Purchased tires, after 6 months had 1 tire crack on the wall of the tire. They said they would not replace it. Went somewhere else to get another tire & the other place said tread is new, cracked on the wall & Quick Lane should have replaced it.

I always get my oil changed there and great price and was very satisfied until I told my wife to go there to get her oil changed . They told her that she needed new brake pads and they gave her a quote for 900.00. I will never use them again, any business that tries to screw a woman or elderly over I have absolutely no use for . I could see 400 or 450 if u had to replace the rotors, but I checked the rotors and they are fine no grooves and are smooth. So women beware that they will try to rip you offService: Oil change

I really appreciate the job these guys did. After a long day, late on a Friday, before heading out of town, I noticed I had a screw in my tread. They had me in and out in 15 minutes.

I had a tire that kept losing air. I took it to a different express tire and lube and they told me I couldn't patch it because it was in the side of the tire. They also did not have my size tire in stock.I called Quick Lane and they not only had my tire in stock, but they could fit me in right away.I was given plenty of options for the replacement tire and they added me to the waiting list. They made extremely quick work of fixing my car and getting me back on the road quickly.10 out of 10, would recommend!

I took my Car to the workshop for Car AC servicing because the AC was not cooling.I was told vacuuming needs to be done before Charging gas into the AC system. If it fails, then I will be charged an amount without Gas refilling but I was surprised when the technician told me that the car passed the vacuuming and Gas has been charged. The AC worked for barely 1hr, Gas smell circulated my car and the cooling stopped working. That means there is a leakage in the Car AC system.Quick Lane Tire, Jonesboro AR

My aunt was on a trip and a tire went bad. They refused to sell a used one and I had to pay 180$ over the phone for an over priced new one. An old lady 300 miles from home and that's what we get

I asked for a final out the door price for a set of tires over the phone. I came to store and verified said price on the phone. I wait for an hour and a half to get them installed and when I go to pay they charge 70 dollars extra. I told them there was a mistake, but they said it wasn't a mistake, it was taxes. I told them I had asked twice for a total out the door price. He said they didn't have a way to be able to calculate tax without ringing up the bill. I explained how to calculate tax to the manager, but he didn't seem to understand. I wouldn't trust my truck with anyone who isn't capable of calculating sales tax.Service: Tires

Called ahead to be sure there wasn t a wait time and to make sure they had my filter. Had to be back to work which is why I call ahead. They claimed to have filter but half way through the job (which took 45min to start) they realized they did not have the filter. Instead of letting me know they sent someone to get it, they just let me stand there wondering why my car wasn t being touched. I now understand why their prices are low. Would not recommend.Service: Oil change

Went in today to get a simple oil change and tire rotation. And what I got was a tire rotation and a over tighten oil filter cap that plastic and busted the rubber gasket that allowed my oil to pour out and lose all my oil. Thank goodness I pay attention and didn t run my van with no oil and blow my motor up.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Got a oil change and they got me right in and out. What I really liked was I got a print out of everything. Telling me about the wear on tires , break pads etc. Mine were still good liked knowing they looked that over for me.

If you re looking for a shop to work on your vehicle, I would go anywhere else. They tried to severely overcharge me for a job that I had done at a local shop that got it done for under $500 when this shop quoted me over $4k. The one positive of this shop was they were at least friendly. My recommendation for a shop would be Mid South! They're a local family-owned business!

I told them there was a noise/vibration you could feel in the front of the vehicle. They immediately went to work on it, and a day later had replaced virtually everything in the front end and charged me over $3,000. I drove out of their lot, and less than half a block later drove back to quick lane. The guy test drove with me that time, and immediately heard the noise, which he said he hadn t heard before. He also said the noise was coming from the rear end. The next morning, they took the wheels off the back end and inspected the brakes. He then said he could take the cover off the rear end and inspect it and replace the fluid for $400, but they did not have the tools to fix it.I took my vehicle to a dealership instead. The problem was in the torque converter.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I asked the manager how long it would be for an oil change. He said they would do it now. After:25 minutes my truck was still where I parked it. I inquired about this and the manager walked out to the service area and picked up a bag with my key and a work order. He talked to some people and one of them got my truck and pulled it inside. Had the manager bothered to follow up I would not have been so inconvenienced. I won t be back. Jonesboro ArkansasService: Oil change

I've been in here a few times. They were quick and helpful a couple weeks ago when I stopped for whiper blades. Yesterday I went in for 2 new tires and it wasn't so great. They didn't have many options in stock but I didn't want to wait to order some so I took some tires I liked less for the sake of speed. They still had to go get the tires I picked so it ended up being a 3 hour wait. The lady running the desk clearly needs some more training or something. Communication was rough.

I went in to get 2 of my tires replaced. When I came in no low tire fault was showing on the dash. Waited in the lobby for a little over 2 hours. During that time they let me know that a pressure sensor was bad. Then they proceeded to show me that is was snapped in half. My assumption was they broke it. So I paid 75 dollars for a new one. When I go to drive it off a low tire pressure light came on. I took it right back and said that an other pressure sensor had a bad battery in the sensor itself and needed replaced. But since they already replaced the tire they said I would cost $100 this time because they would have to take that tire off.The only reason why this isn't a 1 star review is because the front desk guy was nice and explained everything he could from what the guy in the shop told him. Never the less I will not be returning to this site.

Paid $20 to have a nail in my tire repaired. 1 week later slow leak continued. Discount tire informed me there was no patch inside of the tire and the nail was still inside of the tire. They showed me a video of the inside of the tire and indeed there was no patch. Thank goodness i didn t need a whole new tire. Not a trust worthy business.Service: Tires

The gentleman working the desk was nice / professional. Time to get truck in and oil change completed, perfectly reasonable (~1hr). However, my truck sat out in the parking lot for 30 minutes after the work was finished. I sat there waiting, trying to be patient, but that's just too long to be considered "Quick." Finally, I had to get up and say something. The guy working the front desk apologized and tried to explain the delay, which is appreciated. But I've never had to wait 30 minutes just to check out for an oil change, even at a place without "Quick" in it's name.Typically, I'd give a business the benefit of the doubt and not post a poor review; but this is my 2nd experience similar to this. Should be an easy fix, needs addressed. That being said, I do appreciate the apology.Service: Oil change

Overcharged for oil change. Charged for 6 qts of oil vs the 4 my vehicle takes. They put 5w-20 in and my vehicle takes 5w-30. I know it will work fine with that grade but he should have asked. While I was in the shop, salesman came out asking me if I wanted to replace a "bad" cabin filter. I said "no" and told him I was just there for an oil change. He charged back to the work area and threw the air filter on the mechanics work table . Very rude. Do not recommend.

This was properly the best auto shop experience of my life. While about to embark on a 500 mile drive, I found a nail in a tire. I usually wrench on my car myself, but being in a suit and nowhere near my toolbox i needed help. Being from out-of-town, I had no idea where to go and turned to Google for a big-name franchise -- three of whom told me there would be a 1-2+ hour wait for this simple ten minute procedure. Then I found Quick Lane, and am I ever happy I did.A second issue (had happened previously and been "fixed") reappeared and the logical solutions were offered to me. I opted to go for the full fix since I was staring down such a long drive. Despite significant issues along the way causing well over an hour of labor from their head mechanic, these guys found and fixed anything and everything wrong with the area of my car I asked them to attend to at a price literally a tenth of what I would have been willing to pay.5 stars is not enough for this experience.Dave, you got me home safe. You rock.

I want an email via the store manager and an option for less than one star. So before I jump into this I want to state that I have given this thought and it is not just me that this has happened to. Two situations happened to both my vehicles: one was my Jeep and Quicklane said that they are no permitted via company policy to use parts outside their shop, so I paid for the part and returned the other, even though the shops belt was much pricier than the one I purchased. The second was with my car which again I took to Quicklane, I had a broken pulley "bracket arm" needing to be replaced, I was told it would run me almost a $1,000. After hearing that I took it to a different auto center and it was a little over #700.Which brings us to today, my roommate and I attempted to replace a serpentine belt (which was SHREDDED lol). We were outside for upwards of 2.5 hrs with no luck, come to find out that a "special" tool is required, so we packed it in and my roommate decided to take it to Quicklane right down the street the following day. He was QUOTED over the phone that it would take up to 0.9 hrs, after about a 10 min wait it was brought in and they messed with it off and on for about 20 min until me and my roommate agreed to let them know that there is no adjustable pulley and that it requires a "special" tool to put it on.The manager/supervisor in charge all but shooed us away stating "They are aware, they are crank shafting it on like you are supposed to" another 15-20 min go by and the mechanics "working" (more like discussing why the belt won't go on and YOUTUBING how the belt goes on) when another gentleman walks up with the "special" tool to put the belt on. About 3-5 min later they are lowering the car and double checking that the belt is secured. Once my roommate receives the receipt they state that it will be $134, $120 of that was for an hr of labor. While my roommate paid I asked about the "special" tool and I was told by the cashier "yes sir they had to use a "special" tool that we had to order, one of the guys had one, so we just put it on" I asked "so it did require a "special" tool that you had to order, and that's what the time and price was for?" the cashier continued "yes sir but we didn't charge you for the tool, we just charged you for what was quoted" I asked "but wait where did the tool come from and didn't you quote us 0.9 hrs sir. We haven't been inside the shop for an hr." cashier "oh we had the tool, wait excuse me, you'll have to ask the mechanics and boss out there I wasn't there." He shrugged to the 0.9 hrs quoted and said "ehhh that's what I quoted you" he never said anything to my statement about not being in the shop for an hr.

Two stars, but if Stacy can write a review about some place she hasn't been locally so can I! I've heard there are other places that have lubricant like Walmart. Why should I pay for their service when I could just get it done elsewhere. Anyways I haven't been here but I thought I should leave a two star review and voice my non opinion.

Went in for what I was hoping would be a quick tire fix. I was greeted in a friendly manner and they said they would get right to it. Unfortunately, it took them about 40 minutes to get to my car, then I watched the tech go to my car and immediately take my oil service sticker (from a different store) off my windshield, even though I was not getting an oil change. Once they finally got it in the shop they had to be corrected that I was not getting an oil change, and then eventually got to my tire and let me know I had a screw in the tire and they were going to patch it. The patch job took longer than expected, about 30 minutes. When I got my car back an hour and a half after walking in the door I saw my oil service sticker gone and my oil life was reset on the car. Overall I was disappointed with their service and attention to detail.

The when the owner is there I feel cared about and service is great. When he s not I feel like the mechanics just think I m a dumb girl and can slack off. I went in to get a new tire pressure sensor and they put one in but I guess it was faulty. So I came back the next day and the mechanic told me that it wouldn t hurt anything. I told him I had paid for the sensor to be replaced and I expected it to work. The owner got it straightened out. I generally only like going there when he is in. He really cares about the business and customer service. Can t say the same about all the mechanics in the shop tho.

Do not take your vehicle here!!! This business is an absolute joke. I had my rear brake pads replaced four months ago by them and then when I brought the same car there to have the front brake pads changed, I am told the rear pads are worse. When I explained to them that I had the rear brake pads replaced by their shop four months ago, I was called a liar. I had an entry on my bank statement from their exact shop for $177 and I was told that I could've had the brakes replaced on another car. Never again will I take anything to this scam of a business.Service: Brakes
