10 months later and 11k miles after 4 tires and an alignment that they billed me for parts they never installed, left all the lug nuts loose, broke the hood release, and fought me every step of the way. Now the inside of the front tires are bald with feathered tire wear I am told everything is perfectly fine. Here's what your hard earned money gets everyone..

Worst tire company I have ever done business with they give u a time they said they would come out to do a repair they didn t show up till 3 hours latter and they never keep you updated if they have a delay I don t understand communication is key with your customers

Pick up a nail in my tire. Low tire light came on and pulled into the tire store to get fixed. The service was good. Was only there about an hour. Tire has not leaked but the problem is they gouged the wheel on my truck. I have requested them to call me. But no response yet from them. The only thing I can tell you in using this store is to never leave without fully inspecting everything that they touch. They will damage your vehicle and never tell you or do anything about it.After posting my previous review I was contacted by the store. The man that handled such issues with my wheel had been sick. The wheel has been replaced and would recommend them. Tony was very helpful in correcting the problem

Great service, had my wife take my truck to them for an alignment since I had to work. They took the time to explain what needed to to be fixed. After a test drive they even took the time to correct the slight turn in the steering wheel that the previous company left after doing the alignment a year ago. Happy with their service and they way they rested my wife while she waited for the truck to be finished.

Not the fastest work. I had to come back after having them replace some wheel studs because my brakes were leaking. They did fix the break issue. I bought a whole set of lugnuts but while looking at the lugnuts they put two different kinds on my truck. So apparently they didn't order the right set didn't have enough so they put on 8 of my old lugnuts along with the new set. Overall didn't have a good experience here.

Called and got really good info as I called all over town to get prices on the same servicing, and this place was by far the friendliest. Took my Yukon in later that day, same friendly service at the counter as over the phone. The only thing halfway negative I have to say is how long the service took. I was quoted about an hour and it took most of the day. (Alignment) but other than that they were great and I will be returning!

Excellent customer service and speedy service. I got my tire fixed for only $30 dollars. The other big name brand told me it couldn't be fixed I had to purchase a new tire for $278. Thank you Purcell for getting me back on the road!! Blessings

Great place! My oil light kept flashing low engine oil , and I had to travel out of town that day. I had Purcell check my oil, and had an oil change while I was there. They worked me in and I didn t have to wait long. Eli went over everything with me after the service. He was very knowledgeable! I had peace of mind to travel that day. I will definitely use them again for service.

They broke 2 of my tire sensors and claim no responsibility because their cameras didn t catch it. They claim to warranty their work but will lie to keep from admitting fault. Go anywhere but here. Too many options in town to deal with this.

Very disappointed. Went in had a oil change deal where they rotate tires. I asked them to also check my fluids and change window wipers because I was going out of town and wanted to make sure everything was good. Well left for my trip and started having problems with my thermostat gauge it kept jumping back and forth from half way point to 3/4 line. So I stopped to make sure something wasn t wrong with the radiator. It was full but my coolant reservoir needed some added. I thought by me saying check my fluids that they would have filled that up because it was at the add line. Also my air filter was very dirty and they did not ask me if I wanted it replaced. Is that not part of an oil change to check the air filter too? So still having issues I checked to make sure I had enough oil. Had more than enough it was over filled. the tech had to go back and rotate tires and put wipers on because he was new and didn t know how to read their notes They did give me a $8 discount on my wipers which I appreciate it and I know new people need to learn processes. But you need to train them. Didn t have any issues with the car before having oil change. And I understand that somethings happen and could be a coincidence But after checking behind Purcell s work to see if that was the issue became very disappointed in their service.

My first time at Purcell. Was very pleased with the courteous staff and with services provided. Taken care of in a timely manner. Good experience. Would recommend highly.

Very pleased with my experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. They had a comfortable waiting area although my wait was not that long considering I walked in without an appointment and had new tires and a full service oil change. A very different feel from other experiences I've had with other service centers in a very positive way.

I have been using these guys for absolute YEARS and have NEVER EVER had a problem. They get you in as quick as they can, take care of what needs taken care of and get you out the door. The staff is very accommodating and very knowledgeable. I'd take my grandma here! True story! Word of advice...call ahead if your schedule is really tight. These guys get busy at times...

They were awesome! Great price on an oil change! I thought they closed at 6 and showed up at 5:30 to get my truck. Turns out they close at 5 but a couple gentlemen were still there and they opened up and let me check out and grab my truck. Super nice guys and great service!

Fast friendly great service. I had new rims and ttiers put on my 2018 Ram. They were pretty busy however they had my truck finished in less then 2 hours. They put 4 new tiers on 4 new rims switched the sensors onto new tires then switched out the new rims and tiers with the old products. Amazing work

Friendly service with a grade A experience. Performed in a timely manner by there qualified and experienced tech attendant. I'm there are up-to-date machines. And I could not be more happier. My 93 Chevy runs like a brand new race car I am so grateful thank you Purcell tire and service center.

I needed new tires for a cross country road trip with my aging travel trailer. I was delighted by the service and care I received from Eli and Dillon. Thanks for an amazing experience. And it was fun watching them work skillfully on my home on wheels.

We were visiting from Nashville when we had a flat tire. Purcell Tire replaced the tire quickly and got us on the road again. They went above and beyond helping us in our time of need. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend their services at any time.

Even after a tornado threw these folks and our community a curveball over the weekend, they were able to get my car in and get it done Monday. And then they called me and talked me out of getting the brakes replaced because they discovered it wasn't the problem! Honesty like that is a rare thing. They charge fair prices and hold to their commitments. We are repeat customers and probably customers for life!

Traveling thru, walked in, the staff was polite and quickly helped me with my problem at a very reasonable price. Back on route in 40 minutes. Two thumbs up, I wish they were around the corner.

Ladies get a discount every Thursday on regular oil changes, plus it comes with a free tire rotation. Excellent! The guy behind the counter was extremely courteous and helpful. I will definitely use them for future oil changes.

I first called inquiring about the size tires I needed to put on custom rims and the gentleman who answer the phone was very polite and very helpful I had called a few other places before and was either on hold for a long. Of time or was treated rudely like I was wasting their time. The information I received was very polite and accurate I've been called a week later asked about putting the rims and tires on my vehicle drop the vehicle off the next day they were quite busy and still had my vehicle finished within two hours everyone was very polite and the work was perfect purcells been here for a long time and I can see why great place!

I needed an alignment on my 2018 GMC Sierra. I called Purcell Tire and they were able to get me scheduled the same day. They were very quick and efficient. I am very pleased with the alignment. My truck is driving and riding so much better now. The price was reasonable, a little higher than some of the other places I priced, but the other places couldn't get me scheduled for the same day. So it was worth it to me to give a little more for them being able to work with me in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Purcell Tire and they will be getting my future business as well.

All staff members were extremely friendly and professional. Although they had a high customer volume, my vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner. Overall, I am very pleased with my experience and their service!

They are Awesome!! Lastnight I had to stay in Jonesboro due to tire being flat with a broken valve. When I called this morning and told them I needed services and was stranded, Steven came to me and aired my tire up . Then brought me to the shop where they fixed my car quickly!! They are HIGHLY recommended and they care!!
