After a few months of having my car, I can honestly say car choice has been a very bad mistake and a lot of hassle. I give them 1 star for good salesmanship. The car was on empty and they give gas cards for good reviews. My payments kept going up for no reason, and I am up to date and have Always carried full coverage on the vehicle that I ve put a lot of money into just to keep running, including no heat over the winter. Yes, there is fix it coverage that I m sure when they could get to get they might have fixed it. And let s not forget the total cost of vehicle is 23,000!!! Then you still don t own it. I was scared and desperate and they sure knew how to sell it. Please try any and all options before this Car choice.

This is a WARNING!!!! PLEASE DO NOT I repeat DO NOT buy anything from this company. They will sell u horrible vehicle's that need work immediately or within 2-3 weeks..when u call the office to tell them about problems and getting them fixed they will tell u they have to wait for there bosses to email them an answer because there's no mangers ever at the office, there is NO phone number they have for a manger, and there's no way they can connect u to one. So they will tell u to just wait till they hear something, but they never hear anything until warranty expires. Then all cost is on u, not them..they're rude and horrible people especially the little girl that answers the phone when u call up there. If she don't like what u have to say she will just hang up on u..horrible people, horrible management, horrible vehicles. Save urself the headache and go somewhere else

Veterans, be wary of doing business with this dealership! On 10/31, I purchased a truck from the dealership in Searcy. At the time of purchase, I was promised a key FOB (on a "We Owe" ticket) and some buffing of a blemish on the front right fender (this was a verbal promise). I went back to the dealership a week later only to find out the Searcy location had been closed. I called the Car Choice headquarters in Jonesboro to asked about the "We Owe" items. I explained the issue telling them I was not given a copy of the "We Owe" document. Not getting a copy of it was clearly a mistake on my part, as I was told since I didn't have it in writing and there was not a copy of it in my file, that they would not honor the promise. If you buy from this dealership be sure you have a copy of all your paperwork before leaving the dealership.

Gage and clay helped me out so much, came in and left with a car. Fair prices for good cars. All it took was some patience and lots of paperwork but they made it easier than ever thank you car choice and thank you gage and clay !

Whats funny is my husband and I were test driving another SUV from another dealership but was turned off due to the aggressiveness of his approach. As I'm driving I pull into Premier Auto and see this Chevy Blazer and am instantly in love with the exterior. A great young man by the name of Zal comes out to assist and I tell him we love this truck and hubby and I are about to go drop off the one we're in and come back. When we pull back up, Zal is out there with the truck ready for us to test drive. We drive it, love it, and hubby tells Zal we'll take it. In less than an hour we were driving off in my brand new Chevy Blazer. On top of that the finance manager/general manager got us financed at a GREAT interest rate.Don't sleep on Premier Auto. If you do decide to go, holla at Zal and I'm sure you will be pleased.Special Thanks to Zal and Premier Auto, We looooove our new truck.

Man I was stressed out to the max after my accident but TL took good care of me at Car choice and got me into the ride i needed in a timely manner! Him and Maria worked supper hard to get me into something I could afford and liked! The worked around the clock and got me into a new ride! I highly recommend car choice of Jonesboro on Hilltop!
