Originally I left a great review. However they posted an unauthorized charge to my account. We're not willing to help in the situation. Just started with threats.Very nice and knowledgeable employees! Shop is clean! They offer different plans to get you set up with new tires! Very fast installation!! Was in and out in half an hour!

I have brought 3 sets from mr Markis and the team at local tire and wheel, they have always being professional, courteous, and just an overall wonderful team . I will continue to use them in the future and I highly recommend them to everyone else.

Very great! The woman name Jenny is the best! Has great personality! And they get the job done at fast place and very great quality! Markis gets you approved he s very courteous, polite and gets you approved fast! They know exactly what and how to do their jobs!

My experience at local tire and wheels has been an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly and helpful, Markis, Kadoe, and Mrs. Latoya has provided exceptional customer service. This was absolutely the friendliest and easiest transaction in my life! The staff is so friendly, they re completely transparent with their policies, I would never go to that other place in town. Jenny was absolutely friendly and bubbly, made the whole process a less than one hour transaction - highly recommend!!!

Never had an experience like this before!! Not only was my deal great but everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable while my tires were being put on. Amazing when a place of business makes you feel like family!!!

Just wanted to share my experience today about Local Tire and Wheel in Jonesboro, AR. I had an appointment for five o clock. I got there about ten minutes early, I was greeted at the door by the store manager and he immediately had them take my car on back. I had a new set of tires put on it. They were done and had my keys back in my hands in like less than 20 minutes or so. They went through the paperwork with me about how they stand by there tires and all the services that they offer. It was TRULY a GREAT, quick and fast service but with great care and quality. You should look them up if you are need of tires or wheels! Oh, yes, by the way they also set me up with options for tires and wheels for my Tahoe. You need to check them out! The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. The store manager is sure to help you find and get what you need as to the tires and wheels for your vehicle. STOP by and check them out!!! You will be so glad you did .

These guys are crooks. Didn't even know I was late a payment and I get a message saying they're going to take me to jail. I would never do business with these people again and I suggest no one else subject themselves to this brutal and ridiculously threat of hail.
