I had a very pleasant experience purchasing my recent vehicle. My sales person was Stephanie. She was very attentive and listened to all my wants and needs. I was completely satisfied with my experience at central nissan. I have already been recommending friends. Everyone was very helpful in making sure I found exactly what I needed. I received recommendations that led me to make a better decision on which vehicle I purchased than what i came in thinking i would buy. Everyone was very patient with me as i tried to figure everything out.

I will never get my car services anywhere else. Even used them to change the oil on my Chevy Cruze when I had it. They are all professional there. From the top to the bottom. Everyone there is friendly and work in a timely manner to ensure good quality. Highly recommend to all my friends and family!

I just wanna give all kudos to service advisor named Alyee, she was phenomal and helped me so much! My day had already been bad because I drove a 1 1/2 away for a scheduled appt to get my car looked at due to a check engine light coming on and I was schedule to go to where I purchased my car from which was Honda in Jonesboro. Well come to find out they new the codes it was throwing because I told them on the phone when they scheduled me and told me to bring it up to them so they can check it well come to find out they scheduled me without my knowledge at Nissan on Monday the appt with them was Thursday which I took off work for to drive all the way up here. Got there and they told me pretty much they didn t want to do anything to it and I had to go to Nissan since that s where my vehicle was fixed last because I had to get a whole new transmission back in Feb 2023 after having my vehicle for 27 days and my transmission went out. Went to Nissan and they told me they couldn t do anything until Monday at first and that I would have to pay for a rental car hence I live 1 1/2 and if I waited until Monday I would have to take off more work. Thankful to Aylee and the service team they got me in because they knew I was getting the run around from Honda and got me in right away! She was such a blessing to my bad day! Even though I m out quite a bit of money she really did make my experience pleasant unlike the honda dealership!

Even though you didn't have the part needed the first day, my experience with your service manager, girls checking me in and those on the phone, all were over the top great to work with, informative and just plan nice! No, I didn't want this to happen but the decision to come to Central was definitely the right decision.

It s a culture and an environment a business expresses. Customer service is making an individual feel welcomed and deserving of their presence of business. I can tell you the fine folks at Central Nissan have a keen sense of that very culture. From the smallest hello to the sincerest negotiation these individuals provided me with a feeling of true satisfaction. My personal dealings with Andrew Barker, Brian Bromine, Hunter Webb and Melissa Dyck were nothing short of pure admiration. Good deals are dime a dozen, they can be had anywhere and anytime. What sets Central Nissan s good deals apart from the rest is the exuberant culture of customer service. Andrew responded to my inquiry on a vehicle in a very quick time. He was completely transparent and answered each question I had with confidence, sense of urgency, and precision. I could tell this salesman listened to me, providing me with guidance vs trying to close a deal. Hunter was interactive as well, making the transaction as seamless as possible and swiftly extinguished any concern I had. Brian was astute in the moment I needed him most, giving me the ability to make one of the most lasting memories in giving a gift to darling wife of 10 years! Melissa took the time out of her morning to have a pleasant conversation with me when my only need was a simple question. These four individuals truly made me feel a part of the Central family and I will never forget my experience with them. We weren t really looking to buy a new vehicle but, Stephanie was fantastic!! She showed us a couple really nice vehicles but we found a truck that we couldn t live without. She was patient and took the time to explain everything and made sure we understood. We ll definitely go see her again when we re looking to trade in the other vehicle.

This was a far better experience than the one I had with Berlin City Nissan (it isn t lost on me that I never got a survey after that hot mess, I guess the dealers get to pick and choose which customers respond). I needed to complete the 30k service and Jordan fit me into their busy schedule. What s more the work was done in less than an hour. I very much appreciated Jordan s can-do, pleasant demeanor, and will be back if the need arises (we travel through this area twice a year during our trips to/from Maine for the summer).My only opportunity for this dealership is that I was unable to schedule the appointment through the website. While it worked out okay in the end, that was the first time I had ever experienced this with any Nissan dealership.Thank you Central Nissan and especially Jordan, for the exceptional expericence.

Alan and Brian were very helpful in finding my wife and I both vehicles that were exactly what we needed and within our budget. Alli was extremely helpful when I had work done on my vehicle. She kept me updated on the progress and even sent me pictures of documents I needed for my insurance provider that I left in my car while it was being worked on. Hunter made the finance aspect of the purchases very understandable and has the patience of a saint. Overall, the staff was pleasant and professional. I would definitely recommend coming here for your Nissan vehicle needs

Our salesman Andrew, had answered initial questions via text with us and that helped to narrow down our choices, allowed us to know if this was a good trade for us, shared information about the vehicle and over all he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We completed our deal in about 1 1/2 hours. In the past I know this has taken all day and was something I certainly dreaded. Andrew made the process easy and fast. Finalizing/closing the deal was so easy with the advanced technology that Central Nissan has in place.

We had the absolute best experience at Central Nissan! Stephanie was the best salesperson we could have ever asked for! She was very knowledgeable and personable. She made us feel like a good friend and was very patient with our questions. The whole team made us feel comfortable. Tomorrow 9/1/23 will be a week sense they have had my daughters car, just to replace a belt that they replaced a month ago and it came off, they told her Tuesday 8/29/23 that the water pump was loose, I guess they didn t catch that a month ago but said that it needs to be replaced so they ordered the part. Here it is Thursday after $482 dollars on a rental and still no car?? They are rude when you talk to them on the phone and all they do is give you the run around. My daughter is young, this is her only vehicle that she needs for work !!They don t care!! She ended up having to borrow a friends extra car because she can t afford to keep renting!! Beyond ridiculous!!
