The young man who helped me out was professional nice and polite . He was helpful inside the store and the customer outside was polite to help me put my windshield wipers on.

This is a typical auto parts store. They have most of the parts and supplies that other auto parts stores offer. They also offer the free testing for batteries, fault codes, etc. that are typically offered at these types of stores. Every time I have visited, the staff has been friendly and helpful as well.

Extremely understaffed. I needed my engine light checked, and the man at the counter said he wasn't able to check it until there was no one else in the store. However, customers kept coming in and he kept helping everyone else because he couldn't help me until there was no one else. After almost 30 minutes, another man walked out from the back and helped me. They were very nice, and the second guy was extremely helpful once he arrived. But it was very annoying having more people arrive and them being helped when I had been waiting for a long time. I used my entire lunch break at this store.

We had to have the rotors turned and it was kind of late. Jack said he wasn't sure if he could get them turned in time. 1 hour and 1/2 later he called and had them ready. Good guys over there at O'Reillys on Johnson.

Service was fast but not friendly at all. The guy that waited on me never really spoke to me. Went in for an engine light check and it almost appeared as if it was an inconvenience to him. Was not dressed in a professional manner. He wasn't rude but not friendly.

Bought a water pump got it home took part out of box and it was broke. Had to call them, then had to drive to another one of there stores to get another pump need to be more friendly and helpful if they want my business in the future

The assistant manager was so helpful and I am beyond grateful for his help! I had an issue with my car and he not only helped me out but referred me to TorqPros, a great mechanic to further help with my car. Thank you!

They absolutely refused to take back a can of slime tire fix that would not work and. Replace it with a good one. The employees were rude and unprofessional .

Rude and don't wanna work. Talks about other customers when calling asking a question. Will never go back. Alex bobby and Brian claim they were mangers but no one seem to help me out. I got my 62 bucks back and will tell everyone I know to not go here. Rasict prinks

This store had what I needed. Was very surprised and delighted when the fellow behind the counter offered to remove and install new license plate screws. So grateful.

Took 15 mins to get someone to help me with four people walking around in the back. There was only me and another gentlemen in the store. At 9 am.

No customer service! I will never buy anything from the O'Reilly store in Jonesboro Ar. Or anywhere else ever again. Anytime a customer has walked from St. Bernards Hospital to your store to buy a battery and can't get the battery delivered back to the parking lot because he isn't a corporation, and the customer is a 66 year old man, you are the most inconsiderate people that I have ever heard of. Never again will I step into one of your nasty stores!!!

It is sad i went there to get tail lights ask the guys there would they put it in. It was three guys there an they said they couldn't leave the store. I will never go to OReilly on Johnson by Bill's so ppl don't go

Vad part is all the stores have different parts. Sometimes they go and give you the wrong thing. Quick to make it right and help you out.

Parts needed are always available and If you have an account you get it at a discount price if they do not have it in stock they will order

This store usually isn't too busy. We were in and out in 5-10 minutes no problem with the parts we needed.
