Overall good experience with the ladies in the service Dept. But one of them was extremely rude and not helpful. Not only did she tell me that she couldn't help me, she also did that to the customer behind me as well. She didn't have a name tag on or I would share it. But I do know that she was not Rachel or Natalie.

Can't say enough good things about this tire store and repair shop. Just wish they would sell Michelin tires! They recently repaired a twisted off lug bolt courtesy of the geniuses at Sam's, who does sell Michelin! Thank you Matt!

My husband took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. The following week I had serious issues with the car including smoke coming out of the car, and it turned out that the cap had been left off the oil. Oil was spilled everywhere. My husband took the car back to have it cleaned. He popped the hood after he got the car back and there was still oil everywhere in the car. We will be getting the oil changed elsewhere from now on!

Was charged $477 for a part that was much cheaper at the local retailer, was charged $100 to assess and $100 per hour to repair. Piece of advice, pay for the assessment and shop other repair shops. You will save hundreds!!
