(Update: Now I have to take my truck somewhere else to fix the rubber guards from the doors because they just rip them off but never glued them back to the frame )They said "if they stole your stuff is not our problem" then leave my truck open outside in the parking lot with no supervision while they take 1 hour to lunch, they didn't tell you when they're coming back they just write saying "we are out lunching" when the business hours says they're open, that aside I'm disappointed of how dirty they are ,leaves the truck inside and outside full of dirt and leave marks on the white paint of my truck,the windshield looks unaligned with the covers from the sides so probably they didn't take care of putting them in the right place,also broke my arm rest ,it was old but not broken. Completely disappointed never coming back .

Business is easy to find, clean and easily accessible...parking is a little tight and the gentleman that checked me in was clean, neat and professional and the cost for my replacement was definitely Budget friendly...on to the negatives that prevented me from giving 5 stars, the techs left behind on my dusty but clean dash a bunch of debris from windshield replacement, they could have easily taken their shop vac and sucked it up...upon finally making it home I was inspecting the new windshield and on my driver side finder is black tar finger prints as well as on the trim in the interior on the "O.S handle" I know these are minute things but definitely things that anyone would notice regardless of year or make and model of vehicle...I'd like to assume this wasn't done just because I drive an older jeep and it's not a fancy brand new one, but it's the little things, I hope it doesn't stain the interior once I get back out there to clean it off as well as the black tar adhesive on the body.

The team at this location is friendly and quick at solving your issues. I've had two separate rock chips in my windshield and both times I have gone to them and they have successfully fixed both. I highly recommend!!

Got a military discount and door to door service. This is the auto glass repair/replace shop in the Jonesboro area hands down. I live 60 miles away and still got fast, professional service, and a great price on top of that.

I thought I was going to have to get a new windshield and I knew I wouldn't be able to afford one. Had 2 chips on my windshield & 1 was bigger and looked like it wasn't repairable, but thankfully he was able to repair it. Very Friendly and Professional!! Hard to find that these days!! Do NOT use these people! They lied to get the insurance money then sold my sons original window they ordered to someone else! So we ended up waiting almost 3 weeks for the new factory tinted window to come in with no tint! Then the lady had the nerve to come out to the car and say.. i see no difference just take my advice and go somewhere else!

Had a huge rock hit my Ole Lady's Windshield, she came in around 4:30 PM yesterday distraught we called one place they weren't able to help us in time, then Discount Auto Glass came to the rescue they fit us in right before they closed and treated us with respect and were extremely light hearted. These guys will be my go to from now on. They were also WAY cheaper than the competition in town. They have my business.

This was my first time having to get a new windshield. They were very friendly, professional, and got my windshield taken care of within about 30 minutes. They answered all my answers (which I had many). To top it all off, they had better prices compared to the other shops I had checked out. I give them a 10 out of 10. I HIGHLY recommend them. I will be going back to them for any fixes I may need in the future!

Bob Kimble did all of my services! He was super nice and answered all my questions. I got my windshield replaced there about three weeks ago and haven t had a problem! It looks great. I ve used Discount Auto Glass on two different occasions. Both times the quotes/appointments were super easy to get set up. Jason was the repair person both times. He was very friendly, made sure I knew what he would be doing (he even stopped to answer a few dumb questions). He did a great job! The prices were very fair compared to some quotes I got. Very nasty attitude. Put my back wiper on upside down scraping the paint and told me I had to make an appointment to have it fixed when all it would have taken was 5 minutes. When I shook my head in disappointment he said don't get an attitude and that he was doing me a favor....smh.

Very good customer service. Good people and know what they are doing. I have 2011 Dodge Ram truck and my back taillight was leaking when it rained or even got washed. Called them up and see if they could fix it and they said sure can, it s a common thing with those trucks. Went in and it took them 5 minutes to fix and didn t charge me a thing! They were just glad to get my service and that if I needed anything from them glass wise or knew anyone to recommend them. I needed a new windshield so I went to them right away. Was in and out in about an hour. Great pice as well!

The gentleman here were phenomenal!!! Within minutes I was checked in and my car was pulled to the back! I was given an hour to an hour an a half wait these guys were finished within 30-45 minutes max!! The price was very reasonable, the work is affordable!!!! HIGHLY!!! Highly!!! Recommend anybody who s needing their type of service please go see them you will not be disappointed!

I went to have my windshield replaced here. It took a little over an hour, and was about $180 all together. My windshield looks brand new. Great customer service! The technician was friendly and helpful in explaining how to care for my windshield over the next week.

Called after here after having issues with safelite rescheduling my appointment 4 times. So glad I did because not only did they get my windshield replaced same day but it was 1/3 less than what I was going to pay at safelite. They were quick and friendly wouldn't recommend going anywhere else but Discount Auto Glass!

I could not be happier with my new windshield and the service I received. Discount Auto Glass was almost half the price of Safelite and does way better work. I have used Safelite before and had a loud whistle due to poor seal they caused. The Discount Auto Glass staff was very professional and kind and did a fantastic job! Had an appointment for 11:00AM. Showed up early and dropped the vehicle off around 10:15. I show back up around 4:00PM and I m told they are just now setting the windshield in. No biggie. Vehicle comes out and smells like cigarettes inside, mind you I just bought this vehicle 7 days ago. There s a brown substance on my drivers side door, looks like dried silicone or glue and a foot print in my front passenger s seat.

My front glass passenger window was shattered and I called all around Jonesboro to see who had the most reasonable prices. I called discount auto glass and they quoted me the cheapest price. It was $50 less than the competing companies. I made an appointment for the following morning. They fixed my window very quickly and efficiently. The guy who installed my window also vacuumed the glass that was on my carpet. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND EVERYONE to get serviced here!

Took 4 vehicles. 06 Sentra, 06 f-150, 14 fusion, & 17 Maxima. Awesome service! Very professional! Much better priced than where I use to live! If I need windshield replaced again will defiantly be going back!

The guys were polite, service was quick. Price was great and even though they weren't sure they could repair my windshield, they still tried and nailed it.
