These guys worked on the timing on my car and when I got it back, shortly thereafter the car was having trouble. I thought it was due to the work they did. J&K took the vehicle back in and worked on the timing again just in case it was an issue due to their previous work (charging me nothing).As it turns out, it was a separate issue all together (transmission unfortunately).Since we have already paid such a hefty bill to have the timing worked on and water pump replaced, he cut me a deal on labor for the transmission. He even said if for some reason it wasn t the transmission and they did the work, that he would pay for parts and labor.Stand up guy.

Brought my truck in for evaporator core replacement paid $850 got in my truck and left, the air was blowing out on my feet, brought it back told them what it was doing. They kept it for another 3 days called me and told me to come get it said they couldn t find the part to fix it. Told me they broke the the arm on the hvac box when putting it back together. Said they would call me when they got the part in. 18 days went by with no contact that was initiated by them. They told me in the beginning I wouldn t owe anything and they would fix it. When they found out the part was $400 they are now telling me that the part was broken when I brought it in. They said my rear air and defrost didn t work when I brought it in which is not true it did work. I offered to split the $400 part with them but told them I wasn t paying labor. They did not want to do that. They told me my part would cost $500 to fix what they broke. So now I m out $850 and my air still isn t fixed correctly. Do not use them I would not recommend them to anyone. If they break something on your vehicle plan on covering the expense yourself or it staying broke.Service: Air conditioning

Thank once again J& K Automobile,,I took my Kia for engine check up,, they were fast, professional and knowleageable,, also gave me great advice. Infact customer satisfaction focused. Diagnosed the issue free of charge. Infact I will use them again and again .. They are trustworthy. And if we all just need a trustworthy mechanic.. So I highly recommend this place
