Jason did a phenomenal job on my Focus!! Got a resonator delete and a performance muffler swap, it sounds amazing. I couldn t be happier with the service and courtesy from these guys!

I have used Randy s multiple times and they are top notch. From the first time I speak to Michael until I pick my vehicle up they are friendly and very helpful. I recently had a fantastic experience at Randy Auto Service and wanted to share my review. The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and they were able to quickly diagnose and repair the issue with my car. It was a small fix and seeing me as international student they made it very affordable for me and they even provided me with some helpful tips to keep my car running smoothly in the future. Overall, I would highly recommend Randy auto store to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy auto service.

They are a professional shop that know their business. It is always a pleasure doing business with trustworthy employees. Over a period of year had alot of repairs. Took an antique GMC truck and got the kinks repaired and runs like a champ....when time come the motor will need an operation...the owner tell me " if its not broken don't fix it.". I will continue using them for all my truck and car maintenance and repairs. I am about to leave for vacation to drive 2000 miles in my 2006 expedition. I wanted to get the car looked over before I left town. They got me in and looked the car over in just a couple hours. This is the first mechanic I ve ever been to that hasn t tried to tell me something s broken that I know works fine. Great honesty!! I feel very confident in their evaluation and will absolutely come back here for any future maintenance my vehicle might need.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I absolutely LOVE these guys always friendly & fast.I have had them do a few jobs for me & they have always been there to answer any questions & get the job done Mike is one of the friendliest guys I have met & he has the crew to match. Will definitely be calling Randy s Auto Services for all my mechanical needs

Horrible. Do not use. Has had my jeep for a month for a simple ignition switch and haven't even statred on it. Now they are holding my car hostage trying to get me to pay for a fix they didnt even do. Bunch of liars and crooks.I repeat. No work was done. I have pics to prove it. Read other reviews to see that these guys continually lie and cheat their customers. Avoid the lies. Avoid Randys

Took my 2005 F150 (5.4 Triton)to this place for a plug change. The owner told me he knew the plugs were bad to break In these engines but don t worry he knew how to get them out. Two plugs broke. One fell down on the piston and he cranked the motor to try to force the broken plug back out. Ruined my engine. He closed shop for a while. I was told to come get my truck (had to be towed) and claim it on his insurance. His insurance would not cover his faulty work. The truck has half the engine missing. The radiator, fan, AC compressor, all the front to the motor is gone. I believe I was lied to. Will never take anything to this shop again. This was on February 18. The owner never did make this right. They possibly sold parts off my truck because I never have seen the missing pieces to my engine

They were great and when I brought my car to get the ignition switch replaced they got right on it but unfortunately I had to take it to central Chevrolet and it ended up not being the ignition switch.It was the after market radio it wasn't installed correctly but the guys at central Chevrolet fixed my car and now she's running fine... Very satisfied! My husband actually did service with them on both of our vehicles They stay very busy but it never takes more than a few days to do the job.

Finally found honest and knowledgeable staff that handle the business the way things were alot of years ago. Just great service without being scammed. They have our business and we are blessed to have found them.

Excellent quality repairs for about a third of the price of the other guys in this town Great guys honest and dedicated to the profession they have combined experience of almost 50 years! If there is any auto repair shop in town I'll use its these guys

Let this guy put plugs in my SUV he stripped the plug threads out now I have to take the head off , he lied about it so I got to get a lawyer I'm still fighting it ,over 2 months now .truck still sitting in driveway, going to be about 5 thousand . Stay away from this place !!
