rated 2 stars because I take fault with losing my temper, or it would be one.*removing a star, tried to remedy to no avail1) Filing a complaint with BBB on Little Rock, Ar2) Seeking outside resources for remedies of losses from Stadium Auto Body, Great West Casualty and Diamondback Carriers, Inc.*Update: Mailing check for lost "curts" they lost and we repurchased. We had already paid for them.That does not cover the lost income due to negligence.*Adjuster expects truck to be correct.

Stadium Autobody made the repair process so easy. They handled all the communication with my insurance company and kept me updated with phone calls and text messages every step of the way. I never had to wonder what was happening with my vehicle. They had my vehicle completed by the promised date. It was returned to me clean and looked like it was brand new! I am glad I chose Stadium Autobody.

I am very dissatisfied with the work that Stadium did on my car . I had to go back 5 times and it's still not fixed. Today the manager said I was lying. The manager stated I hit something or something hit me. That is NOT true. It pooped out because it was not fixed properly. The entire staff was very rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend anyone to use their services!!. When I first went there I signed a form stating I had lifetime warranty. Today he told me he would no longer honer it. I asked for that in writing and he said He would not put it in writing. He is a very dishonest person and a terrible manager!!. They said they did the best job they can and it's not acceptable!!. I'm am going to write the BBB and call 7 on your side!! I m not finished yet!! I rate stadium zero! This is a pic of where the seams don t match up! And it s funny the manager told me to go look at the new Toyota. He said their seams don t match up either. He said it s because of the new bumpers they use now that makes it not line up. So when I left I stopped at Toyota and I looked at 5 diff vehicles and all their seams were lined up good! So the manager was lying about that too!! Like I said, I'm NOT done with Stadium yet!!. And I know how they get away with stuff like this, it's because no one complains!.Service: Body & Trim

Well I have not been here myself but my husband works for them as a painter. I can tell you it's a great place a to take your vehicle should you need to. Great and friendly staff and they get the job done. My husband is one in pic, taking care of business!

I don't know what happened to this place, but the service has really declined. It's no wonder our insurance dropped them as a preferred provider. The bodywork personnel was rude, did a half tailed job and lied about what was repaired. Also would not accept debit or credit card for payment over $1000. Thought this was weird, but now we know why. (Perhaps they are afraid payment might be disputed.)Could not possibly be owned by the person who fixed our car several years ago. Do yourself a favor and find someone else to repair your auto.

Body work was really good.The reason for the 2 stars, they took out my winsheild (honest mistake) then taped the cowl back on so when you get around 40mph you hear a super annoyingly loud buzz from the loose cowl. Called them but they will not call me back!Update, the owners son called me back a week after I called and he had the nastiest attitude I've ever experienced in my life dealing w/retail. He implied that I was lying and grudgingly offered to put some nuts on the windshield wipers. I will NEVER go back there and will instruct others to go elsewhere! If I could, I'd give them no stars, or better yet, negative stars!!!

I have only three words to describe this business. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!DON'T take your vehicle there. You will regret it! By the way they don't deserve a star, but this was the lowest option available.

I had a wonderful professional experience with Stadium Auto Body. I was called routinely with updates on car repair status. I would definitely recommend this Shop! I will return if I need any work done in the future.

Will never recommend Stadium Auto Body to anyone. Did not seem helpful at all. Went to get an estimate on repairs to my vehicle after I was rear ended in Indianapolis, In. The lady at counter didn't copy any of my information from the insurance company and stated there were other auto repair companies in Jonesboro that I could go to. And the so called adjuster I'm assuming it must've been his first day because all he kept saying was I've never heard of that insurance company so I'm not sure if we accept it or not. Well no duh sherlock I told you it was in Indiana. Every state has different types of insurance companies that you've never heard of. All you had to do was turn the estimate in and get paid simple as that. And American Family Insurance is pretty popular so I'm not sure what side of the mountain he grew up on but gee wiz it's not rocket science. I also told him the company asked for lots of pictures to report the damages, he only took 3 photos which at that point made it very clear to me he did not want me there nor my business. Thank God there are more auto repair companies in this city because Collision Repair took my vehicle in and did exactly as they were supposed to on the spot without me saying much of anything plus they are amazingly friendly and hospitable, made a copy of the insurance info, took many photos, turned info in the very same day. Collision Repair will always have my vote and business. And to think someone actually referred me to Stadium only to waste my time and get treated rudely. 2 thumbs down from me with this company

If you have an opportunity to use someone else then I would strongly recommend doing so. The south Stadium location was unprofessional and it took multiple attempts to get our vehicle repaired. After two bumpers, three headlights, and a fender flare, we were done with them. Not to mention the shop manager Brian Meredith has poor communication skills. For a company in the 21st century that relies on customer service, they could sure use an improvement as well as more experienced shop staff!

i was involved in a wreck that was not my fault at all. took my car to stadium auto body to fix my parts. they made me an estimate, i agreed and dropped my car off to get fixed. picked it back up, nothing was fixed. front bumper was supposed to be replaced because chunks were taken out of it. all they did was paint over it and you can clearly see chunks out of it. the paint in the fender is literally laughable. my bumper is still hanging. not only did they not fix the brackets, they just bent and forced them in place in one hole when it is suppose to be in three and hold the bumper up but it s still hanging and i am also missing the bolts to the top of the bumper where it holds it on. also the manger brian, told me specifically, that s how the car came in . of course that s how the car came in, that s why they re supposed to fix it. long story short, they are a horrible body shop and you guys should stick with collision repair!

They take care of you. Had a problem with weather stripping on my Honda Civic and Drew took care of me in 3 minutes and said no charge. Now thats service. Used them before, will use them again.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR YOU TO TAKE YOUR VEHICLE SOMEWHERE ELSE...MR. BRIAN TOOK MY BACK WINDOW OUT AND IT WASNT SUPPOSE TO BE TAKING OUT AND MADE MY PAINT AROUND MY BACK WINDOW START TO PEEL AROUND THE PERIMETER... MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.. I ALSO WENT TO HONDA DEALERSHIP AND SPOKE TO THE HEAD MAN IN CHARGE.. HE EXACTLY WORD WAS I HAVE BEEN DOING THIS ALL MY LIFE.. HONDA DONT HAVE ANY RECALLS OR DEFECTS ON MY VEHICLE/MODEL... THE TECHNICIAN THAT REMOVE OR INSTALLED DID IT INCORRECTLY... NOT MAD BUT VERY DISAPPOINTED IN STADIUM BODY IN JONESBORO...GOD BLESS, BUT GOD DONT LIKE UGLY...

Great service and repair to my Mini Cooper. A concrete truck threw rocks on my car when it hit a pothole. Dented the hood and ruined my windshield. Thankfully Stadium Auto Body made it as good as new. Thanks y all!!!!

My sunroof in my car shattered on my way to work. I was recommend to use Stadium Auto Body on South Stadium. They did a wonderful job with everything even getting me rental car.

Saved us when passing through Jonesboro on a family vacation! Tow service provided. Prompt, professional, friendly, followed COVID guidelines, AND arranged for a ride for our family to meet our car at the dealership... Stadium, along with Central Cadillac, got us back on the road in record time! Impressive Jonesboro pit stop!!!! Many thanks!

It took Forever to get my car returned to me. I understand when you get the wrong part in that will be a little extra time it was a little ridiculous. I was in a rental car for almost a month
