Stopped by this place for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised at the service. You can drive up and stay in your car during your entire visit or they have a nice waiting area with complementary coffee and water. The oil service did not take long and the staff were really friendly. The only issue I had was waiting to checkout as that took 10 minutes for some reason. Overall, good spot for car services.

This was my second visit, Zach is awesome, he s been here both times and always super helpful. These guys mean serious business and I couldn t expect anything less. They make it quick and easy without a hassle. I truly appreciate these gentlemen, keep up the good work guys.

PI got my oil changed today (Jonesboro AR) & had a great experience. Dylan & the other guys we're professional, knowledgeable, very efficient, friendly & answered my questions. I most definitely have found a new place to get my oil changed done. This was my first time.Repeat customer from now on.Thank you Dylan

Sean and his team are absolutely incredible. They were courteous, thorough, intelligent, and went above and beyond to make sure my vehicle was road worthy while also respecting my no thank yous and answering all of my questions. This will be my go-to service center from here on out. The headlight cleaning service is no joke. I feel like I m driving a new car. Thanks, Sean and team!

I came here for the first time for an oil change (I typically use take 5) and it was a great experience all around! Shaun gave me a quote on a full set of tires (pretty good price!), and Dylan and Thomas answered all my questions and did a great job at keeping me informed. They even vacuumed my floorboards. Awesome team here, whole thing took 15 minutes!

Fast and friendly service. They did my oil change and tire rotation in about 10-15 mins. Cost was about the same as it is anywhere. So overall, it was fair price for great service. The staff are friendly and seem competent and efficient. I want to feel safe on the road and know that competent staff are the ones doing the service on my vehicle. I m a travel nurse and want to be able to trust people working on my car since it s essential for my line of work. Thank you for great service.

I took my truck in for an oil change. That was fine, I came the next day because my brake fluid was leaking. They told me I needed a caliber also. I got that and the brake fluid exchange. I had to go back three times because my brakes were going to the floor. And it kept saying the brake fluid was low. I left today (day 3) and they said my brakes were good and I needed head gaskets. I leave and the brakes were to the floor and it shows no signs of a head gasket issue. But brakes that were fine before I went almost gave out and I was fearing for my life on the way home. Over 400 plus dollars spent and I can t drive. I will never go back. And there were other people in there saying it seemed like they were trying to get more money out of me and advised me to go somewhere else. So now I have an appointment to spend more money to rectify what they did at Jiffy Lube. Whatever is wrong with my truck I really feel like it was malicious and am taking it to see just what it is and go to my attorney after. Because something is not right

Great team here. Got me in right away and performed superior service for my oil change. It wasn't a big deal to them for me to bring my own oil and filter for them to use. Would recommend this place to others.

Absolutely the best shop I ve ever been in. All the staff was super friendly and really went the extra mile. Everything was also done super quick! I also really appreciate the complimentary coffee & water! Also prices are very affordable.

Great service! Everyone was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Very nice waiting area. Short wait time. I mean very short They will know why I laughed. My car was vacuumed and the windows washed. No need to get out of your vehicle; it's your choice. I would recommend Jiffy Lube to others for an oil change.

I needed a headlight bulb replaced and Sean helped me out. I was in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly. I will return when i need more work done or an oil change. Would definitely recommend Jiffy Lube!

Excellent service! I stopped here while out of town and these guys made sure my car was road ready and rotated my tires to keep me safe on the road. They were very thorough with explaining each process with me. I will plan my next service change to be at this same location.

Both employees were very good and efficient. They both answered all of my questions and even told me what could be wrong with my air conditioning. On both occasions that I have used your service, I've been equally confident of the quality work I received. To top if off, they even vacuumed my car, very nice touch! Thank you very much. DanO

This was the most fun I ve ever had in an oil change. The guys were awesome. We laughed till our sides hurt. They checked all my lights, my blinkers, filled my tires, and even vacuumed my carpets. I would recommend this place to everybody.

These guys are very quick professional and friendly. They don't just change the oil. They look out for you by checking all the fluids, tires and will even change you head and tail lights. It's a one stop shop for all you car care needs.

We stopped by as the skid plate on our truck had come loose and was almost dragging on the ground. While this is not something they typically fix, they asked us to pull in and they would take a look. They were friendly, efficient, fixed the issue in less than 10 minutes and then didn t charge us! What a great experience!

I called for an appointment, and the gentleman told me to come on in..the lobby was very clean, and there was complimentary water or coffee while I waited..a great experience..the staff was helpful, and respectful..I definitely would recommend this place, and will return as needed..and the prices were surprising..I thought it would be more..thank you team Jiffy Lube..

Jiffy lube is the fastest and most respectful place to get your oil changed 10/10 recommend in and out in 15 minutes, they checked EVERYTHING, great prices and got to sit in my car the entire time

This was my first visit to this Jiffy Lube. The customer service was amazing. They made me feel right at home. They offered me cold water or coffee while I waited. The service was very fast. I suggest going early in the morning on a week day. Also my service guy Dylan and all of the services guys were very nice.

Quoted me $140 for oil change then I realized this place is a scam. Even the dealerships charge $80-$90. How come they charge twice the amount of GM? Oil changes should be $50-$90, don't be fooled people.

This was my first time at jiffy and I felt comfortable with the service. I will continue to use them for most of my truck needs. I'll be making an appointment to get my brakes done soon. Jiffy Lube Jonesboro is an absolute joke of a company. I don t think I ve ever bad mouthed a company but todays the day. My wife was in a hurry to get to Nashville and needed and oil change. I usually do all the Maitnaince myself on the vehicle and before that my father in law did the maintenance. Do to the circumstances I told her to just run it by Jiffy Lube. She gets back from her trip to Nashville & I notice oil in my garage. I crawl underneath her car thinking maybe the oil plug wasn t tightened all the way. Boy was I wrong, it was a blown seal. I then checked the oil level & to no surprise it was severely overfillled. I called them to let them know about the situation and they are denying all responsibility stating that it has to be just a coincidence and overfilling a car with oil can t cause a seal to pop. I was quoted by Toyota $1,700.00 to replace the Seal

Shawn, Byron and Thomas are the bomb!! They worked extremely awesome and they are very helpful and caring. I went to get an oil change today. Not only did I get an oil change but Byron delivered some helpful and damaging other issues about my vehicle that I didn t know was happening. All the love and respect to these guys.
