I had them change out my Cam on an 2019 Street Glide Special. Along with the Oil pump , cam plate and lifters. They Did dyno it and while it sounds good and runs okay. I have had a Check engine light on since then. They seem clueless as to why it won't go out. Guess I will take it to another performance shop to repay and get it fixed. I won't go back.

I have been a customer of BBB for about 10yrs. I haven't ever had a problem that they couldn't fix. The employees are friendly and are knowledgeable of their profession. Weather it's engine, lighting, or tires .

The people at big bore are awesome called at opening time and they got me in the same morning i have found me a bike shop to do business with wont use anyone else they have my business from now on thank you guy for taking care of me and my tire issue

I popped in while I was on a walk. Small place. Clean but empty. I walked around the store for 15 min. No employee found. To their credit after leaving the store an employee did poke his head out and ask if I needed help. But by then I was a little frustrated. So I smiled and said I was good.

I called about doing some work on my bike and was told to call back in a couple weeks when I called the 2weeks later to touch base with them witch was on a Friday they told me to bring it to them on the following Tuesday when I get there they rejected me and acted like they never talked to me. I do not recommend this place they was real rude.

Worst place to have a Harley built period.. if you want your bike messed up and in his shop every week just go to this place because they will mess everything up and not stand and own up to their work..Services: Electrical repair, Engine repairServices: Electrical repair, Engine repair

It's nice to have a bike shop in town. I build and work on older bikes so, so they are right up my alley. I have all nut quit buying bike parts online. Their prices are great and if they don't have it, they can get it in a couple of days.

Great place for all bike repairs and accessories. Jobs done well with safety as first priority for riders. Great owner and his service mechanics top notch. And good way to support small business . .Look twice save a life.Safe riding friends.

Excellent service at this business! Owner has superior knowledge of all models of Bikes and staff are quick to meet your needs.Will always return here for great service!I see a few negative reviews on here such as Braxton and Saffel .... I don t believe these people ever set foot in this business.... No way those reviews are correct.

I spoke to the parts man, Tom, who told me he could get me a carburetor for my 78 Sportster that would bolt directly to the manifold. Later he showed me a picture of the carburetor and it would not. I had already ordered it and bought it. I told him it would not work and he said he would talk to his boss about it. instead of giving me my money back he offered me 70%. This place is a rip off and you should not use it.

Well big bore bike i wouldnt take a tricycle to em they kept my bike over a month stole origina brakes and master cylinder didnt go in brakes then they gave a 1000 quote then charged 2680 all they done was steal my brakes didnt fix nothin i asked there a special place with for people like that they aint no good thank youService: Brake service & repairService: Brake service & repair

They stole my original hd master cylinder and caliper didnt need brake work done quote me at 1000 charged 2780 and still didnt get nothing done except mess things up theres a lower level of hiatus for them

They had everything I needed. Did a great job working on my bike and put me back on the road. Would highly recommend to anybody who rides.

The owner cares about his community and puts the safety first. Never tried to sell me more than I asked for. He's been in business in jonesboro since the 70s!

Had a buddy riding on a bald front tire, just stopped by to check on a tire, and the owner made sure my friend had a tire before we left. The most cost effective trip to a bike shop I've ever had.

They sell parts and service all brands of bikes as far as I know I may be mistaken. But I'm not exactly the 'biker' type and theyve always been friendly to me when I go in and I appreciate that.

They stole parts charged me 1000 over quote still didnt get work done took original hd parts off replced with used aftermarket they couldnt fix a unicycle let alone motorcycle
