I heard what I thought was an air leak. I met him and we both realized it was the load leveling air system. Nothing abnormal. He didn't charge me anything even though I should have figured it out myself. Very nice people there.

I broke down in Cash AR. Mr. Brandon came to the rescue and told my rig to his shop. The moment I met this people, they are very good people, people's of god. I'll definitely recommend y'all to give them a called for Roadside or Towing assistant. They treated soo well I pray to God, God will continue to blessed them . The prices are fair and not over charging just FYI. I'll definitely used them if I'm stranded closed to Jonesboro AR.

Learned of this place when I was in an accident. I appreciate how nice they were to me. I recommend these folks and they do more than tow!Recently used the mechanic service for my husband's truck and was not disappointed. Friendly, and worked with us on the timing of repairs. Much appreciated going over, and assessment of the used truck that we bought with a list of needed repairs. Will be going back.

I have no complaints. After a long morning and having to be towed, I wasn't in the best of moods; but I had such a pleasant experience with the young man that towed me. Very professional and kind. Definitely 5 service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Outstanding service & respectable workers!. I was treated more like family than just a customer. Very friendly staff.They towed my truck when my transmission lines busted. Towed and Replaced the busted one that week. They just finished replacing my u-joints and took no time to do it, even when they are swamped with work! I will definitely be coming back for more service!Service: Car towing

Had a flat on my trailer on a Sunday in Jonesboro Arkansas Couldn't get any service truck to come out for replacement of tire Monday morning we contacted Neats, I was like 5 miles from them They told us where a lot past their establishment was at and I drove there and they fixed me right up Ripped the mudflap off driving to them and they fixed it all for me Thanks for such good help y'all

Broke down not to far away from them and they came right out to me within 15 mins... Quick hook up and also they was able to repair the issue for me. While waiting they dropped me off at a nearby hotel and came back and picked me up... Great customer service and decent pricing. Would definitely use them again if I was in the area...

Needed two tires replaced on my rig on the side of the highway. These guys had what I needed and were very prompt and polite in getting it done. Price was pretty darn steep otherwise I d have given them 5 stars but great service fast isn t necessarily cheap I suppose

Great guys. Got my truck fixed up in no time at all. Lady at the desk was nice and David s a great mechanic. Hopefully don t need to use them again but if I do I ll definitely be back

Great staff, these guys are the best. If you need road side service or anything towed these are the people you want trusting your vehicle, motorcycle, or 18 wheeler they have you cover. A great big thank you to Amanda "& Larry..y'all are the best.

I want to apologize to y'all. I didn't mean for my latest review as being a bad one. I want everyone to know that this family owned company is the best. They listen to you and will help you with anything you may need. And I just want to say thank you so much. I will be seeing yiu soon. Thanks again.I want everyone to know if they want polite and helpful people to do anything for a vechicle that this is the place to call for help. They are very friendly and will help a poor old person and anyone else if they can. I want to say THANK YOU TO EVERYONE y'all made a old lady very happy today. Thanks a million. Had a check engine light on my motorhome. Dropped it off with them and picked it up in a few hours. Exhaust leak was the cause. They fixed the leak and reset my light. Very professional guys. If you are from Jonesboro, give these guys a call first. Highly recommend!

I was recommended this toe service by some people I knew The driver came and was really nice. My vehicle needed to be towed 5 miles. He charged me 100$. I felt that was pretty steep.

Great experience! Picked me up late at night while I was stranded on the side of the highway in a timely matter. Very professional. Hope I don't have to use a tow truck again soon but I know who to call if I do. Thanks so much!

Brandon came and promptly hooked up my car to be towed. Then he even text me to let me know the car was delivered for repair. Larry thanked me and let me know about the towing service, tires they sell, and upcoming other services they will have available. So nice to work with local businesses that care about their customers. Thanks Brandon and Larry!
