Very caring and understanding staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my safety. I had a slow leak in my tire and they couldn t repair it due to the location of the tear in the tire. I will continue to use them for my tire needs.

Not a bad store for automotive tires. I purchased my tires online and then was able to make an appointment for installation. Dropped the vehicle off and installation was done about 45 minutes later, although I had the option of waiting. The tire prices are good for what you get too. I would go back here.

Quick service and I've never had a bad experience. I bought tires online and made an appointment for that evening to have the installed. The website tells you exactly how many are in stock and when you buy online they set what you buy aside so you are guaranteed what you order. Once I arrived I was checked in quickly and about 30-45 minutes later everything was done. Everyone who works here is courteous and professional. When my car was done an employee pulled it up to the door for me and handed me my keys. He wasn't happy with some dirt/discoloration they had left on the tires so he quickly brushed it off himself. Overall, happy with the price, the service, the speed, and the quality.

My husband went in with a slow leak. The wait was about an hour, we were told on the phone, this was a Saturday afternoon, no problem. Ran errands came back, early fixed it at no cost. Customer service was very good. Not just for the tire, but letting us know what to expect under the circumstances. We will be going back.

Wonderful experience at the Discount Tire in Jonesboro, Arkansas! Nate, the Store Manager, was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. His crew and staff were also great! They were honest and clearly experts in their field. They were ready and willing to help. Despite how busy they were, I was helped in a timely manner, and the crew appeared to be having fun while working. It s refreshing to see a positive working environment with good morale. Kudos to Nate and his team! If you need tires, wheels, wiper blades, a free air check, etc., they have you covered! They also educated me on tire safety I had no idea about half the things. Just a wonderful experience I will be back!

Every time I come up here they mess something up. Today I was getting 2 new tires and 1 fixed. They told me the car was ready but I looked around and they only put 1 new one on. They did however inform me that they couldn t fix the one that had a leak so they gave me a free used one as well as fixing their mistake. The first time I came here they put one new tire on my car and the next morning it was completely flat I get people make mistakes but both times i ve been here for these things to happen seems crazy to me. they should at least remember to put the tire on that i purchased from them!!

Recently had two tires ordered and shipped to discount tire. Amazing customer service and fast turnaround. They had the tires installed on the rims within 30 minutes. Ty was the guy that helped me and was very friendly. Best customer service I have had in a long time!

This place has the best customer service! Ty and Nate and the rest of the crew has treated me better than I could ever have expected. I bought a set of tires from them and had some vibration issues. These guys stayed late trying to solve the issue for me and when I continued to have issues they set me up with a completely different set of tires that drive perfectly. There was no hassle and the service time is quicker than any other tire shop I have been to. If you need tires give these guys a call you will not regret it! They price match and will happily give you honest opinions and stand behind their products!UPDATEI still stand behind this review and believe this place is one of if not the best tire shop in NEA

Be sure to talk to a employee that knows they don't have an alignment machine. I booked an appointment a week in advance for tire mount balance and ALIGNMENT. The employee told me yes, we can do alignments. I get to my appointment and was told it's 250 just to mount and balance, and they don't have an alignment machine. I have never heard of a tire shop that can't do alignments!

This can make for a really bad day. However, I had the protection plan thanks to my incredible salesperson! I walked out only having to pay a little over $30 to get the same lifetime insurance on the new tire! No charge for the new tire and it only took minutes! We have and always used Discount Tire!

They ve always done me right but today they went above normal service helping my daughter out with tire mount issues where her lug nuts were lose.They not only tightened up the lose lug nuts but checked out vehicle and made sure all the others where tight even though they didn t mount these tires they fixed the problem and was helpful to her problems to get her back on the road.Awesome people helping out someone in a fix.

We were a bit early for our appointment, but the wait wasn't long before our car was serviced. These guys are professional and fast-- and I didn't have to worry about them breaking the sensors in our wheels during the install process.The waiting area and the restrooms were clean. There wasn't the weird "rubber" smell you'd expect in a place that sells tires.

They were great when I got my tires and they say stop in if you have an issue or need tires rotated. What they mean is, stop in and we'll let you wait for a couple of hours for a 10 minute job. I'll consider getting my tires elsewhere next time because the after care is just as important to me.

Such an amazing business with the most professional Manager and staff I have seen EVER. It was very refreshing. They mounted my 37s for more then half of what RIP OFF Gateway Tires was going to charge and advised me I would get free rotations, patches and roadside. They are the Chick Fila of tires! The manager came out to my truck and looked over everything to find out all the details personally and everyone in there was very professional. I will be a lifetime customer and no one else will ever get my business. I also observed them fix a few walk-ins with flat tires for free as long as they had a safe tire to fix that they were able to make repairs to. This must be the last tire shop in the world that cares about customer service and professionalism. I was in and out in an hour and even able to work while waiting with an accommodating counter top with plug ins for my work iPad. Thank you Discount Tire for taking such good care of me and all the walk ins you had and KUDOs to the Jonesboro Team! I

Best price 8n town on the tire I needed, which most didn't carry. Service was great, very friendly. FAST...I expected a long wait because I didn't have an appt. but I was out in less than 30 min. Great experience overall.
