Had a 3 pm appt for simple flat fix. Sitting here at 4 pm and they just got the tire off. Maybe they will be done by 5pm closing time. To give them fair credit they let me air up my tire twice while I was waiting the 2 days for my 3pm appt.

After replacing two tires at another shop, I knew they were wrong, so I took my car to Firestone for an alignment only to find out they had me replace two other tires and the bad one was on the back. They got me in the same day and was alignment was fine within an hour.

Years ago there used to be two tall guys as manager and assistant manager, but they left for better things. Every since then, the place has gone down hill, the managers are next to useless, and they don't make what few EE's they have work hard, and that's why the place is a ghost town, don't know how it stays open. I had a 2 pm appointment, I got there at 1:45, there was one truck in the alignment stall when I got there, but shortly after 2, the EE left with the customer's truck, and didn't come back until just before 3 pm. Don't know what he was doing all that time in a customer's truck. Finally just after 3 they put my truck in to the alignment bay, and didn't get done with it until 4:30, but it's the time the bay sat empty for 45 minutes that irritates me. And the whole lack of not caring about the customer. The only reason I went here is because i have the lifetime alignment, I'd never buy tires there again. And btw, they never clean the place, restroom & waiting area is filthy.

I had my car towed and dropped off on Tuesday the 26th and they said it would not be looked at until January 2nd as the electrical guy was on holiday/vacation. But then they notified me on Thursday the 28th that my car was done and ready for pickup. Now That's what I call taking initiative to get the job done. Firestone is and has always been my go to place for the best customer service. A

I purchased the warranty when I bought tires in June 2022. Went in this morning to have my tire replaced bc there was a tear on the inside of it and they charged me $113. Been sitting here for 2 hours to get a new tire put on, there s 1 car in the back and 4 guys standing underneath it like they re confused and dont know what to do. This place is a joke and I ll never be back.

I am never disappointed in the work Firestone does on my vehicles. Been a customer since 1981. Started in Blytheville Ark when station at the Air Force Base.

This was the worst experience ever. Dropped my car off on Tuesday so it could be diagnosed and repaired on Thursday. I call Thursday they say Technician is on vacation so wait till Monday. No biggie I did. Monday of next week comes and they say they can t diagnose or repair the vehicle, mind you when I dropped it off I told them exactly what was wrong, it was a damaged wire from the alternator to the battery. Anyway said they couldn t do it and on top of that said that my car was cutting off when put in reverse this is a symptom I had never experienced. So I went picked up my car and as I already knew, the car never shut off. I took the car to Three start automotive on Johnson they had me up and running in under 2 hours.

DON T RECOMMEND !!!! Had a oil change appointment set for 4:00pm I made it here at 3:45pm when I got her wasn t no card in the change oil section so I thought I was getting in & getting out well the tech guy made sure that s this was my worst experience ever he didn t start on my car until 5:00 after he put somebody else car in front of mines who I was here WAYYYY BEFORE mind you they close at 4:00 they re not very honest people they don t do honest business & the tech guys are very rude don t go to Firestone

It's OK if you have the money. I was needing something far more reasonable though. My experiences with this company over the past 20+ years in FL and AR were excellent. So if you can afford them, they may still be good.

We were traveling and stayed in town and when we woke up on Sunday morning I noticed a nail in my tire. Seth and his guys took really good care of us. Even though it was Sunday he had a great attitude and was happy to help us. I was happy to find any tire store opened on a Sunday. But dealing with Seth made the experience great. That guy deserves a raise and promotion at least. Thank you.

Just left, I went in for a fuel system cleaning because of stalling, shaking, sputtering sounds but no check engine light. Mechanic recommended I get my 4 spark plugs changed instead for 300 vs 165 for fuel system cleaning. I took their advice, five minutes down the road my car is still shaking and sputtering and stalling and I m out of 300 dollars, thanks.***UPDATE***Firestone gave me a call this morning and ask me to bring my car back in for a second look and to do the fuel system cleaning with no extra charge. I really appreciate you guys going out your way to make things right.

They will put you off and put you off. I rescheduled four different times over a six month period. Never did get the car serviced. Go anywhere but here. Galaxy Tire in Jonesboro is an amazing place to do business! I'd go there!

Good place to buy tires from, terrible place to have them installed! That is if you don t like waiting for 3 hrs for a simple job. It might be because they try to run diagnostics on your car for whatever reason instead of actually doing what you when there for People are nice though, but I believe they would try to rip you off if you weren t 100% sure of what you came in for.Service: Tires

I just spoke with them on the phone and they were very friendly and accommodating which I appreciated. The hours didn't work for me which sucks, but had they I would have totally given this place my car to work on.

They worked on my dad's truck... but we have had multiple problems, with them lying saying they were working on it and we would drive by and his truck hadn't moved at all from where we left it and recently them being rough fixing a part and damaging others in the process. Poor in everything!

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! Do not take your car here. But since you re still reading Took my college daughter s car for a radiator hose replacement. Very obvious issue since even a blind can see the coolant leaking from the cracked hose. They did a couple of diagnostic tests without telling us anything they would do, for which of course we had to pay. Their estimate was almost $500 . Obviously they didn t listen when I said on the phone I m also a mechanic in Miami only helping my daughter in college in their town. Bottom line this place is a RIPOFF one of those that probably measure they need to make a min of $500 per every car that comes in. We found another great HONEST mechanic shop who did the work for $150. .. so now they replied apologizing for their horrible business practices. Yeah Ms Mariah, how about giving my daughter back the money your shop charged for unnecessary tests lol shops like yours are the ones who give mechanics a bad rap. Go out of biz please do more honest mechanics can serve your community or do something to get rid of your bad dishonest business practices (:

Didn't have time to help with a leaking tire!! The guy wasn't very friendly. In the time that we waited for him to ask what we needed, they could have fixed the tire.

Came here on a Sunday after getting a flat. At first everyone one nice and it was quick. Upon getting back in the car, we realized that we had significantly less gas in the tank. We had just filled up with gas before noticing the flat. We changed the tire at the gas station, then headed straight to Firestone. I wish I could give this place zero stars. The man at the desk was rude after we said something, and tried to convince me and my mother that it s because the car was jacked up to change the tire. They really tried to take advantage of our lack of knowledge about cars.

I made an appointment on Tuesday for Saturday morning to get my oil changed. Got an email that said to call before the appointment, so I did. Appointment was confirmed. When I got there, they said I didn t have an appointment and would have to wait over an hour because people were ahead of me.

I got a free brake check, they found more potential problems than I had expected. They had to order parts but my vehicle was repaired 28 hours after dropping it off. The staff was friendly, understanding and communicative, helped me find the right solution for my budget. Highly recommend!

Liars,liars and more liars. Vehicle was not properly diagnosed. Vehicle was not repaired properly. Tire was not even put on the rim. Battery was not connected to the alternator properly and drained my brand new battery. Told me they would replace my battery twice. Then they refused. Incredible liars. I have multiple witnesses to the events. I was stranded on multiple occasions because of their incompetence. Never use them or trust anything they say.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

We went and bought a set of tires... First of all they don't quote you the lowest priced ones. We had to ask after all they showed us was way expensive. We didn't have them mount them, we took them home and did it ourselves so we didn't leave any old ones but we got charged the tire fee anyway. Didn't notice it til we left so called and the person talked to was rude and hung up on us. We are senior citizens on a fixed income so every unnecessary charge is a lot to us.

0 stars. Would highly not recommend. Had a friend take her car up there Sunday to get a new tire put on. She had a blowout. Put her spare on at the gas station and filled her car completely up. After her car was at Firestone for 30min her car was emptied of gas. They gave her hush money so she couldn t file a police report.

NEVER GO HERE!!!Left gas station with a full tank of gas. Went directly to Firestone to have a new tire put on. My car was there all of 30 minutes. As I was leaving I noticed my gas gauge was on empty. My gas was taken while they put a new tire on! They lied and made up crazy reasons why I was out of gas.

Awesome staff! Mr. Kellan helped me and he was very professional. He has a great attitude and work ethic. Even went out of his way to help me load my car with some things I got from Burlington while I waited. Mr. Kellan deserves a raise if he hasn t already gotten one! 10/10
