I called about a window one morning shortly after they opened. They were able to get a replacement and had my car done before 2 that afternoon. Friendly, fast and quality service!

They were the cheapest in town to get my back glass replaced. The lady who works at the counter is really nice too! Overall amazing experience and would go here again

My truck is brand new and had just been detailed before busting out the back glass. When I got the truck back it was way dirtier than before. Mud prints everywhere including on my bumper trim where someone had climbed on my truck with muddy feet and it s surely going to be scratched. Yea my glass is fixed but my truck is a mess now. Still glass in the truck I ll have to clean out and they didn t even return my truck how they found it. My seat covers are off and there is glass everywhere. This may be a handy shop for farm trucks but not somewhere I ll ever take my vehicles again.

I had a weird accident where I guess a rock (or I ran over one) hit my quarter glass panel on my 2021 Rogue and some of the quotes I received were outrageous! I traveled an hour away to my former hometown and received a price much lower than the Safelite and Caliber Auto. Also, they specialize in other glass services as well.I will always come back here for any glass needs especially automotive! The staff were friendly, down-to-earth, and quick! I did have to clean up the broken glass afterwards, but that was no big deal.Thank you, S&S Glass in Jonesboro.

I was celebrating my best friends birthday in Memphis when someone broke into my car. I approached a nice lady named Jamie at S & S glass. She went out of her way to go to U Pull It and get the unique glass I needed and install it for me in a short amount of time. This was years ago and I never forgot it. You rock! Thank you SO much!!

They are great called today and they were able to get me in and get my side window fixed quickly. We will definitely use them anytime we need to get windows fixed on our vehicles.

The price was fair. But the truck came back filthy inside where their dirty foot pints on seats. Pieces of glass and black specks covered dash and console like pepper. They were super friendly. We had a window replaced and they did an excellent job. They even helped us fix a tire which isn't even their job. Super nice and above and beyond what was expected.

Walked in and was immediately taken aback by the rudeness of the "manager." Their website states clearly that they do rock repair on windshields, however they do not. He gave me blunt answers and did not have any suggestions of where I might be able to go. He basically forced me out the door! The place is also run down and there is no where to park. I do not recommend even making the drive out to this shack.

It was very affordable the only problem I had and honestly isn't a huge problem is the place is a little dusty. It is ran by an older gentleman who is super kind.

Awesome guys, I was in and out of there in about an hour and a half to get my back glass installed. Super friendly and professionalNOTE- If you head their warnings and be careful with the glass they install for you then you will have no problems.

I needed a custom cut glass shelf for a china cabinet. They took care of it for me quicklyand at a very reasonable price. I would definitely go there again!

O own a roofing company and had to have a home ownees window fixed. I called them they sent out 2 guys that are known meth users they never showed back up after they took measurement. Had to call some one eles . I strongly advice some where eles if you want good work

I had an accident and they were the only people in JONESBORO that could replace the whole shattered windshield in only a couple of days at a decent price they are awesome thank you guys!

I went there to have my windshield replaced. After I got my car back the next day it started to rain and my windshield leaked inside my car. I took it back they supposedly fix it so I went out of town and got caught in another rain storm and guess what leak again. So when I got home I took my car back they had my car for 24 hours. Now I am back out of town for Christmas and you will not believe this. Its raining again and yes leaking in my car. Sorry not a car a 2011 Dodge Nitro. I have been trying to call them all day and all I get is a busy signal.

They cracked my dashboard , they said those thing's happen and didn't fix it , I had to take my van back two more time's , the molding around the windshield wasn't right , now when I washed the van the windshield leaked bad . I will have to go somewhere else to have it done right , that's more money out of my pocket .
